Luol Deng (hip) is "likely to sit at least one more game," according to the Chicago Tribune.

Deng's injury has "improved," but he leads the NBA in minutes per game and the Bulls will be extra cautious with him, especially since they've already clinched a playoff spot. "At this time of the year, there are a lot of guys who are hurting that will play," said Tom Thibodeau. "But if a guy is injured, we don’t want him out there." The Bulls play Tuesday vs. the Raptors and Thursday vs. the Knicks, so owners should check back frequently for the latest updates.

Jimmy Butler was forced to leave Sunday's game vs. the Clippers with an apparent left arm injury, and his return is questionable.

Butler injured himself running into a hard screen set by DeAndre Jordan, and was forced to immediately exit the game while clutching his left arm. We'll be monitoring this situation closely, but Tony Snell will be in line for a healthy heaping of minutes if Butler is forced to miss any time. Stay tuned.
Mar 1 - 2:27 PM

Cavs' head coach David Blatt said that Kyrie Irving (shoulder) will return to action on Tuesday vs. the Celtics.

Irving won't be available for Sunday's game vs. the Rockets, giving Matthew Dellavedova one more game with the starting unit. Dellavedova managed to put up 14 inefficient points during Friday's loss to the Pacers, but those numbers came with both LeBron James and Irving out of the lineup. With James set to return on Sunday, Dellavedova isn't going to be a great option in most leagues.
Mar 1 - 2:10 PM

Matt Barnes left Sunday's game against the Bulls with a hamstring injury but he is available to return.

He was seen gripping his right hamstring after he had to quickly stop himself from going into the crowd, but it appears that he dodged a bullet. We will continue to monitor him closely and we will let you know how he holds up after the game.
Mar 1 - 1:39 PM

According to Marc Stein of ESPN, the 76ers and JaVale McGee are in discussions over a buyout.

Today is the last day that McGee would be eligible to play in the playoffs on another team if he were to be bought out, so a deal has to happen before midnight. McGee has struggled to stay healthy in the past few seasons, and while he is clearly not in the 76ers' plans, he likely wouldn't have a significant role on almost any team in the NBA. We will continue to follow this story closely, but it is safe to leave McGee on the wire in most leagues.
Mar 1 - 1:17 PM

LeBron James (back) is expected to play against the Rockets on Sunday.

He was held out of Friday's game vs. the Pacers for precautionary reasons, but the Cavaliers are going to need him against the formidable Rockets. Kyrie Irving has already been ruled out due to a shoulder strain, so James and Kevin Love are going to be busy Sunday. It's safe to activate James in all lineups.

Pau Gasol (illness) is good to go for Sunday's game vs. the Clippers.

He missed just one game due to illness, but with Taj Gibson sidelined with an ankle injury, Gasol should see his normal allotment of minutes vs. the Clippers. Even if he isn't quite 100 percent, Gasol has been an animal this season and is obviously a must-start option in all leagues.
Mar 1 - 11:20 AM

Taj Gibson (ankle) will not play on Sunday against the Clippers.

He was limping pretty severely when he left Friday's game and he still can't put weight on his ankle which suggests that he will see some more time on the sidelines. Pau Gaol is returning from an illness, so the Bulls should be able to cope without him for a game or two. Nikola Mirotic is loaded with upside, and is worth a look for owners in need of short-term value.
Mar 1 - 11:17 AM

Kemba Walker (knee) is expected to be reevaluated on Wednesday.

He was expected to be out for a minimum of six weeks after undergoing surgery on his torn lateral meniscus in his left knee on Jan. 28, and while it will take him some time to regain his conditioning, he can now be stashed in most leagues with the Hornets pursuing a playoff berth. Walker got up some shots before Wednesday's game vs. the Bulls for the first time since his surgery, and he is still said to be targeting a return to the lineup on March 16. Mo Williams has been filling in admirably at PG for Charlotte, and though his value will take a hit when Walker returns, he is still worth holding onto to see how things play out.
Mar 1 - 10:59 AM

Nerlens Noel is dealing with a sore quad and calf, and he is considered questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Pacers.

The 76ers are arguably the most cautious team in the NBA, so it wouldn't be surprising if they err on the side of caution and rest Noel tonight. We should know more closer to tip-off, so owners will have to stay on alert for an update. If Noel does sit, Thomas Robinson will likely be the primary beneficiary and is worth a look in deeper leagues after he scored nine points with nine boards in just 13 minutes vs. the Wizards on Friday. Henry Sims and JaVale McGee could see a bump in minutes as well, though they aren't reliable options in almost any league.
Mar 1 - 10:26 AM

After sitting out of Saturday's game vs. the Heat, Jeff Teague was seen getting treatment on his hamstring at practice on Sunday.

There is no word on how severe the injury is, but good news is that the Hawks don't play again until Tuesday vs. the Rockets, so there is plenty of time for him to recover. Dennis Schroder, who is coming off a 16-point, 10-assist performance vs. the Heat, will continue to be the primary beneficiary if Teague misses more time. We will continue to monitor Teague's status closely in the coming days and will pass along any additional updates.
Mar 1 - 10:10 AM

Derrick Favors was simply fantastic against the Bucks on Saturday, scoring 16 points with 12 boards, three blocks and three steals in 37 minutes.

He shot 7-of-11 from the field and hit his only two free throw attempts on the night, but he did come dangerously close to fouling out in this one. He has now double-doubled in three out of his last four games, and it's obvious that Enes Kanter bolting town has done wonders for the value of both Favors and Rudy Gobert.
