Jeremy Lin (chest) did conditioning and shooting drills on Tuesday, but he remains a game-time decision for Wednesday's Game 5 vs. the Thunder.

Lin didn't play in Game 4, but he'll have a chance to return because the Rockets extended their season by at least one more game. Francisco Garcia started on Monday without Lin, and if the PG sits again, it's likely Garcia will draw another start.

Victor Oladipo (Achilles) will not play against the Mavericks on Saturday.

There is no word on the severity of the issue, but it doesn't sound serious. Oladipo hasn't had any noteworthy Achilles issues in his NBA career and hopefully this is just a one-time thing. Evan Fournier will get the start and is worth a long look as a spot starter.
Jan 31 - 5:53 PM

Jonas Valanciunas (ankle) and Amir Johnson (foot) will play against the Wizards on Saturday.

Valanciunas was liming badly on Friday night, but it sounds like he's ready to go without a restriction. Johnson and JV back in the lineup hurt the chances of Patrick Patterson having a good game. Fantasy owners can use Valanciunas in a sub-par matchup.
Jan 31 - 5:47 PM

Chandler Parsons (illness) will not play against the Magic on Saturday.

He missed Friday and the Mavs gave minutes to Richard Jefferson, Charlie Villanueva and Al-Farouq Aminu. The Mavs were awesome with their second unit in the fourth quarter, so maybe coach Rick Carlisle gives more minutes to Villanueva and Aminu. All that said, there is a lot of risk in playing any of these three guys.
Jan 31 - 5:37 PM

John Wall (migraines, ankle, Achilles) will play against the Raptors on Saturday.

The Wizards had Garrett Temple with the first unit at shootaround, but Wall is going to suit up for this big game. The Raptors have been awful at defending point guards with Jarrett Jack's 35-point game coming on Friday, so Wall could be in for a productive night. His fantasy owners should have him locked and loaded.
Jan 31 - 5:18 PM

Coach Brad Stevens confirmed on Saturday that Kelly Olynyk (ankle) likely won't play until after the All-Star break.

Olynyk is currently in a walking boot and recently said that he is still dealing with swelling in his ankle, so it's not out of the question that he ends up sitting out longer. Olynyk is only worth stashing in deeper leagues, as his role is too inconsistent to rely upon. In the meantime, expect Jared Sullinger, Brandon Bass and Tyler Zeller to all benefit in the short-term.
Jan 31 - 2:03 PM

DeMarre Caroll (Achilles) and Thabo Sefolosha (calf) will not play vs. the 76ers on Saturday.

Kent Bazemore will play all the minutes he can handle on Saturday, and is worth a long look in deeper leagues. Carroll should still be held onto in most leagues, and the Hawks probably just didn't want to risk him against the lowly 76ers. We will provide additional updates as needed.
Jan 31 - 1:51 PM

Amare Stoudemire (ankle) isn't expected to play against the Lakers on Sunday according to coach Derek Fisher, but he does have shot to play on Tuesday.

His role will likely be limited for the rest of the season, and with the Knicks looking towards the future, there's no reason to hold onto Stoudemire outside of the deepest of leagues. Expect Lou Amundson and Jason Smith to soak up Stoudemire's minutes in the meantime.
Jan 31 - 1:41 PM

Carmelo Anthony said that he thinks he will play against the Lakers on Sunday.

He was able to play in a back-to-back set on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, but the Knicks likely won't risk him if he's not feeling up to it. We will leave Anthony off the injury report for now, but his owners will want to check back after shootaround Sunday morning for the latest updates. Expect Lance Thomas and Tim Hardaway Jr. to benefit the most if Melo sits.
Jan 31 - 1:40 PM

Kevin Durant was a partial participant at shootaround on Saturday morning, and he will be a game-time decision against Memphis.

He has been sidelined for the past two games due to his sprained toe, but a huge matchup against Memphis could prove too tempting for him not to play. Durant's owners will have to check back for official confirmation prior to tip-off, but he certainly belongs in all lineups is if he's activated. If Durant sits, expect Perry Jones to draw another start, but Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka are the true beneficiaries if that's the case.
Jan 31 - 1:18 PM

Ricky Rubio (ankle) will finally return to action on Monday against the Mavericks.

He has missed the last 43 games due to his ankle injury, and the Wolves have said that Rubio will be on a minutes restriction until after the All-Star break at least. Minnesota is going to want him to develop some Chemistry with Andrew Wiggins as the season progresses, so Rubio should not be on any waiver wires following this news. Mo Williams and Zach LaVine will lose most of their value when Rubio returns, so owners should have a backup plan ready.
Jan 31 - 12:49 PM

Mo Williams (hip) and Zach LaVine (ankle) are questionable for Saturday's game against the Cavaliers.

Lorenzo Brown, who just signed a 10-day contract with Minnesota this week, is the only healthy point guard on the roster right now and he could be forced to play big minutes if LaVine and Williams sit out. However, Ricky Rubio is expected to return to action on Monday, so there's no need to consider Brown outside of daily leagues. Check back before tip-off for updates on Minnesota's lineup.
