LaMarcus Aldridge refuted rumors that he has demanded a trade from the Blazers.

A previous report stated that Aldridge would want to be traded to the Bulls or Mavericks if the Blazers don't significantly upgrade their roster, and he cleared up some misunderstandings on Saturday. "I haven't demanded a trade or cleared a way for my departure," Aldridge said. "It's not true. That's all I am saying right now." He also expressed "optimism" about Portland's future in an email sent to the Oregonian, and we don't expect him to openly lobby for a trade until the Blazers make their moves in free agency.

Carmelo Anthony (back) will not play against the Mavericks on Wednesday.

He's likely going to miss some time here.
Nov 26 - 6:09 PM

Brandon Jennings (thumb) will not play against the Clippers on Wednesday.

It'll be D.J. Augustin in the starting lineup again tonight. He struggled in a favorable matchup against the Bucks on Tuesday, so a matchup with Chris Paul doesn't look great on the surface. Still, he saw 37 minutes last night, which makes him a fantasy option. Spencer Dinwiddie will get some run, too.
Nov 26 - 6:00 PM

Jameer Nelson (back spasms) will not play against the Knicks on Wednesday.

He is just getting over a hamstring injury and this injury is not considered serious. With Nelson and Raymond Felton (ankle) out, J.J. Barea and Devin Harris will get all of the minutes at point guard. Both guys are options in daily leagues with the defensive turnstile known as Jose Calderon.
Nov 26 - 5:57 PM

Tobias Harris (calf), Evan Fournier (quad) and Kyle O'Quinn (ankle) will all be active for Wednesday's home game vs. the Warriors.

Harris sat out Monday's game and missed part of Orlando's shootaround on Wednesday, but must have felt better when going through pre-game warmups. He'll start at SF and has been terrific when healthy this season, so fantasy owners should roll the dice on him in what should be an up-tempo game vs. Golden State.
Nov 26 - 5:15 PM

Carlos Boozer (shoulder) will start against the Grizzlies on Wednesday.

Well, the Ed Davis Revenge Game will have to be from a bench role. Boozer missed Sunday against the Nuggets and it sounds like he should see his normal minutes. He's still not going to be a great play tonight against a terrific interior defense. Jordan Hill also will not have to play 42 minutes, which matched a career high. On the other side of the matchup, Zach Randolph could have a big game against Boozer.
Nov 26 - 2:40 PM

Rudy Gay (Achilles) and Darren Collison will not play against the Rockets on Wednesday.

Gay did not play on Tuesday due to his lingering tendinitis and the Kings are hopeful he can return on Friday. He's been dealing with this issue since last season and it's something he may have to manage throughout the year. Omri Casspi scored 22 points and has been very effective at getting to the rim, so look to use him in deep leagues and in daily formats.

A bruised right ankle leaves Isaiah Thomas questionable for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets.

Uh oh. He suffered the injury on Monday and this should be a fast-paced game. If IT2 is out, both Goran Dragic and Eric Bledsoe should be in for a big night, while Gerald Green could see a boost in minutes, as well.
Nov 26 - 1:53 PM

Amare Stoudemire has dealt with back spasms in the past and given the amount of pain Melo is currently in, paints a not-so-pleasant picture of what Melo might be dealing with.

"Back spasms is nothing easy to deal with,’’ Stoudemire said. "Your whole body shuts down, it affects your central nervous system. It affects your entire body. It takes time to get over that spasm. It takes a lot of rest and recovery and a lot of rehab to get over that particular injury.’’ Not good. Melo's owners should probably start making alternative plans for not only this week, but potentially the next month or so, if Stoudemire's assessment is accurate. Speaking of Stoudemire, his role should be greatly increased in Melo's absence, while J.R. Smith is expected to start tonight.
Nov 26 - 1:46 PM

Thaddeus Young is expected to return to action on Wednesday, although his role still hasn't been confirmed.

The team will wear pink shoe laces to honor Young's mother, who passed away from breast cancer recently. We should have an update on whether he's starting or not, but you can get him back in your lineup after missing the previous six games.
Nov 26 - 1:32 PM

Mo Williams missed shootaround Wednesday and is a game-time decision against the Bucks.

Williams has been sick for several days now and while it's possible he'll play tonight, it would not be surprising to see rookie Zach LaVine running the point for the Wolves tonight. On a side note, the Wolves will be wearing pink shoe laces as a tribute to Thaddeus Young's mother, who passed away from cancer recently.
Nov 26 - 12:58 PM

Dwyane Wade, who has missed seven straight games with a hamstring injury, was taking part in "explosive drill practice" on Wednesday.

The Heat are off until Sunday at New York and if Wade is doing those kind of drills, you'd have to think he might be ready to go four days from now. He says he's "hoping" to play on Sunday, but there's no way to tell given Wade's injury history.
