Chris Bosh (flu-like symptoms) did not travel to Washington and won't play Wednesday night.

Bosh missed Tuesday's game and was considered doubtful for tonight's game against the Wizards. The Heat are trying to keep him away from the team so his illness doesn't infect the locker room with the playoffs so close. Expect the Heat to start Joel Anthony, Udonis Haslem and LeBron James in the frontcourt, assuming James suits up.

Avery Bradley returned from his achilles injury on Monday and played just 15 minutes, finishing with six points, two 3-pointers and three steals.

Coach Brad Stevens said he was "tempted" to play Bradley more minutes tonight, but the plan going in was for 15 minutes. His minutes should increase a bit going forward until he's back to full speed and his return will eventually hurt Marcus Smart, but he came through with 16 points in 28 minutes tonight. Bradley had been out for his last 23 games with his injury.

Ty Lawson will start on Monday vs. the Wolves, sending Tyreke Evans back to the bench.

The Kings shuffle their lineups quite often, so don't read too much into this. Lawson is more of a deep-league guy right now with averages of 6.0 points and 4.0 assists in his last two games, while Evans' value should be safe regardless of where he starts the game -- the Kings are thin on the wings right now and Arron Afflalo (hamstring) and Garrett Temple (hamstring) are both out Monday.

Derrick Rose suffered a left shoulder stinger on Monday vs. the Raptors.

He collided with Patrick Patterson and asked out of the game, but he eventually returned and closed this one out. DeMar DeRozan hit the game-winning shot over Rose, but he said after the game that it was "Great [defense], better [offense]." He finished with 16 points on 5-of-12 shooting with six rebounds, four assists, two steals and three turnovers in 40 minutes. Coach Jeff Hornacek hinted before the game that Rose will have a larger workload after the team waived Brandon Jennings on Monday morning, but that's obviously a risky move for one of the most injury-prone players in the NBA. Rose said his shoulder is fine, so we'll consider him as probable for Wednesday's game vs. the Magic.
Feb 27 - 10:16 PM

Richaun Holmes came off the bench for 15 points, four rebounds, two assists, a steal, three blocks and a 3-pointer in 28 minutes on Monday.

Holmes is suddenly relevant with Joel Embiid (knee) out indefinitely and Nerlens Noel now in Dallas. Holmes has played meaningful minutes in three straight games and is averaging 11.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.3 steals, 3.3 blocks and 0.7 3-pointers in those games. He's a fine DFS punt play right now and deserves some season-long league attention, if you need a big man who can block shots.
Feb 27 - 10:11 PM

Dario Saric played 35 minutes and hit 6-of-15 shots and 9-of-10 free throws for 21 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and a steal in Monday's loss to the Warriors.

As if things weren't going well enough for the Homie, he also logged some minutes at center tonight with Jahlil Okafor in foul trouble, although it's doubtful that he'll actually qualify there this season. His line would have been a whole lot sweeter had he hit any of his six 3-point attempts, but we're not about to complain about his 21-7-7 line. His price is rising quickly in DFS, but it looks like he's going to be a fantasy beast the rest of the way.
Feb 27 - 9:51 PM

DeMar DeRozan scored 37 points and hit the game-winning shot in a 92-91 victory over the Knicks on Monday.

DeRozan buried a mid-range jumper over the outstretched arms of Derrick Rose with just 1.9 seconds left on the clock. He's going to be a busy man with Kyle Lowry (wrist surgery) out for several weeks, so his fantasy owners should get used to some monster lines -- DeRozan has a 41.0 usage rate with Lowry off the court. He shot 13-of-25 from the field and 10-of-13 from the line, adding eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and one triple. You can check out his game-winner in the link below.
Feb 27 - 9:42 PM

Dwight Howard was ejected from Monday's game vs. the Celtics.

He got his second technical foul for hanging on the rim after a dunk. Howard will finish with 17 points, 12 rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 27 minutes. The Hawks will likely have to go small with Paul Millsap at center the rest of the night.
Feb 27 - 9:19 PM

General manager Bryan Colangelo said the 76ers are hopeful Joel Embiid (knee) will return this season, according to the 76ers broadcast.

On the other hand, the team has made it very clear health and long-term performance is the top priority for their players. Basically, it sounds like a 50/50 shot we see Embiid out there again in 2016-17. As has been the case since January, the 76ers do not want to see any swelling or soreness on Embiid. He still had both on Monday and there hasn't been much improvement outside of him doing some light shooting. Richaun Holmes and Jahlil Okafor are both making strong case to be added in standard leagues. Robert Covington and The Homie Dario Saric have been huge winners, too.
Feb 27 - 9:15 PM

Michael Beasley suffered a left knee sprain on Monday vs. the Cavs and will not return.

The Bucks initially called Jabari Parker's injury a knee sprain, so Beasley isn't out of the woods yet and will likely have additional tests. He was in obvious pain and could only put a little bit of weight on his leg as his teammates helped him back to the locker room. He finished with 11 points in nine minutes. Mirza Teletovic will get a short-term boost with Khris Middleton resting tonight.
Feb 27 - 8:08 PM

Updating a previous report, Thon Maker started over John Henson on Monday vs. the Cavaliers.

Henson was listed as the official starter, but this isn't the first time the Bucks have listed the wrong starting lineup. Maker is prone to foul trouble and isn't a great fantasy option until he gets consistent minutes above 20 -- he's averaging 16.7 minutes per game as a starter.
Feb 27 - 7:20 PM

Deron Williams will not be available for Monday's game against the Bucks.

Head coach Tyronn Lue is hopeful to have Williams available for Wednesday's game against the Celtics, but he will not be able to make his Cavs' debut tonight. Williams lost a ton of value with the move to Cleveland, so owners in most leagues should probably just move on and send him to the wire.
