Reggie Jackson exploded in Tuesday's Summer League game against the Pistons, scoring 35 points with one board, one assist, two steals, one block and two 3-pointers on 12-of-19 shooting.

He only turned on the the ball over once and Jackson is doing a great job in supporting the idea that he'll be receiving the sixth-man minutes for the Thunder this upcoming season. During the playoffs, Jackson shot 47.9 percent from the field while hitting 1.2 triples per game, so he'll have upside as long as he hits 24 minutes per game.

Clippers coach Doc Rivers said that DeAndre Jordan (ankle) is "really close" to returning and could be ready to play Wednesday vs. Boston.

Jordan has missed each of the Clippers last five games due to a sprained left ankle but is inching his way back to the lineup. "[Jordan] did some stuff yesterday and even thought that he may play [Monday night]. So, he's close," said Rivers. We should have a further update on Jordan's status after Tuesday's practice.

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN is reporting that, during a tense team meeting on Monday, several players challenged the legitimacy of Kevin Love's illness that led him to leave Saturday's game early.

Love only played three minutes in Saturday's embarrassing loss to the Thunder and apparently left the arena early, irking his teammates. Love also did not practice with the team on Sunday. However, it sounds like Love was able to explain himself to his teammates, which calmed things down. The Cavs are dealing with a host of issues, including uninspired defense, which has resulted in them losing nine of their last 12 games. On Monday, Love said he felt better and plans on playing Tuesday vs. the Spurs.

Damian Lillard recently met with Blazers owner Paul Allen to "gather an understanding of the organization's direction," according to Chris Hayes of ESPN.

Lillard and Allen met for approximately one hour in Allen's office last Thursday. Per the ESPN report, Allen feared that Lillard might demand a trade, but no such request was made. However, Lillard let it be known that he "has championship aspirations and wanted to fulfill those lofty goals during the remaining years of his prime window." With plenty of drama throughout the NBA, this is another storyline to keep an eye on.

Blake Griffin triple-doubled in Monday's 126-118 loss to the Wolves, posting 32 points with 12 rebounds, 12 assists, one steal and two triples in 37 minutes.

That's his second triple-double of the season and the seventh of his career. Griffin hit 13-of-22 shots and 4-of-7 free throws, but turned the ball over four times including one really bad one with the Clippers down three points in the final 20 seconds. He's been a monster lately with 23.4 points, 9.2 rebounds, 6.8 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.4 triples over his last five games, and his outlook will be fine as long as the Clippers continue to fight for the No. 8 seed out West.

Nemanja Bjelica matched his season-high with 18 points vs. the Clippers on Monday, hitting 6-of-13 shots and 3-of-4 free throws.

He made his second straight start for the injured Jimmy Butler (knee), but unlike last game, he closed over Marcus George-Hunt. Bjelica grabbed nine rebounds with four assists, one steal and three triples in 34 minutes, and he's now averaging 13.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.5 steals and 2.0 triples in his last two games. If Butler continues to miss time, Bjelica will be a solid streaming option on Wednesday vs. the Blazers and Thursday vs. the Warriors.

Jeff Teague scored a season-high 30 points in Monday's win over the Clippers, hitting 7-of-14 shots and 16-of-17 free throws.

The 16 free throws were three more than his previous career-high, but Teague wasn't done there, as he racked up six assists with three rebounds and a turnover in 34 minutes. He was in a funk coming into tonight's game with averages of 11.0 points, 6.3 assists, 1.7 steals and 0.7 triples on 36.8% shooting in his previous six games, and while he obviously benefitted from Jimmy Butler's (knee) absence, hopefully this a sign of things to come.

Andrew Wiggins posted a season-high in points for the second time in a row in Monday's 126-118 win over the Clippers, dropping 40 points in 41 minutes.

Wiggins hit 16-of-28 shots and 5-of-8 free throws, adding six rebounds, one assist, one block and three triples. He had 29 points, five rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer in 36 minutes in his last game, and he's been the putting the Wolves on his back with Jimmy Butler missing the last two games with right knee soreness. This was the sixth game of his career with 40+ points and he'll be a monster play once again if Butler can't go vs. the Blazers on Wednesday or the Warriors on Thursday.

Jusuf Nurkic scored 19 points (7-of-13 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs) with 12 rebounds, one assist, two steals and three blocks in a 104-101 loss to the Nuggets on Monday.

This was his first game in Denver since he was traded, and it's no secret that he had an issue with coach Mike Malone when he was there -- when asked about their relationship at the morning shootaround, Nurkic plainly said they didn't have one. "He plays better when he has an edge," Damian Lillard said of Nurkic. "For Nurk, when he’s locked in, he’s focused, when he’s paying attention to the small things, too, instead of the things that jump out, that’s when you see the best version of him." He averaged 20.0 points and 7.0 rebounds on 57.5 percent shooting in three previous meetings, so it's easy to see why he was such a popular DFS target tonight.

Jamal Murray busted out for a career-high 38 points with five rebounds, six assists, one turnover and four 3-pointers in 34 minutes against the Blazers during a 104-101 win on Monday.

It was a virtuoso performance from one of the league's best point guards. Murray hit mid-range jumpers and six shots in the paint to get him to his best scoring game ever. Murray has been on a serious roll for two months, so his patient owners are laughing to the bank.
Jan 23 - 12:07 AM

Kelly Oubre played 32 minutes on Monday but hit just 2-of-11 shots and a 3-pointer for seven points, five rebounds, one assist and two steals.

Otto Porter went down with a hip injury tonight and didn't return. Meanwhile, Oubre had scored at least 10 points in his previous seven games and should get a boost if Porter's going to miss time. Even with a few duds thrown in, Porter came into this one averaging 14 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.2 3-pointers on 55 percent shooting in January. He could be a sneaky pickup if Porter's going to miss time with his injury, assuming he's not already owned in your league.

DeMarcus Cousins went off for 44 points, 24 rebounds, 10 assists, four steals, a block and five 3-pointers on 13-of-29 shooting in 52 minutes of Monday's 132-128 overtime win against the Bulls.

Boogie Nights! Cousins became the first player since Wilt Chamberlain in 1968 to post a 40-20-10 game and he even managed to avoid fouling out, despite all the minutes. The points and boards were both season highs and this was his second triple-double of the season, as he had 29 points, 12 boards and 10 assists back on Oct. 28. Cousins came in as the No. 10 fantasy player in nine-cat leagues and he's probably going to jump a few spots after this historic performance.
