Ricky Rubio (sprained ankle) is questionable to play vs. Portland on Saturday.

The injury isn't serious but Minnesota may hold him out to be safe, and fantasy owners will have to check back for updates as tip-off approaches. Kevin Love also tweaked his ankle on Friday but the Wolves haven't expressed any concern about his status vs. the Blazers.

Marc Gasol tied a career-high with 32 points in the Grizzlies' easy 117-100 win over the Celtics on Friday, hitting 13-of-22 shots (6-of-6 FTs) with eight rebounds, two assists and one block.

Gasol looks like he has lost some weight and he's ripping off solid top 15-20 value so far this year, averaging 19.1 points with 7.8 boards and a combined 2.8 steals and blocks per game. Zach Randolph went for 16 and 16 with four assists, and Mike Conley scored 15 points on 6-of-9 shooting with three treys, four rebounds and eight assists.
Nov 21 - 11:42 PM

Anthony Bennett scored a career-high 20 points against the Spurs on Friday with three rebounds, one assist and three steals in 32 minutes.

He looked great tonight and was more than capable of playing minutes at center off the bench. Bennett only played 14 minutes on Wednesday and he is probably going to see more consistent minutes even when Thaddeus Young (personal) returns next week. Still, he's not worth grabbing in standard leagues.
Nov 21 - 11:09 PM

Jeff Teague scored a season-high 28 points in a 99-89 win over the Pistons on Friday, adding four rebounds, six assists, two steals, two blocks and two 3-pointers.

He made 9-of-15 from the field and all eight from the line for a massive eight-category line. Teague is coming off a 23-point game on Tuesday and has scored 16 or more in four of his last five, averaging 18.4 points, 5.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.0 triples on 51.7 percent from the field in that span. He's a must-start player right now.
Nov 21 - 11:01 PM

Andre Drummond had his most productive game in over one week against the Hawks on Friday, scoring 13 points with 16 boards and one block in 38 minutes.

For the first time all season, he only committed one foul tonight, which has been a major issue all season. Drummond did only shoot 5-of-12 from the field tonight and he's still at just 40 percent on the season. Hopefully tonight's improvement is a sign of things to come for the buy-low target.
Nov 21 - 10:41 PM

Tobias Harris scored 17 points on 5-of-16 shooting (7-of-8 FTs) with 16 rebounds, one steal and two blocks in Friday's road win over the Hornets.

Harris has been up and down this season in terms of field goal shooting but is paying off huge for owners, regardless.
Nov 21 - 10:24 PM

Brandon Jennings suffered a hyperextended left thumb in Friday's loss to the Hawks.

It kept his minutes down to just 23 tonight in his worst game in a while, scoring nine points with two rebounds, two assists and one steal. It's unclear how severe his injury is and his owners should just sit tight. If you have some dead weight and want to add D.J. Augustin, it's not a terrible idea.
Nov 21 - 10:19 PM

Isaiah Thomas was on fire against the 76ers during an easy 122-96 win on Friday, making 6-of-9 from the field for 23 points with three rebounds, eight assists, three steals and two 3-pointers.

He made his first five shots including two triples to help the Suns score 41 in the second quarter. Thomas made all nine attempts from the line and he's made a ridiculous 56-of-57 from the line in his last nine games. He won't have many games like this one and only scored 5.0 per game in his last two, but he's still going to be worth owning.
Nov 21 - 10:03 PM

K.J. McDaniels scored a career-high 17 points against the Suns during an ugly 122-96 loss on Friday to go with three rebounds, two steals and one 3-pointer on 5-of-12 from the field and 6-of-6 from the line in 28 minutes.

His mom has yet to tweet about it as of the time this blurb was written. McDaniels has done quite a bit in the stat sheet with his 1.4 blocks and 1.1 triples in just 22.0 minutes on the season and he's likely going to get out there for more playing time. He's still more of a stash player right now.
Nov 21 - 9:40 PM

Nicolas Batum (knee) will start against the Bulls on Friday.

He's been out for almost two weeks due to his knee contusion and is expected to have his minutes limited tonight. Batum is a big part of the offense and he's still worth starting even with the restriction on his minutes.
Nov 21 - 8:51 PM

Omer Asik (back) will not play against the Nuggets on Friday.

He aggravated his back injury in warmups and chances are he is going to miss more time. Asik isn't a must-own player anymore considering he doesn't have a high upside. Alexis Ajinca will start again, but doesn't have much fantasy value.
Nov 21 - 8:39 PM

Tony Allen (illness) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the Celtics.

With Allen out, Courtney Lee is going to get all the minutes he can handle. Vince Carter could also see some extended minutes off the bench, but Lee offers the most upside. Allen went through parts of shootaround today, so he shouldn't be out much longer, and we'll consider him questionable Sunday's game vs. the Clippers.
