The Raptors and D.J. Augustin agreed to a one-year deal worth $1.26 million, league sources tell Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski.

Augustin spent last season with the Pacers but hit career lows in almost every relevant category. In Toronto, he'll be the primary backup to Kyle Lowry and hopefully give Toronto enough to be trusted with 10 to 15 minutes a night. Augustin won't have any impact on your fantasy league unless Lowry can't stay healthy, which isn't that farfetched.

Michael Beasley started in place of Kristaps Porzingis (left knee) in Tuesday's loss to the Warriors and stepped up with 21 points in 35 minutes.

He once described himself as a "walking bucket" and looked the part tonight, hitting 8-of-15 shots and 5-of-5 free throws with four rebounds and four assists. His usage rate climbs from 24.2 to 30.6 with Porzingis off the floor, and he has fared well as a starter before, averaging 20.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 blocks in six previous fill-in starts. It's unclear if Porzingis will play on Thursday vs. the Nuggets or Friday vs. the Suns, but get ready to deploy Beasley in all formats if he can't go.

Jordan Clarkson played 34 minutes off the bench and hit 8-of-17 shots for 22 points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals in Tuesday's win over the Celtics.

He had 29 points and 10 dimes on Sunday and scored 33 points while flirting with a triple-double on Friday, but Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was out for both of those games. Lonzo Ball is still out with his knee injury, but KCP is back. Either way, Clarkson looks like a must-own, must-start fantasy player, at least until Ball is back in action.
Jan 24 - 1:38 AM

Kyle Kuzma came off the bench to hit 10-of-16 shots and five 3-pointers for 28 points, four rebounds and three assists to lead the Lakers in scoring and to their third straight win against the Celtics on Tuesday.

Kuzma basically won this one for the Lakers in his best game since he scored 31 points on Christmas Day. This was actually his first 20-point game in January, and while he's cooled off, he was playing well enough to still be owned and started in all fantasy leagues. He played just 10 minutes on Sunday (but still scored 15 points) after jamming his right index finger, but obviously, it's not a problem.
Jan 24 - 1:34 AM

Stephen Curry scored a game-high 32 points in a 123-112 win over the Knicks on Tuesday, hitting all six of his free throws, 8-of-15 triples and 9-of-19 shots.

He had 17 of his 32 points in the third quarter, and this was his 14th game of the season with 30+ points and third game with 8+ triples. Curry added seven assists and six rebounds with just a single turnover in 33 minutes, and it's nice to see him take better care of the ball after turning it over six times in each of his previous two games. He's been the second best player in standard 9-category leagues on a per-game basis and will look to keep his momentum going vs. the Wolves on Thursday.
Jan 24 - 1:14 AM

Kyrie Irving hit 13-of-24 shots and four 3-pointers for 33 points, three rebounds and four assists in 38 minutes of Tuesday's 108-107 loss to the Lakers.

Irving banged his left knee on another player's in the second half and was seen grabbing it a few times, but stayed in the game and played through it. He's been bothered by a shoulder injury lately, but is hot, scoring 40 points on Sunday and scoring at least 20 points in his last five games. The shoulder issue seems to be subsiding, but owners may want to check back on Wednesday to make sure that the left knee isn't going to be a problem. Based on how he played after the injury tonight, it looks like he's fine. The Celtics have now lost four straight games after winning seven straight.
Jan 24 - 1:08 AM

Kevin Durant was ejected with two technicals on Tuesday vs. the Knicks, finishing with 14 points, a career-high 14 assists, four rebounds, two steals, two blocks and five turnovers in 32 minutes.

That's his fourth ejection of the season and 10th technical -- once he hits 16 he will get an automatic one-game suspension. KD vented some frustration to the officials before getting tossed, but there was only 2:50 remaining in the fourth quarter and the Warriors were up by 18 at the time. He finished 4-of-10 from the field and hit all four free throws, helping the Warriors bounce back from their loss to Houston on Saturday.
Jan 24 - 12:50 AM

Jarrett Allen posted the first double-double of his NBA career with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

This was his first game with double-digit rebounds, but this was also just his third game of the season with 23+ minutes. He finished 4-of-6 from the field and 3-of-6 from the line with one assist and one block, and coach Kenny Atkinson rewarded his strong play by letting him close the game. We love Allen's upside in blocks, so keep an eye on him in case his role grows.
Jan 23 - 11:28 PM

Dejounte Murray has taken over the reins from Tony Parker and had one of the best games of his career with 19 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and a career-high seven steals on 8-of-15 shooting in 30 minutes on Tuesday.

"(Parker) is still going to be an important part of what we do," coach Gregg Popovich said on Tuesday. "But Dejounte is a young talent and we need to find out exactly what we have there. So it is time." Murray was right on time with a monster line tonight, and while Parker and Patty Mills will still shine from time to time, Murray is the guy you want to own in fantasy right now. Go get him.
Jan 23 - 10:48 PM

Russell Westbrook hit the game-winning layup over the outstretched arms of Jarrett Allen in a 109-108 victory over the Nets on Tuesday, scoring 32 points in 36 minutes.

That's not a bad way to celebrate being named to his seventh All-Star game. The Nets have allowed the third most fantasy points to PGs this season, so this was the perfect storm for Russ. He hit 12-of-27 shots and 8-of-11 free throws, adding six assists, five rebounds, two steals and one turnover. His Thunder are rolling with five straight wins and they will look to make it six on Thursday vs. the Wizards.
Jan 23 - 10:45 PM

Kyle Anderson played 34 minutes and hit 5-of-10 shots for 10 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block in Tuesday's 114-102 win over the Cavaliers on Tuesday.

Anderson guarded LeBron James for much of the night and had his fourth double-double of the season. He's played really well in his last three games, averaging 8.3 points, 10.3 boards, 3.7 assists, 2.7 steals, 2.3 blocks and 1.0 3-pointers over that stretch. And with Kawhi Leonard out until further notice, and with Anderson's confidence soaring, he should be one of the hottest pickups in fantasy hoops right now.
Jan 23 - 10:44 PM

LeBron James had 28 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, a block and two 3-pointers in Tuesday's loss to become the youngest player in NBA history to hit 30,000 points for his career.

LeBron played well, but Kevin Love was rather quiet and Isaiah Thomas is still clearly trying to shake off the rust after missing the first couple months of the season with his hip injury. James is still a fantasy monster and sits as the No. 5 player in nine-cat this season. But his teammates aren't giving him much help, which is fine in fantasy, but not working in reality.
