Kenyon Martin (knee) remains day-to-day but there is no timetable for his return.

K-Mart's checkup on Monday didn't resolve his outlook for the week ahead, and this report sums up the uselessness of the 'day-to-day' tag. Marcus Camby (foot) is among the Knicks' big men who won't return until at least the start of the playoffs, which leaves Tyson Chandler, Carmelo Anthony and Chris Copeland to hold down the frontcourt for the small-ball Knicks.

Stephen Curry torched the Grizzlies in an easy road win on Friday, scoring 38 points on 12-of-22 shooting (8-of-12 3PTs, 6-of-6 FTs) with three rebounds, 10 assists, three steals and one block.

This is just a crippling line if you had to go against Curry this week and right next door Klay Thompson wasn't bad either with 28 points and six treys of his own. Steve Kerr has made a number of overtures to the effect that rest is good, and owners have to hope that this just means they get hit with a game or two of rest and nothing more.
Mar 28 - 2:04 AM

Jason Terry made 6-of-7 from the field with five 3-pointers for 17 points against the Wolves on Friday with three rebounds, four assists and one block in 28 minutes.

That's good for a pristine 121.4 effective field goal percentage. As great as this line is, he still only had an 11.7 usage rate, which usually won't result in double-digit scoring unless it's in a 40-minute game. Fantasy owners looking for treys with some dimes can give him a look as long as they're not expecting a line like this one.
Mar 28 - 2:01 AM

Andrew Wiggins scored 31 points against the Rockets on Friday during a 120-110 loss, adding four rebounds, four assists and one 3-pointer.

He's having a very strong second half and no player has logged more minutes than him since the break. Wiggins has scored at least 20 points in four of his last five, averaging 22.6 points, 5.0 boards, 2.4 assists, 1.2 steals, 0.8 blocks and 0.4 treys. He and Nerlens Noel are making it tough on voters for Rookie of the Year.
Mar 28 - 1:55 AM

Chase Budinger scored 23 points against the Rockets on Friday with four rebounds and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes.

He's basically the sixth man for the Wolves right now. The Wolves only had seven guys log more than 10 minutes for the second consecutive game, so being the sixth man is a pretty good gig. Budinger scored 22 points on Wednesday and is worth owning in standard leagues right now.
Mar 28 - 1:48 AM

Tyreke Evans scored 25 points on 10-of-15 shooting (including two threes) with three rebounds, 10 assists and one steal in the Pelicans' 102-88 win over his old Kings squad on Friday.

Evans is towing the line big-time for his fantasy owners as he continues to produce despite an ankle injury. Anthony Davis added 24 points on 11-of-26 shooting with nine rebounds, one steal and six blocks in the win.
Mar 28 - 1:44 AM

Joe Johnson slumpbusted in the Nets' big 106-98 win over the Cavs on Friday, scoring 20 points on 7-of-14 shooting (including three treys) with five rebounds and nine assists.

Johnson and the Nets have a four-game week upcoming so hopefully owners used that as a tie-breaker in his favor on a drop decision. Even if he limps along at a late-round value, he'll be worth using in lineups that week and he's a must-add player if he was dropped. The Nets are a half-game out of the playoffs and the next 7-10 days are not likely to be the time in which he taps out.
Mar 28 - 12:59 AM

Derrick Favors said his back locked up on Friday night and was walking gingerly after the game.

It sounds like he's not going to play on Saturday, which just adds to one of the most ridiculous months with respect to injuries. With Favors out, Trevor Booker will get most of his minutes while Jeremy Evans will also likely be in the rotation. Favors' fantasy owners might want to start planning on not having him for a few games.
Mar 28 - 12:53 AM

Chris Paul was magnificent against the 76ers during a 119-98 win on Friday with 25 points, three rebounds, seven assists, one steal and three 3-pointers on 9-of-15 from the field in just 30 minutes.

It was all just too easy for CP3 with 19 points coming in the first half. Paul's offensive game is clicking at the right time, averaging 23.8 points, 4.4 boards, 12.0 dimes, 2.2 steals and 1.8 treys on 55.6 percent from the field and 88.9 percent from the line in his last five. If CP3 keeps this up, he'll likely be on a lot of fantasy championship teams.
Mar 27 - 11:30 PM

Nerlens Noel scored a career-high 30 points on 12-of-17 from the field against the Clippers during 119-98 loss on Friday, adding 14 rebounds, two assists and two steals in 39 minutes.

His offensive game has soared to new heights and he continues to excel around the basket. In his last nine games, Noel averaged 16.9 points, 10.0 boards, 1.8 assists, 1.8 steals and 2.4 blocks on 57.5 percent from the field and 71.4 percent from the line. Andrew Wiggins was lapping the field for Rookie of the Year at the break, but Noel may have caught him in the past two weeks. He's truly awesome for his fantasy owners right now.
Mar 27 - 11:21 PM

Mo Williams (sore knee) hit just 8-of-26 shots but everything else was golden on the stat sheet in Friday's double-overtime loss, finishing with 26 points, four treys, nine boards, 10 assists, two steals, two blocks and a 6-of-7 mark from the foul line.

Williams' injuries are both risky and sometimes overplayed in the media, making it hard to know which ones to worry about or not. If he somehow got dropped go and pick him up.
Mar 27 - 11:20 PM

Monta Ellis was kneed in the right calf and coach Rick Carlisle said he doesn't know what the extent of the injury is.

"We'll see how he feels in the morning and go from there," Carlisle said. It sounds like he's dealing with a leg contusion, which has occurred an inordinate amount of times this season. Ellis is one of the toughest dudes in the NBA, so he might not need to miss time. If he does, it'll be Devin Harris, Richard Jefferson and Chandler Parsons filling in the most for Monta.
