The Cavaliers signed SG Carrick Felix to a four-year contract on Monday, with the first three years guaranteed.

The Cavs drafted Felix in the second round after he averaged 14.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.1 blocks in his junior season with Arizona State. He's a 6'6" shooting guard with solid 3-point range and his defense caught Mike Brown's eye. The three guaranteed years prove Cleveland has plenty of confidence in him, but he's unlikely to make a dent in fantasy leagues as a rookie.

Unrestricted free agent Chandler Parsons has agreed to a four-year, $94 million max deal with the Grizzlies.

The Blazers offered him the max on Friday morning, so the Grizzlies knew where they stood and made the deal. This deal should also help add Mike Conley with Memphis being in an "ultra-strong position," per ESPN. Parsons one of the most efficient players after the break last year and should have more shots going his way. After the break last year, only three of the 100 players with at least 30 minutes per game had a better true shooting percentage than Parsons (Stephen Curry, Hassan Whiteside and DeAndre Jordan). He does have some risk with his knee, but he'll be an early-round target as he heads into his age-28 season.

Mirza Teletovic has agreed to a three-year, $30 million deal with the Bucks.

Teletovic played well for the Suns last season, averaging 12.2 points, 3.8 boards, 1.1 assists and 2.2 3-pointers on 42.7 percent shooting from the field. The stretch four could see around 20 minutes per game off the bench in Milwaukee, and he will continue to be a 3-point specialist in fantasy leagues.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical, the Hawks made a strong connection with Dwight Howard in their meeting.

Wojnarowski adds that there is definitely some "traction" there, so it sounds like the Hawks are one of the favorites to sign D-12. It's also worth noting that the Blazers are making a strong push to sign both Howard and Chandler Parsons, while the Celtics are expected to get a meeting with Howard as well.

The 76ers have agreed to a three-year, $27 million deal with Jerryd Bayless.

All three years of the deal are guaranteed. The 76ers finally have their starting point guard for the 2016-17 season, and Bayless could have some nice low-end fantasy value in Philly after averaging 10.4 points, 3.1 assists, 2.7 boards, 0.9 steals and 1.9 3-pointers in Milwaukee last season. He's not their point guard of the future, but the veteran should be able to hold down the fort for at least one season.

According to ESPN's Frank Isola, Evan Turner is "gaining traction" with the Knicks.

The Knicks are basically a lock to sign Joakim Noah, so they will now look to address their need at shooting guard. Isola hinted that the Knicks prefer Turner and Courtney Lee over Eric Gordon, but said that it will all come down to money. Turner has been linked to several different teams including the Lakers, Pelicans, Bulls and Celtics, so he's looking at some serious money.

O.J. Mayo has been dismissed and disqualified from the NBA for violating terms of the NBA/NBPA Anti-Drug Program.

Wow. This means that he likely tested positive for a drug of abuse. Mayo can apply for reinstatement in two years, but it's not a lock that he will play in the NBA again. Mayo was set to be a free agent this summer and is still recovering from a fractured ankle.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Andre Drummond's five-year, $130 million deal with the Pistons is done.

The two sides wasted no time in reaching an agreement. Drummond will have a player option after the fourth year, but he will be the face of the franchise for many years to come. Drummond shot just 35.5 percent from the free throw line last season which limited his value in standard leagues, but he also averaged 16.2 points, 14.8 boards, 1.4 blocks and 1.5 steals on 52.1 percent shooting from the field.

Al Jefferson has agreed to a deal with the Indiana Pacers, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

The Pacers will try to play at a faster pace next season, so this is a questionable move. However, Ian Mahinmi and Jordan Hill are both free agents, so maybe the Pacers could bring Big Al off the bench behind Myles Turner to bolster their second-unit scoring. ESPN's Marc Stein is reporting that the deal could be for $30 million over three years, but we'll have more details shortly.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, the Hornets are actively trying to re-sign Marvin Williams.

The Hornets were able to re-sign Nicolas Batum to a five-year deal, and with Jeremy Lin moving onto Brooklyn, Williams is now the No. 1 priority for Charlotte. Al Jefferson is expected to sign with the Pacers, so the Hornets will have plenty of cap space to negotiate a deal for the stretch four. Williams posted averages of 11.7 points, 6.4 boards, 1.4 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.9 3-pointers in Charlotte last season.

According to Jason Quick of CSNNW, the Blazers intend to go after both Chandler Parsons and Dwight Howard.

The Blazers reportedly offered Parsons a four-year max deal right when free agency began, but Howard won't be cheap either considering Timofey Mozgov got $65 million from the Lakers. Howard has also been linked to the Celtics, Hawks and Mavericks, but it's too early to tell which team is the favorite to sign him.
Jul 1 - 12:13 PM

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Mike Conley is "lasered in" on Memphis and Dallas.

Chandler Parsons and Conley have discussed playing together in Memphis, but Parsons won't follow him to Dallas if that's where the guard ends up. Stein hinted that the Grizzlies are in an "ultra-strong position," so it sounds like the Grizzlies are the favorites to re-sign him.
