Tony Parker (calf) will have a precautionary MRI on Thursday.

There is no indication of anything serious, and the MRI is just designed in order to monitor his recovery after he's dealt with a calf injury during the playoffs. We don't expect Parker to miss any time, but we're putting him on the injury report just in case. Parker reported improvement in the calf, but also noted it was the worst bruise of his career. "The calf is doing better," he said. "I'm turning the corner."

John Wall (knee) is expected to play minutes in the mid 20s against the Grizzlies on Wednesday.

He's been going through some on-court work since the weekend, but the Wizards certainly don't want to rush Wall back. With him returning, Tomas Satoransky is still expected to play and could get minutes on the wing. Bradley Beal and Otto Porter will also have some help after getting extra usage. Get Wall in your lineup for season long, but he's probably not a reliable play in DFS.
Dec 13 - 5:31 PM

Ian Mahinmi (sore right knee) will be a game-time call for Wednesday's matchup with Memphis.

Mahinmi sat out Tuesday's game with the knee issue, but the good news is that he had an MRI this afternoon that came back negative, so he's just dealing with anything all that serious. If Mahinmi is forced to miss his second game in a row on Wednesday, there will be more minutes available for Jason Smith and Mike Scott, but that means very little in fantasy hoops.
Dec 13 - 5:27 PM

Wesley Iwundu will start for Arron Afflalo on Wednesday against the Clippers.

He'll join Elfrid Payton, Jonathon Simmons, Mario Hezonja and Nikola Vucevic in the first unit. Iwundu looked pretty good on Saturday with his seven points and he should be able to get in the 26-30 range tonight. He probably won't be lighting it up in the scoring column, but he's an option as a punt because the Magic are so shorthanded. Expect Shelvin Mack and D.J. Augustin to get some wing minutes, as well.
Dec 13 - 5:25 PM

Darren Collison (knee) and Cory Joseph (shoulder) will play Wednesday vs. the Thunder.

Collison will be returning from a one-game absence, which should send Joseph back to the bench. Collison hasn't played that well over the past few weeks, so he's not a great DFS target with a tough matchup against Russell Westbrook of the Thunder. Season-long owners can go ahead and get him active, though.
Dec 13 - 5:24 PM

Arron Afflalo (back) will not play against the Clippers on Wednesday.

He didn't sound like he was going to play, so this was expected. With him out, the Magic are probably going to have to roll with more of their two-PG lineups with Shelvin Mack and D.J. Augustin. It's also possible Wes Iwundu gets in the starting lineup and could play minutes in the upper 20s. Iwundu probably won't be a usage monster, but give him a look as a DFS punt.
Dec 13 - 5:21 PM

John Collins (shoulder) is probable for Thursday against the Pistons.

He suffered his shoulder injury on Nov. 30, so he is going to be on the very front end of his 2-3 week timeline. Collins was starting at center just before his shoulder injury and he should almost certainly be back in that role again on Thursday. As long as he keeps his fouls down, Collins should produce in standard fantasy leagues, so go ahead and grab him.
Dec 13 - 4:39 PM

Isaiah Canaan will be available for Wednesday against the Raptors.

He was added to the roster from the injury hardship exception. The Suns are gutted at shooting guard and have had to play Josh Jackson and their undersized point guards out of position at times. It wouldn't be a shock to see Canaan get minutes, but obviously it's tough to count on Canaan unless you're in a super deep league.
Dec 13 - 3:57 PM

Draymond Green (shoulder) did not practice on Wednesday and is not expected to play on Thursday, according to coach Steve Kerr.

This shoulder injury has been lingering for Green as he's missed last Wednesday, played 38 minutes on Friday, and did't play against the Blazers on Monday. The Warriors are not putting much stock into their regular season, so it's possible Green misses more games. If that's the case, Jordan Bell should be set up for another start and is worth a speculative add in competitive leagues. Omri Casspi could also play more.
Dec 13 - 3:06 PM

Meyers Leonard (illness) is questionable against the Heat on Wednesday.

We don't have any details on his illness, so expect him to be a game-time call for the 7:30 EST start. Leonard played 19.0 minutes per game in the starts without Jusuf Nurkic (ankle), but coach Terry Stotts was running out Ed Davis, Zach Collins and Noah Vonleh as options at center, as well. If Leonard is out, Collins may have a chance to get minutes in the upper 20s while Davis could also see run closer to 20 minutes, as well.
Dec 13 - 2:30 PM

Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday against the Heat.

It's a little discouraging that Nurkic gets ruled out before game time, but the Blazers broadcast did say Nurkic went through a pre-game workout on Monday. He should have a decent chance to play against the Magic on Friday. Meyers Leonard (illness) is also questionable, so there could be a decent amount of Ed Davis and Zach Collins against Kelly Olynyk and company.
Dec 13 - 2:22 PM

Joe Johnson (wrist) will not play vs. Chicago on Wednesday.

He went through shootaround and his re-evaluation must not have been good enough to give him the green light tonight. With him out, that should mean Jonas Jerebko (illness) will be in the rotation again while this should also help Alec Burks keep his minutes in the 20s even with Rodney Hood back.
