Nick Young (ankle) admitted that he might miss the Sixers' upcoming three-game road trip.

The sprain Young sustained Thursday is at least of the Grade 2 variety. Both the Sixers and Young himself -- an impending unrestricted free agent -- have expressed trepidation about his status for the rest of the week and beyond. Royal Ivey will start in his place, but Dorell Wright and Damien Wilkins will also pick up minutes at the off guard spot.

Danilo Gallinari (strained left glute) is listed as out for Saturday's game vs. the Hornets.

Saturday will mark the sixth straight game Gallinari has missed. He reportedly still isn't practicing, so it's unclear when we can expect him back in the lineup. Wes Johnson has been starting in place of Gallo. Johnson had his best game of the season on Friday, finishing with 15 points, seven rebounds, four assists, three steals and four blocks in 43 minutes. However, Johnson averaged just 6.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in his four previous starts.
Nov 18 - 10:15 AM

Devin Booker scored 33 points in 33 minutes during a 122-113 win over the Lakers on Friday, adding three rebounds, four assists and six 3-pointers.

Make that seven 30-plus scoring games in the last 12 for the 21-year-old guard, and his six treys in the first half matched a career high for a half. Booker's offense has taken off this year with 182 possessions of pick-and-roll (including passes), and he's even been above average on scoring efficiency on that play. He's also been great as a spot-up shooter this year, but he isn't getting many opportunities because he's handling the ball so much. He's turned the corner in a big way this year and he could wind up being a reliable 25/5/5 player in a month.
Nov 18 - 2:22 AM

Alex Len pulled down a career-high 18 rebounds against the Lakers on Friday, adding 17 points, two assists and two blocks in 27 minutes.

After the game, Len said this was a top-three game in his NBA career. He owned the paint and kept the Lakers in check in halfcourt sets. The Greg Monroe addition shouldn't really hurt Len much because the Suns really want to get him going as a defender and as a paint scorer. He should be owned in standard leagues and hopefully he can start putting a string of games together.

Jamal Murray was on fire again during a 146-114 win over the Pelicans on Friday, making 13-of-18 from the field for 31 points with two rebounds, four assists and three 3-pointers in 34 minutes.

It was easily his most aggressive game this year with a career-high 10 two-point makes, and he was only 3-of-7 from deep. The Nuggets continue to go as Murray goes with his 62.2 TS% in wins and just 45.7 TS% in losses, so not surprisingly they won by 32 here. After he couldn't make open treys in October with his 18.2 percent from deep, Murray is now up to a November offensive line of 16.3 points and 2.0 treys per game on 52.7 percent from the field, 40.0 percent from deep and 84.2 percent from the line. He does need to up his steals and he won't help in dimes, but Murray's fantasy owners have to feel a heck of a lot better these days.
Nov 18 - 1:54 AM

Gary Harris made 9-of-11 from the field for a season-high 22 points with three rebounds, five assists and four 3-pointers in 31 minutes against the Pelicans on Friday.

He said there was some mental concern about getting over his soreness in his shooting shoulder, but chances are those concerns went away when he swished his first two attempts from deep in this game. Harris has said his goal is shoot 45 percent from deep this year, and he's on pace to do so with his 46.2 percent to get him to 13.2 points and 2.3 treys per game. Harris is a fantasy stud in a great offense. It's also worth a mention he played in garbage time, so the Nuggets really wanted to get him up to speed after missing a week.
Nov 18 - 1:36 AM

Kyle Kuzma scored a career-high 30 points in Friday's 122-113 loss to Phoenix.

Wow. He started this game 0-of-6 at halftime, but finished 11-of-23 from the field and 6-of-7 from the line with 10 rebounds, one assist and two 3-pointers in 38 minutes. This was his sixth game of the season with 20+ points which is more than any other rookie, and there's no way that coach Luke Walton can justify taking him out the starting lineup with Larry Nance (hand) nearing a return. He doesn't get many defensive stats, but he's still a must-start player in all formats.
Nov 18 - 1:35 AM

Willie Cauley-Stein thrived in his role off the bench during an 86-82 win over the Blazers on Friday, scoring a season-high 22 points with 10 rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 31 minutes.

He was awesome as the Kings had their best defensive effort with a season-low 82 points allowed. Cauley-Stein did show some flashes in the game against Joel Embiid on Nov. 9, but he fell off a cliff in the previous three with a combined 17 points. On paper and based on how most bad teams treat their young guys, Cauley-Stein should be in a position to succeed. Of course, this all depends on coach Dave Joerger sticking with a consistent rotation. Cauley-Stein kind of has to be added in standard leagues after this game in a big win at home.
Nov 18 - 1:21 AM

Buddy Hield (ankle) is unlikely to play on Saturday vs. the Blazers.

He rolled his right ankle on Friday and wasn't able to return, and he was spotted using crutches in the locker room after the game. With Hield looking at some time on the shelf, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Frank Mason could both benefit with the Kings experimenting with some two-PG lineups.
Nov 18 - 1:01 AM

Anthony Davis suffered a concussion on Friday vs. the Nuggets and will not return.

His night finished with 17 points (7-of-11 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), five rebounds, two assists and one steal in 21 minutes. We don't know the severity quite yet and the timetables for concussions can vary quite a bit, so it's too early to speculate on how much time he will miss. Coach Alvin Gentry loves Dante Cunningham for some reason, but it's possible he turns to Cheick Diallo if Davis misses time.
Nov 18 - 12:16 AM

Spencer Dinwiddie exploded during a 118-107 win over the Jazz on Friday, scoring a career-high 25 points with five rebounds, eight assists, two steals, six 3-pointers and no turnovers.

We'll save you the time to start this blurb: Dinwiddie needs to be added everywhere. He is the first player in franchise history to record 25-plus points, six-plus 3-pointers made and eight-plus assists with no turnovers in a game. D'Angelo Russell (knee) is expected to miss a good amount of time, so Dinwiddie has the keys to one of the most fantasy-friendly systems out there. He is going to be a difference maker until DAR is back, which could be a long while.
Nov 18 - 12:10 AM

Kris Dunn scored a career-high 22 points vs. the Hornets on Friday with seven assists, five rebounds, three steals and two triples in 26 minutes.

He was back on the bench with Justin Holiday (personal) back in the lineup, but it seems like it's just a matter of time before he takes Jerian Grant's spot. Perhaps the most impressive part of this line was that he finished with one turnover, as he was averaging 3.4 TOs per game prior to Friday. He hit 10-of-16 shots and gets a great chance to build on this performance against the Suns on Sunday.
