Kirk Hinrich (calf) is questionable for Game 5 on Monday with a bruised calf.

He played a whopping 60 minutes on Saturday and with Hinrich perpetually dealing with injuries during the season, it's far from a surprise to see him show up on the injury report. He played solid defense on Deron Williams and the Bulls would miss Hinrich and the additional depth he provides. Nate Robinson will pick up most of the point guard duties while Marco Belinelli, Rip Hamilton and Jimmy Butler should see more time at shooting guard.

Larry Nance scored 14 points with six rebounds, one assist, two steals and two blocks in 22 minutes against the Suns on Friday.

Nance seems to have a firm grip on the starting job, and he had a game-saving block on Marquese Chriss on the last play of the contest. He's very comfortable as a rim-running guy and does get a chance at some open jumpers, so there's a chance he can keep scoring in the teens. Plus, he has a knack for defensive stats, so he should be owned in standard leagues.

Eric Bledsoe scored 28 points with two rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block and three 3-pointers in 3- minutes against the Lakers on Friday.

He's making up for lost time at the end of last season with his 31.0 usage rate to start the year. Bledsoe was on the injury report for an ankle injury today, but he posted a "Ha!" on Twitter regarding his status. While the defensive effort clearly isn't there, Bledsoe is playing at a 115.2 pace and he's been fairly efficient. If he's active, he has a chance to post big stat lines.
Oct 21 - 2:45 AM

T.J. Warren scored 24 points with eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and one 3-pointer in 39 minutes against the Lakers on Friday.

The bad news is he missed free throws at the end of the game to get the Suns to 0-2. The good news is Warren was Phoenix's best player and he's doing more than just scoring. The Suns really need to make some changes to their rotation and it actually makes a lot of sense to bring him off the bench, but Warren should be owned in all standard leagues.
Oct 21 - 2:36 AM

Marquese Chriss came off the bench for 18 minutes against the Lakers on Friday, scoring five points with six rebounds, one assist, three blocks and one 3-pointer.

He actually had his head in the game, but he missed a dunk on Larry Nance on the last play of this contest. Interestingly before tonight, coach Earl Watson took Chriss out to dinner to help get his attention about being in the second unit. Chriss also said he talked to Jared Dudley about coming off the bench and how he needs to be ready when called upon. The Suns really need to make some changes because their defense is pathetic, so maybe Chriss can help out. Whatever the case, his blocks tonight show his upside, so he should still be held in standard leagues.
Oct 21 - 2:28 AM

Mike James took over the No. 2 point guard job against the Lakers on Friday, scoring 13 points with one assist, one block and one 3-pointer in 22 minutes.

After leading all players in Wednesday's action with 22 teams in action and being effective, James earned the trust of coach Earl Watson. James is getting minutes at both guard spots, he's keeping his turnovers down, his 28.8 usage rate and 60.2 TS% are above Devin Booker, and most importantly he leads the team in net rating. We don't know if Tyler Ulis was hurt or he was benched for poor play, but James may hold this role for now. He's worth a look in deeper leagues on a team that will be trailing a ton.
Oct 21 - 2:16 AM

D'Angelo Russell came through in the clutch during a 126-121 win over the Magic on Friday, scoring 17 points with three rebounds, six assists, three steals and eight turnovers in 25 minutes.

Hip-hop fans may know about Brooklyn's own M.O.P. with their classic "Cold As Ice", but now it looks like BK has a point guard that is just as cold when the game is on the line. Russell came through late with six consecutive Nets points in the last three minutes to help earn the win. While those turnovers have to come down, Russell is off to a very good start on his new team and he knows it. "The time is now," he said. Russell looks like a breakout candidate.
Oct 21 - 2:00 AM

DeMarre Carroll scored 17 points with eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and three 3-pointers in 28 minutes against the Magic on Friday.

Some NFL coaches are known as quarterback whisperers, but coach Kenny Atkinson seems to be the Carroll whisperer. Carroll played well for the Hawks while Atkinson was there and he's being used at both forward spots in this rotation. He looks healthy and is getting a lot of shots, so he should be owned in standard leagues.
Oct 21 - 1:47 AM

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson scored 15 points with four rebounds, one assist, three steals, three blocks and no turnovers in 25 minutes against the Magic on Friday.

He did have an ugly fall and had the training staff look at the back of his right leg, but he stayed in the game. Hollis-Jefferson's defense was outstanding in this game and he's finally getting some decent usage in this speedy offense. Hollis-Jefferson probably isn't going to be a minutes monster, but averaging 14.5 points per game so far shows he can do enough on offense to add to his defensive stats. He should be owned in all leagues.
Oct 21 - 1:42 AM

Trevor Booker had another gem of a game against the Magic on Friday, scoring 17 points with 11 rebounds, two assists and two turnovers in 22 minutes.

After his Wednesday 20-10, he is the first player since Kevin Love in 2009 to post double-doubles in each of his team's first two games of a season off the bench. Coach Kenny Atkinson said last week that Booker's role isn't set in stone and the coach has used a whopping 32 different combinations already this year, but Booker is playing just too well and gets minutes at two positions. While he won't be this good, he has to be added in standard leagues.
Oct 21 - 1:35 AM

Jarrett Allen made the rotation in a win over the Magic on Friday, scoring nine points with two rebounds, one steal and one block in 15 minutes.

He was really, really good and played important minutes in the fourth. The Nets have used a lot of 1-5 pick-and-roll in the preseason and early this year, and Allen continues to find a way to get to the rim for easy dunks. He's also ahead of the curve on defense and he's done a good job getting down the floor on both ends. It's not time to trust him just yet, but Allen made his claim that he's a strong stash in deeper leagues.
Oct 21 - 1:29 AM

Spencer Dinwiddie scored 16 points with five rebounds, five assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 25 minutes against the Magic on Friday.

He absolutely has minutes coming his way and he has already played next to D'Angelo Russell for nine minutes this season -- only two minutes tonight. Dinwiddie should be able to find around 20 minutes per game most nights, which is more like 24 minutes because the Nets are flying with their 113 pace and have a point guard-centric offense. Dinwiddie is worth a look for any PG-needy fantasy owner.
