Kirk Hinrich (calf) is not expected to need surgery.

Hinrich should be able to make a full recovery without surgery, and while that's good news, Hinrich remains an injury risk going into next season. He dealt with a myriad of injuries this season, but he should be able to keep his body in better shape playing a backup role behind Derrick Rose next season. Hinrich was never expected to play the role he wound up playing this year.

Allen Crabbe (knee) and DeMarre Carroll (rest) will play Sunday vs. the Pacers.

Neither guy was on the injury report, so it's not surprising to see them back in action today. Crabbe should see his usual minutes in a return from a one-game absence, which will likely result in Caris LeVert returning to the second unit, and there won't be quite as much opportunity for Nik Stauskas. Joe Harris figures to head back to the bench with Carroll active.
Dec 17 - 4:34 PM

Otto Porter (hip) will be a game-time call for Sunday's matchup with the Cavs.

Porter wasn't able to practice on Saturday, but he'll test his hip while going through his pregame routine before an official decision is made on his status. If he's unable to give it a go, Kelly Oubre would be in line for a start and there would be more opportunity for guys like Markieff Morris, Mike Scott and Jodie Meeks. Stay tuned.
Dec 17 - 4:28 PM

Steve Kerr said he's expecting Nick Young (concussion) to play Monday vs. the Lakers.

Young got in a full practice on Saturday, so it sounds like he's on the verge of clearing the league-mandated concussion protocol testing. With Stephen Curry (ankle) and Shaun Livingston (knee) out on Monday, Young could see a few extra minutes falling his way, and he could be someone to consider as a 3-point streamer under the revenge game narrative.
Dec 17 - 4:08 PM

Dennis Smith Jr. (hip) is being listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Suns.

Rick Carlisle hinted on Saturday that he was eying Monday's game against the Suns as a potential return date for the rookie, so the questionable tag is certainly encouraging. He's spent a full week on the sidelines with what has been reported as a relatively minor hip issue, so he has to be close. Upon his return, Yogi Ferrell and J.J. Barea will lose some value.
Dec 17 - 4:03 PM

Arron Afflalo (back) will not suit up for Sunday's game against the Pistons.

With Afflalo, Evan Fournier (ankle) and Terrence Ross (knee) all watching from the sidelines tonight, Shelvin Mack will draw the start at the two-spot and there will be more minutes available for guys like D.J. Augustin and Mario Hezonja. The Magic play again on Wednesday in Chicago, and for now, we'll be considering Afflalo questionable for that one.
Dec 17 - 3:56 PM

Avery Bradley (right groin) will not play Sunday vs. the Magic.

This will be Bradley's second straight game on the sidelines, which will result in Luke Kennard earning his second consecutive start, and Kennard will be joined by Reggie Jackson, Reggie Bullock, Tobias Harris and Andre Drummond. The fact that Bradley was a game-time call today suggests that he's getting close, so maybe he'll be able to get back out there for Wednesday's game in Dallas.
Dec 17 - 3:49 PM

Zaza Pachulia (shoulder) is being listed as doubtful for Monday's game against the Lakers.

Pachulia was able to get through some of Saturday's practice, but there's no reason to rush him back to the court for a matchup against the Lakers. Check back for another update following Monday morning's shootaround, but if he's out again, that'll translate to more minutes for Jordan Bell and David West.
Dec 17 - 3:46 PM

Draymond Green (shoulder) and Shaun Livingston (knee) have been ruled out for Monday's matchup with the Lakers.

This will be Green's third straight game on the sidelines, which should result in Jordan Bell getting another start with more minutes falling to Omri Casspi. After Monday's game in Los Angeles, the Warriors return home for a matchup with Memphis on Wednesday, and for now, we'll be considering Green questionable for that one. Livingston's off day seems more precautionary than anything else, so he's probably closer to probable for Wednesday's game.
Dec 17 - 3:41 PM

Austin Rivers (concussion) is expected to play Monday vs. the Spurs.

He's officially being listed as questionable, but he's cleared the league-mandated concussion protocol testing, so it would be surprising if he weren't able to get out there. With Rivers back in action, Jamil Wilson or Lou Williams will return to the second unit, and there will be fewer minutes available for C.J. Williams and Jawun Evans. Stay tuned.
Dec 17 - 3:24 PM

Danilo Gallinari (glute) is being listed as out for Monday's matchup with San Antonio.

Gallinari doesn't have an official timetable, but Monday will mark his fourth straight game on the sidelines and for now, we'll be considering him doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Suns. With him out, Jamil Wilson will have another chance to start with guys like Sam Dekker and Wes Johnson also having the opportunity for extended minutes. Gallinari does offer plenty of upside, but his propensity to find himself on the sidelines has made him an annoying guy to own in fantasy hoops.
Dec 17 - 3:21 PM

Skal Labissiere will come off the bench Sunday vs. the Raptors.

Labissiere's numbers have been all over the place this season, but they don't change much based on whether he's starting or coming off the bench. Perhaps he'll be able to see some extended minutes tonight with Zach Randolph resting, but he's too inconsistent to trust outside of deep leagues.
