Jeremy Lin will start at shooting guard in place on James Harden on Wednesday.

Since Patrick Beverley took over as the starting point guard after his rib injury, he's been on the court with Lin for an average of 16 minutes per game in those three outings. Both players should see plenty of playing time with Francisco Garcia backing them up.

Russell Westbrook fell one rebound shy of a triple-double vs. Cleveland on Sunday, scoring 22 points with nine boards, 11 assists, two steals and one block.

He shot 7-of-26 overall but made three 3-pointers and committed only two turnovers in OKC's tough road loss. Westbrook is one of 11 players with a triple-double this season, with Rajon Rondo leading the league with three of them in 38 games. Despite the near-miss for Westbrook his owners should only have one complaint -- his heavily-weighted 36.8 percent shooting over the past month.

Pau Gasol had yet another fantastic game on Sunday, scoring 13 points to go with 17 rebounds, three assists, four blocks, and two turnovers, but it wasn't enough as the Bulls fell to the heat.

Gasol continues to put up glorious fantasy lines, and he was rightfully voted in as the starting center for the Eastern Conference All-Star Team. He looks completely revitalized in Chicago, and his down-year in LA last season is now a distant memory. Keep rolling him out there, and pat yourself on the back if you drafted him late.

An MRI confirmed a sprained right ankle for Kelly Olynyk, and head coach Brad Stevens expects him to be sidelined for at least "a couple weeks."

Olynyk has a few torn ligaments which is typical of for a bad ankle sprain. With Olynyk sidelined, Tyler Zeller will get all the run he can handle with Brandon Bass also being in line for some extended minutes. While Zeller offers the most upside, both Zeller and Bass should be able to carve out some standard league value for as long as Olynyk is out.
Jan 25 - 6:39 PM

Joakim Noah was benched for the entire fourth quarter of Sunday's loss to the Heat, finishing the game with four points, five rebounds, two assists, and two blocks.

Head coach Tom Thibodeau said he liked the group that started the fourth quarter, and that is the reason why Joakim did not re-enter the game. Thibodeau maintained that Joakim is healthy, and he just wanted to watch his minutes, but with the result being an L in the win-loss column, this will not likely be a trend that continues. Look for Noah to bounce-back during Tuesday's game vs. Golden State.
Jan 25 - 6:35 PM

Ty Lawson will return to the starting lineup for Sunday's game vs. the Wizards.

Lawson was unavailable for Friday's game after being arrested for his second DUI early Friday morning. However, he'll be back in the lineup today, and he's obviously a must-start option every time he's in uniform. Jameer Nelson and Randy Foye's value will take a hit with Lawson back in the rotation.
Jan 25 - 6:26 PM

Jimmy Butler was held to just five points during Sunday's loss to the Heat, adding five rebounds, two assists, and one steal over 42.5 minutes of action.

Butler shot just 2-of-8 from the field, so while the minutes were there, the scoring simply wasn't. Luol Deng was playing some vicious defense today, and this was easily Butler's worst game of the season. However, Butler has not had two bad back-to-back games this season, so expect him to bounce-back during Tuesday's matchup with the Warriors.
Jan 25 - 6:15 PM

Nikola Pekovic will return to the starting lineup for Sunday's game vs. the Hawks.

Mo Williams, Andrew Wiggins, Thaddeus Young, and Gorgui Dieng will join Pekovic, so it's interesting and encouraging that Pek’s return to the starting lineup will not affect Dieng's status as a starter. We'll let you know how the pairing performs after the game.
Jan 25 - 6:03 PM

Updating a previous report, Amir Johnson (shoulder) will remain in the starting lineup for Sunday's game vs. the Pistons.

He'll draw a favorable matchup against the Pistons, so go ahead and get him active.
Jan 25 - 5:58 PM

D.J. Augustin will start at point guard for Sunday's game vs. the Raptors.

The Pistons are looking at adding a third point guard, but Augustin is going to have essentially zero competition for playing time with Brandon Jennings (Achilles) going down for the rest of the season. Augustin needs to be picked up in all leagues.
Jan 25 - 5:43 PM

Brandan Wright (sore left heel) will be inactive for Sunday's game vs. the Clippers.

This injury is coming out of nowhere, however, considering he's simply dealing with a sore heel he shouldn't be sidelined for an extended amount of time. With Wright unavailable, look for Miles Plumlee to step back into the rotation as the first big off the bench. However, Plumlee is still stuck in a reserve role, so he's not a great play in most leagues.
Jan 25 - 5:34 PM

Amir Johnson (shoulder) will play on Sunday vs. Detroit.

It's not yet known if he will be a starter, or if he'll come off the bench behind Patrick Patterson, so we'll be waiting for an update on that. However, he'll have a favorable matchup vs. Detroit today, so he's worth activating in standard leagues.
