Thunder sign G Royal Ivey.

Ivey has only played five NBA games since 2008-9, so it's likely that he's solely being brought in on a 10-day as a fresh body for the Thunder. Fantasy owners can feel free to spend their waiver wire time elsewhere.

LeBron James (illness) will not play against the Bulls on Saturday night.

He is not even in the building due to his illness. Richard Jefferson will start for LeBron, but it'll obviously be a team effort to replace James' elite passing, 37.5 minutes and 29.2 usage rate. Via NBAWowy, Kyrie Irving has a whopping 45.5 usage rate in his 149 minutes without LeBron and Kevin Love(knee). There should be more shots for basically the entire rotation, as well.

Al Jefferson (dental pain) is out for Saturday against the Heat.

He had a procedure earlier this week and will miss his second straight game. Rakeem Christmas was the backup five and actually played well, so maybe he can get 15 minutes behind Myles Turner. Christmas isn't an add almost anywhere, of course.
Feb 25 - 6:44 PM

Coach Brett Brown said he hopes to play Justin Anderson against the Knicks on Saturday.

With aging, oft-inured Gerald Henderson playing 31 minutes and Robert Covington playing some backup four, there's a good chance there are some minutes for Anderson to make his debut. He was a DNP-CD on Friday, so there's no need to add him almost anywhere yet.
Feb 25 - 6:13 PM

T.J. McConnell, Gerald Henderson, Robert Covington, Dario Saric and Jahlil Okafor will start against the Knicks on Saturday.

It's the same starting five for the 76ers tonight. We'll see if Okafor is on a short leash after Richaun Holmes lit it up on Friday night. Robert Covington also played 15 minutes at power forward on Friday, so there are minutes up for grabs on the wings.
Feb 25 - 6:10 PM

Nikola Vucevic (Achilles) will play against the Hawks on Saturday.

He gets the green light well before tip, so that's a good sign in the short term. On the other hand, it's never good to see a player on a bad team deal with Achilles soreness, so his fantasy owners will have to monitor him going forward. We'll let you know how he looks tonight.
Feb 25 - 5:20 PM

Deron Williams cleared waivers and is likely to sign with the Cavs.

Teams had the money under the cap to sign him, but he is now a free agent. Expect Williams to agree to a deal in the very near future to back up Kyrie Irving. He won't have much value on the nights Irving is active.
Feb 25 - 5:08 PM

Tyreke Evans will start and Ty Lawson will move to the bench against the Hornets on Saturday.

It makes sense against the bigger Nicolas Batum at shooting guard. A good game from Evans could help him earn more minutes, but the Kings are not likely to extend him past 30 minutes due to his injury history. He should still be owned in standard leagues.
Feb 25 - 4:57 PM

Nikola Vucevic is listed as questionable for Saturday against the Hawks due of a sore right Achilles tendon.

The Magic are likely playing for a draft pick and currently sit in the No. 4 spot in the lottery. This is a new injury for Vooch after he played 33 minutes and scored 25 points on Thursday. If he's out, Bismack Biyombo would be looking at huge minutes with Stephen Zimmerman backing him up.
Feb 25 - 4:19 PM

Caris LeVert (illness) will not play against the Warriors on Saturday.

He probably wasn't going to play anyway on the second half of a back-to-back set. With LeVert out, there should be more minutes for Sean Kilpatrick and Joe Harris for this game. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson did not play any small forward on Friday, but maybe that changes. The Nets sitting LeVert out will be very annoying in fantasy.
Feb 25 - 4:11 PM

Al-Farouq Aminu (left knee) is probable for Sunday against the Raptors.

He looks like he's going to be back after missing his last two games. The Blazers only had Noah Vonleh as their only other power forward, so they had to shift Meyers Leonard and Moe Harkless out of position in the last two games. If healthy, Aminu should be looking at close to 30 minutes and would be worth a look in standard leagues.

The Lakers and Jose Calderon are exploring their buyout options, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

The Lakers have no reason to play Calderon as they look to play their younger guys. According to the report, the Warriors and Rockets look to be the favors to sign him assuming the buyout goes through. The Lakers will be leaning more on D'Angelo Russell, Jordan Clarkson and Brandon Ingram.
