Kevin Martin's right pinkie finger is not broken, according to Dave Benz, the television voice of the Wolves.

This is fantastic news, but it's worth noting that his finger was bleeding badly and he needed stitches. The fact it's on his shooting hand doesn't help, but the news could have been much, much worse. Martin should be considered day-to-day and questionable for Friday's game against the Warriors. J.J. Barea will pick up the slack if Martin misses that one.
Jan 22 - 12:52 AM

Jared Sullinger made four 3-pointers against the Bulls on Friday with 23 points, 10 rebounds, one steal, one block and one turnover in 33 minutes.

He was 9-of-19 from the field and attempted nine shots from beyond the arc. Sullinger has 10 triples in his last three games and is boosted his shooting to 30.6 from deep with this hot stretch. Sullinger is putting up career numbers in basically every category except steals and is a must-start option.
Nov 28 - 3:31 PM

Kobe Bryant did not practice on Thursday and skipped shootaround on Friday, but he will play against the Wolves.

Coach Byron Scott said he could manage Kobe's minutes a bit, but it still shouldn't drop him below his 35.4 per game. In an effort to save his legs, Bryant is also probably going to miss more practice than Allen Iverson, but it shouldn't affect him on the court since he doesn't do much off the ball anyway. His fantasy owners can lock him into their starting lineups.
Nov 28 - 3:02 PM

Nikola Pekovic (wrist, ankle) will be re-evaluated next week.

That means we can rule him out for Sunday and probably Monday with his ankle issues. Pekovic could play on Wednesday, but we highly doubt it. Gorgui Dieng hasn't been too involved in the offense, but his output in boards and blocks make him a must-own player.
Nov 28 - 2:47 PM

Isaiah Thomas (ankle) is questionable to face the Nuggets on Friday.

He's likely looking at a game-time call for the 9 p.m. EST tip in Denver. With Thomas out on Wednesday, Goran Dragic, Eric Bledsoe and especially Gerald Green all stepped up to help get the win. It should be a similar scenario should IT3 miss his second game.
Nov 28 - 2:43 PM

Mo Williams (illness) will return to the lineup against the Lakers.

He is not expected to be limited. Williams traveling with the team on Wednesday was a great sign he would be ready to go and his fantasy owners should plug him back into their lineups. Zach LaVine will take a hit while Andrew Wiggins and Corey Brewer should have less ball-handling responsibility.
Nov 28 - 2:40 PM

Anderson Varejao (rib contusion) is questionable to play against the Pacers on Saturday.

He did not practice on Friday, but this injury doesn't sound too serious. Of course, Varejao has missed a lot of games in his career and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him miss time. If he does, Tristan Thompson would likely start while the Cavs could get Brendan Haywood in the mix.
Nov 28 - 2:31 PM

Tony Wroten will miss at least one week with a sprained right knee.

He played through this injury on Wednesday and is going to be re-evaluated on Dec. 5. Wroten was turning the ball over a ton and his fantasy owners in standard leagues shouldn't have a problem cutting him. Meanwhile, K.J. McDaniels has a chance to get in the starting lineup now while Alexey Shved could get more run.
Nov 28 - 2:27 PM

DeMarcus Cousins (illness) is doubtful to face the Spurs on Friday.

His knee injury is not an issue, but now the Kings are hit with a sudden illness for their team's MVP. Cousins has eight double-doubles in a row and the Kings are going to be a mess on offense even if Rudy Gay (Achilles) plays. If he's out, it'll likely be a group effort of Jason Thompson, Derrick Williams, Carl Landry and Reggie Evans.
Nov 28 - 2:22 PM

Dwyane Wade (hamstring) went through a full contact practice on Friday.

The Heat will not commit to his status for Sunday, but this is obviously a great sign. Wade has been out for seven games with his hamstring injury and it's led to a lot of production out of Mario Chalmers in that stretch. Wade was also at 32.4 minutes per game before the injury and that is likely to drop. His owners will want to check back on Sunday.
Nov 28 - 2:15 PM

Coach Scott Brooks said Reggie Jackson and Russell Westbrook will get "a lot of minutes" together.

Westbrook will likely see minutes around 30, so Jackson should get a high usage in his 18 minutes or so in the second unit. Plus, it looks like Jackson will get around 10-15 minutes next to Westbrook, which puts him in the 30-minute neighborhood as well. With Kevin Durant (foot) still out, Jackson should still be a must-start guy in most formats.
Nov 28 - 2:02 PM

Danilo Gallinari (knee) said that he is fine, and will play Friday vs. the Suns.

Danilo only managed to play 8.7 minutes during his last outing, checking out due to soreness in his surgically repaired left knee, but his return to the lineup tonight is an encouraging sign. He's by no means a must-own player in standard leagues, but he was starting to get it going before his injury scare on Wednesday, so if you're in a deeper league and have available roster space, stashing him wouldn't be the worst idea.
