LeBron James said he's not thinking about the possibility of becoming a free agent in the summer of 2014 yet.

The six-year, $109.8 million deal James signed before the 2010-11 season was actually a four-year contract with two seasons of player options tacked on to the end. He can opt out and become an unrestricted free agent after the upcoming season, just like Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. James won't comment on something that far down the road yet, but he did say that the opportunity to compete for several more titles with the Heat is "the ultimate." Miami has been to three straight Finals and won back-to-back championships since LeBron arrived. They'll do whatever it takes to keep him when the time comes.

Khris Middleton scored a team-high 25 points in Sunday's overtime loss to the Pelicans, adding one 3-pointer, five rebounds, three assists, one steal and three turnovers in 38 minutes.

Middleton hit a huge, step-back jumper over E'Twaun Moore with under a minute left to tie up the game for Milwaukee, and he was the lead dog during the overtime period, posting a crazy 50.0 usage rate. Unfortunately, he went iso against Nikola Mirotic on one of the Bucks' final few possessions, which ended with him getting swatted and Milwaukee went on to lose the game.

Tyreke Evans (right ribs) has been ruled out for Monday's game vs. Boston.

Evans was due to have an MRI on Sunday and owners should sit tight while we await the results. He was reportedly feeling good on Saturday and this could be a simple precaution, as Memphis has zero incentive to play Evans -- they're headed to the draft lottery and he's headed to unrestricted free agency. Andrew Harrison and Mario Chalmers stand to benefit with more ball-handling duties, and Jarell Martin could earn another start if Memphis opts to go big.

Once Ersan Ilyasova's buyout is completed with Atlanta, he's expected to sign a deal with Philadelphia.

Ilyasova spent time in Philly last year, so he's familiar with Brett Brown's system, and he'll help add some depth and 3-point shooting to the 76ers' frontcourt. However, it's unlikely he'll earn enough minutes with the 76ers to make a meaningful impact in fantasy hoops, so he's safe to leave on the waiver wire in all leagues.
Feb 25 - 5:03 PM

Nicolas Batum did a little bit of everything during Sunday's easy win over the Pistons, tallying 15 points, four triples, five boards, nine dimes, three steals, one block and one turnover in 29 minutes.

Batum had a nice two-man game going with Dwight Howard, throwing him numerous alley-oops, and overall, he did an excellent job of running the floor racking up six dimes by halftime. He also went 5-of-10 from the field and 1-of-1 from the stripe to give him an elite 71.8 true shooting percentage on the evening, and he probably would have had an even juicier stat line if the game weren't such a blowout.
Feb 25 - 4:17 PM

Patty Mills will remain in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Cavs.

Danny Green (illness) will be coming off the bench in his return from a one-game absence, so while Mills will remain a starter, he likely won't play quite as many minutes with Green available. Joining Mills in the starting five will be Dejounte Murray, Kyle Anderson, LaMarcus Aldridge and Pau Gasol.
Feb 25 - 3:29 PM

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (groin) and Caris LeVert (knee) will be available to play on Monday vs. the Bulls.

RHJ and LeVert could be dealing with a minutes limit in their first game back from lengthy layoffs, but Hollis-Jefferson is worth swooping up in most leagues if he was cut during the injury. RHJ's return to the court will result in fewer minutes for Quincy Acy and Joe Harris, and LeVert might push Nik Stauskas out of the rotation entirely.
Feb 25 - 3:10 PM

Eric Bledsoe (left wrist) is in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Pelicans.

Bledsoe was always expected to play, but now we have official confirmation. He'll be joined by the usual starting five featuring Khris Middleton, Tony Snell, Giannis Antetokounmpo and John Henson. Feel free to get him active.
Feb 25 - 3:01 PM

Jimmy Butler underwent successful meniscus surgery on his right knee on Sunday, and he's being listed as "out indefinitely."

The good news is that he hasn't yet been ruled out for the season, and Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reported on Saturday that there's a chance Butler could return in 4-6 weeks. We haven't been made aware the exact procedure Butler underwent, but if he is able to return this season that would likely mean he underwent a meniscectomy, which is complete removal of meniscus. Butler will likely be limited upon his return, but a 4-6 week window would give him the opportunity to return during the fantasy playoffs. Andrew Wiggins will be one of the primary beneficiaries here, and Nemanja Bjelica has some deep league appeal as the fill-in starter.

Danny Green (illness) will play Sunday vs. the Cavs.

Green sat out Friday's game with the illness, but he was never listed on the injury report today and always expected to get back out there. He'll likely start, which will shift Patty Mills back to the second unit.
Feb 25 - 2:53 PM

The Clippers are listing Danilo Gallinari (right hand) as day-to-day.

Gallinari sat out the second game of a back-to-back set in Phoenix on Friday, but he could be back in action as soon as Tuesday's game in Denver. Doc Rivers said that Gallinari's ability to play will be a "pain tolerance thing," so it doesn't sound like he's dealing with anything serious. Tyrone Wallace's minutes will take a hit when Gallinari gets back out there.
Feb 25 - 2:13 PM

Avery Bradley (groin) will miss the next 1-3 weeks of action.

Doc Rivers said that while he doesn't know exactly when Bradley will be able to make it back to the court, he'll be out "a while," and that post-season surgery is something that's being discussed. Milos Teodosic, Tyrone Wallace and Austin Rivers will split his minutes, and with how bad Bradley has been this season, he belongs on the wire in most leagues at this point.
