Ty Lawson (ribs) will start against the Wolves on Monday.

He will return from a nine-game absence and has been able to practice all weekend. Lawson logged a whopping 38.1 minutes per game back in January, so the Nuggets may not play him quite as much today. Still, he should be in all lineups in what could be a fast-paced game vs. Ricky Rubio and Co.

Zach Randolph (personal) is expected to play on Tuesday night vs. the Sixers.

Z-Bo has missed the Grizzlies previous seven games, after the passing of his mother on Thanksgiving. JaMychal Green has been playing well recently, averaging 10.4 points and 8.3 rebounds over 33.1 minutes in the seven games Randolph missed. Z-Bo's return will likely eat into Green's playing time a bit. Green averaged 28.6 minutes over Memphis' first 15 games this season.
Dec 6 - 11:06 AM

Coach Jeff Hornacek said he expects Courtney Lee (ankle) to play Tuesday vs. Miami

Lee has missed two straight games after spraining his ankle last Wednesday. Lee's return will bump Justin Holiday back to the bench. However, Holiday played well in his two spot starts, averaging 9.0 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.0 steals, which may have earned him additional playing time going forward. Lee is averaging 29.7 minutes per game this season, but may see those minutes reduced slightly if he doesn't pick up his level of play (he's sitting on a career-low 10.3 PER this season)
Dec 6 - 10:42 AM

Tony Parker left Monday's win over the Bucks with an apparent knee injury that coach Gregg Popovich said could keep him out for an extended period.

Having returned from a two-game stint on the injured list with a left thigh contusion, Parker left the game in Milwaukee in the third quarter. Parker has missed seven games this season with a variety of bumps and bruises. Coach Pop indicated after Monday’s setback that he might be forced to sit Parker for an extended period in order to heal again. "I think so," Popovich said. The Spurs play Tuesday in Minnesota and Thursday in Chicago. If Parker cannot play, rookie Nicolas Laprovittola is likely to replace him in the starting lineup, but Patty Mills is the biggest beneficiary.
Dec 6 - 9:20 AM

Rudy Gobert scored 14 points with 17 rebounds, five blocks, one assist and one steal in 39 minutes in a 107-101 win over the Lakers on Monday.

He tied his season highs in rebounds and blocks, shooting 4-of-7 from the field and 6-of-11 from the line. Gobert has been feasting all season long with averages of 10.8 points, 11.3 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game, and he's currently flirting with third-round value in standard leagues. He should have a big day against the Suns on Tuesday.
Dec 6 - 1:48 AM

Lou Williams lit up the Jazz for 38 points, seven assists, six rebounds, one steal and four triples in 34 minutes on Monday.

Incredible. This comes on the heels of a 40-point effort against the Grizzlies on Saturday, so he's clearly stepping up for a Lakers team that recently lost Jose Calderon (hamstring) and Nick Young (calf) to injuries. He hit 13-of-27 shots from the field and hit all eight of his free throws. D'Angelo Russell (knee) will be re-evaluated on Tuesday, and with Williams playing out of his mind right now, he's a very nice sell-high candidate.
Dec 6 - 1:16 AM

Klay Thompson not only scored 40 points in the first half, and not only scored a career-high 60 points on the night, but did it on 21-of-33 shooting, 8-of-14 3-pointers and 10-of-11 free throws in Monday's 142-106 blowout win over the Pacers.

Sure, he only had two rebounds and one assist, but who cares? This game was over by halftime, but Klay played through the third quarter in order to get his career high. Many of us thought Thompson would take a scoring hit this season, but it simply hasn't happened. And his average is going up - way up - after tonight's game. Steph Curry double-doubled, Kevin Durant scored 20 and Draymond Green had 10 assists, four steals and a block in the scrimmage.
Dec 6 - 1:09 AM

After scoring a career-high 31 points on Saturday, Troy Daniels came off the Memphis bench on Monday to hit 10-of-20 shots, seven 3-pointers and 2-of-2 free throws for 29 points, two assists and nothing else, which would include only one turnover in 44 minutes.

Granted, this was a double-overtime affair, but this kid came out of nowhere and is killing it, scoring 29, 31, 19 and 19 points in each of his last four games, and has knocked down 20 3-pointers during that stretch, which is 5.0 per game! The Money Green light is ON and Daniels is killing it. But he could quickly fall back to earth once Chandler Parson and James Ennis are over their injuries, which may not happen anytime soon. While Daniels is likely to fade just as quickly as he appeared on the scene, he's worth grabbing right now. And if he does it again vs. the Sixers on Tuesday night, we may call him a must-own player until further notice.
Dec 6 - 12:50 AM

Marc Gasol's crazy season continued on Monday when he had 28 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists, two steals, two blocks and three 3-pointers on 11-of-25 shooting in 46 minutes of Monday's 110-108 double-overtime win against the Pelicans.

Gasol is insane right now, knocking down threes and flirting with a Russell Westbrook-like line tonight. Gasol, never known for assists or 3-pointers, has hit a three in all but three games this season, and has racked up 19 dimes over his last two games. He's returning third-round value right now, but that arrow appears to be pointing up after this one. And over his last five games? He's averaging 21.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.4 steals, 1.6 blocks and 2.0 3-pointers on 50 percent shooting.
Dec 6 - 12:37 AM

Dwight Powell scored 15 points with seven rebounds in 32 minutes off the bench on Monday vs. Charlotte.

Powell has a huge opportunity in front of him to produce, as Andrew Bogut hyperextended his right knee in the first quarter and wasn't able to return. With Dirk Nowitzki (Achilles) out indefinitely, that means Powell and Salah Mejri will have to hold down the fort if Bogut misses time. Powell added a block and shot 7-of-11 from the field and looks like the better pickup after Mejri logged just eight minutes.
Dec 6 - 12:23 AM

Harrison Barnes scored 29 points on 10-of-21 shooting in Monday's 109-101 loss to the Hornets.

Harry B was everywhere, racking up seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and two triples while hitting all seven of his free throws. With the Mavs banged up and possibly tanking, Barnes should be the best fantasy asset in Dallas the rest of the way as the clear focal point of the offense. He's returning top-60 value in standard leagues on the season with averages of 20.9 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.0 3-pointer on 45.9 percent shooting.
Dec 6 - 12:14 AM

Eric Gordon tweaked his ankle in Monday's 107-106 win over the Celtics, but he said he's "fine."

He expects to practice on Tuesday and play on Wednesday vs. the Lakers, but we will put him on the injury report to be safe. Gordon scored 19 points on 6-of-11 shooting in the win with two assists, one rebound, one block and four triples in 31 minutes. He's scored 18 or more points in five straight games and needs to be in all fantasy lineups while he's hot.
