Andrew Bynum (knee) is still without a timetable to return, according to Cavs GM Chris Grant.

Grant added Bynum has made significant progress and has been working hard. The news on the injured center has resembled a broken record and there hasn't been any clear indicator when we'll see him on the court. The former Laker is not expected to play in training camp, so we wouldn't pass on proven assets in the middle rounds of drafts to take a chance on such a giant question mark.

Lauri Markkanen (back) will not suit up for Monday's game against the Celtics.

Dec 11 - 6:21 PM

T.J. McConnell (shoulder) is probable to play Tuesday against the Timberwolves.

McConnell has missed five of the past six games with this shoulder issue, but it looks like he'll be back in action on Tuesday night, which will translate to fewer minutes for Jerryd Bayless. Check back for another update following Tuesday morning's shootaround.
Dec 11 - 6:18 PM

Joel Embiid (back tightness) is questionable on Tuesday vs. the Wolves.

After missing his second straight game on Sunday, Embiid said that he could've played if it was the NBA Finals. He later said that he expects to play on Tuesday, but only if his back responds well to Monday's workout. We have no word on how Monday's workout went, so we may have to wait until Tuesday's morning shootaround for an update. Embiid's owners should grab Richaun Holmes off the wire as an insurance policy.
Dec 11 - 6:17 PM

Danny Green (groin) is probable to play Tuesday vs. the Mavericks.

Green missed Saturday's game in Phoenix in what could be described as a precautionary move, but he should be back in his regular role on Tuesday night. Kawhi Leonard (quad) is also probable to make his regular-season debut against the Mavs, and once he's fully up to speed, there won't be quite as much opportunity for Green on offense.
Dec 11 - 5:57 PM

George Hill (personal) was a full participant during Monday's practice.

Hill missed Sunday's game against the Raptors for personal reasons, but he should be good to go for Tuesday's game against the Suns. That said, Hill hasn't been worth owning this year as he's locked into a value-killing timeshare situation in Sacramento, and his minutes will likely continue to decline as we get further into the season.
Dec 11 - 5:54 PM

Willie Cauley-Stein (back) got in a full practice on Monday and will be a game-time call for Tuesday's matchup with the Suns.

Head coach Dave Joerger said that WCS "looked good" and even hit the floor a few times during Monday's practice without issue, so it sounds like he'll play on Tuesday night, but we likely won't get official confirmation until just prior to tip-off. With Cauley-Stein back in action, there will be less minutes available for Skal Labissiere and JaKarr Sampson.
Dec 11 - 5:51 PM

Cody Zeller is set to undergo surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee on Tuesday and will miss the next six weeks of action.

Frank Kaminsky (ankle) will be returning from a two-game absence on Monday, and he figures to be one of the primary beneficiaries while Zeller is on the sidelines, and there will also be more opportunity for Marvin Williams. Zeller was essentially nothing more than a low-end, shot-blocking specialist in deep leagues prior to going down, so there's no incentive to hang onto him through this injury in any format.
Dec 11 - 5:38 PM

Kawhi Leonard (quad) practiced on Monday and is hopeful to play on Tuesday in Dallas.

The Spurs haven't officially cleared him for Tuesday's game, but he's being listed as "probable," so at this point it would be surprising if he didn't play. He'll likely be working with a minutes limit early on, and considering how much time he's missed, it could be a full month before he really starts going.
Dec 11 - 5:27 PM

John Collins (shoulder) is being listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Cavs.

Collins is hopeful to get back to the court for either Tuesday's game in Cleveland or Thursday's home game against the Pistons, and it looks like he's a lock to get back on the court sometime this week. Once he's back, Ersan Ilyasova or Miles Plumlee will shift back to the bench and there won't be as many minutes available for Luke Babbitt and Tyler Cavanaugh. Owners can expect to get another update following Tuesday morning's shootaround.
Dec 11 - 4:25 PM

Jahlil Okafor said he plans to make his Brooklyn debut on Tuesday vs. the Wizards.

Okafor practiced with the Nets for the first time on Monday, and while he hasn't discussed what role he'll have with the club with head coach Kenny Atkinson, it would be shocking if he didn't quickly find himself in the starting five in Brooklyn. He also said that he'll be playing with a chip on his shoulder and that he's very excited to share the court with D'Angelo Russell (knee), as the two grew up playing together. He's in a great spot for minutes, so he's worth a speculative add everywhere.
Dec 11 - 3:54 PM

Damian Lillard said that his right ankle is still "a little sore," but he plans to play Monday vs. Golden State.

Lillard tweaked his ankle during the second half of Sunday's loss to the Rockets but didn't miss any game-time action, and in typical Lillard-fashion he'll just fight through the pain. Feel free to get him active, as he has a history of going off when playing in his hometown of Oakland.
