Greivis Vasquez will be headed to Sacramento along with two second-round picks from Portland as part of a three-team trade.

There was really no way Vasquez was going to stick around in New Orleans. The Pelicans traded for Jrue Holiday and they saw Brian Roberts turn some heads last season, as well. Vasquez has played plenty of shooting guard, but with the Kings drafting Ben McLemore, GV will likely be in a timeshare at point guard with Isaiah Thomas. He was a great value pick in drafts last season and led the NBA in total assists, but that won't be happening this year.

Darren Collison, Tyreke Evans and Anthony Tolliver are all out for planned rest against the Warriors on Friday.

This is pretty much status quo for the Kings as they get a look at their youth. Ty Lawson should get big minutes in the first unit while the Kings piece it together in the second unit. Collison isn't worth owning now that he's basically resting every other game.

Joel Embiid had successful minor arthroscopic surgery to address a meniscus tear in his left knee on Friday.

"The overall status of Joel’s lateral meniscus and his cartilage is very good, Dr. Neal S. ElAttrache said. "Today's procedure focused on removing a small portion of the meniscus that was responsible for his symptoms. The recovery program that has been established targets Joel transitioning back to full weight-bearing in approximately two weeks, at which point a conservative approach to his rehabilitation will be introduced." Embiid is expected to resume basketball activities this summer, so he should be a full go for training camp. There will be several updates on his progress throughout the offseason.

Derrick Jones Jr. is in the starting lineup against the Celtics on Friday.

He was reportedly not expected to play, but he'll be out there to start. Jones Jr. hurt his right wrist on Thursday night and needed X-rays. He is likely to be limited today and isn't a fantasy option.
Mar 24 - 7:40 PM

T.J. Warren (left foot contusion) will not play on Friday vs. the Celtics.

He wasn't expected to play, but now we have official confirmation. With Derrick Jones Jr. (wrist) also out, the Suns will only have eight available players. The Suns play again on Sunday, but Warren's owners may have to drop him in must-win situations.
Mar 24 - 7:23 PM

Jahlil Okafor (knee soreness) will not play against the Bulls on Friday night.

The team will give him treatment on his sore knee during the game. Okafor's right knee soreness has been ongoing for most of the past 12 months and there's a good chance he misses additional time. Richaun Holmes should start and play big minutes as a must-start option in fantasy -- he's a strong DFS play, of course. Shawn Long should back him up with some Dario Saric at the five, as well.
Mar 24 - 6:36 PM

John Henson (thumb) will not play against the Hawks on Friday.

It'll be his second game out of the lineup. Spencer Hawes was in the rotation for the last game and scored 10 points, so he should be looking at a similar role. Henson was expected to be re-evaluated today, but there's no update on his status going forward. Besides Greg Monroe as a low-end guy, this is a situation to avoid in most leagues.
Mar 24 - 6:27 PM

Danilo Gallinari (knee) will start and Mason Plumlee will move to the bench for Friday against the Pacers.

The Nuggets will go back to their old lineup with Gallo and Wilson Chandler at the starting forward spots. Coach Mike Malone usually plays Gallo huge minutes and he has played well since the break, so expect him to hit the ground running. Gallo's return should take away from Plumlee and Kenneth Faried.
Mar 24 - 6:20 PM

Kyrie Irving, J.R. Smith, LeBron James, Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson will start against the Hornets on Friday.

The Cavs have a back-to-back with tonight's game and tomorrow with the Wizards coming to Cleveland. Coach Ty Lue said Love is not restricted to back-to-back sets anymore, so he could play in both games this weekend. Go ahead and get them in your lineups for tonight, but keep an eye out for some limited minutes.
Mar 24 - 6:16 PM

John Wall (migraine) will play Friday night against the Nets.

He is not 100 percent and did not go through shootaround. As he arrived to the arena, he had a gallon of water, was wearing sunglasses and didn't exactly look healthy for this one. His fantasy owners in season-long leagues have to start him, but DFS owners may want to be careful on using him even in a plus matchup.
Mar 24 - 6:02 PM

Avery Bradley (illness) will not play against the Suns on Friday and Jaylen Brown will get the starting

At least it's not Bradley's Achilles injury from earlier in 2017. Bradley should be considered questionable for Sunday against the Heat. For tonight, Marcus Smart should pick up minutes in the low 30s while Brown should get 20-24 minutes in a plus matchup and Terry Rozier could get added run in a blowout. Isaiah Thomas' revenge game also got a little sweeter.
Mar 24 - 5:40 PM

Kenneth Faried (left shoulder) will play against the Pacers on Friday.

He has a contusion and was questionable to play, but the Manimal gets an all clear before warmups. After a big 17-point Wednesday, it'll be interesting to see how he gets minutes with Danilo Gallinari back. Gallo's return will push Wilson Chandler to the four and the Nuggets do want to use Mason Plumlee at PF, as well. Faried would be a risky DFS or season-long play on a busy night.
