Josh Smith is not in the starting lineup on Wednesday.

Presumably, he's not going to play tonight and we'll have an update hopefully in the next few minutes. Kyle Singler will get another start at small forward and gets the fun task of guarding Kevin Durant.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (Achilles) and Brandon Ingram (ankle) will play on Tuesday vs. the Celtics.

KPC is officially back after a two-game absence. Josh Hart loses a lot of value with KCP back in the lineup, while Jordan Clarkson loses some appeal too. KCP has season averages of 13.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.7 steals and 2.1 triples, and he belongs in standard-league lineups.

De'Aaron Fox (abdominal tightness) will not return on Tuesday vs. the Magic.

Fox was the only true PG on the active roster, so Garrett Temple started the second half and we should see Bogdan Bogdanovic handle the ball a little more while Fox is out. Hopefully this isn't a serious injury and Fox can be cleared in time for Thursday's game vs. the Heat. He finished with seven points in 11 minutes.

De'Aaron Fox (abdominal tightness) is questionable to return to Tuesday's game vs. the Magic.

He's back in the locker room getting evaluated, so we should have an update shortly. He's the only active point guard on the roster with Frank Mason injured and George Hill resting, so look for Garrett Temple and Bogdan Bogdanovic to take some of the ball-handling responsibilities if Fox can't return.
Jan 23 - 7:55 PM

DeAndre Jordan (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game vs. Boston.

On Monday, coach Doc Rivers said that Jordan was "really close" to returning. Thus, there was some hope he'd be back on the floor on Wednesday. Still, this is only a game-notes designation, so we'll take it with a grain of salt. We should have another update after the Clippers shootaround Wednesday morning. Montrezl Harrell and Willie Reed will again divvy up minutes at center if Jordan is unable to play. Harrell had 23 points and six rebounds in 31 minutes on Monday.
Jan 23 - 7:48 PM

Zach Randolph (sore left knee) is inactive for Tuesday's game vs. the Magic.

We're not making this up. Randolph was going to give it a go tonight according to the Kings broadcast, but coach Dave Joerger marked him as "inactive" on their lineup sheet -- he's not allowed to play once that happens. Keep up the great work, Joerger.
Jan 23 - 7:11 PM

George Hill (rest) and Kosta Koufas (rest) will not suit up for Tuesday's game against the Magic.

The Kings are on the second night of a back-to-back, so this will be the typical veterans' day off, and with both of them unavailable there will be more minutes for guys like De'Aaron Fox, Buddy Hield, Skal Labissiere and Willie Cauley-Stein. It sounds like Hill could be shipped off to Cleveland any day now.
Jan 23 - 6:39 PM

Davis Bertans will be in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Cavs, with Pau Gasol (wrist) unavailable.

Joining Bertans in the starting five will be Dejounte Murray, Danny Green, Kyle Anderson and LaMarcus Aldridge. Bertans can be hit-or-miss, but with a chance at 30 minutes tonight, he's someone to think about streaming or throwing out there as a DFS punt play. Joffrey Lauvergne should also see an uptick in minutes with Gasol out.
Jan 23 - 6:18 PM

The Cavs and Kings remain engaged in a deal that would send George Hill to Cleveland, according to sources of Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Iman Shumpert and Channing Frye have been the primary players involved on Cleveland's side of the conversation, but with 15 players already on the roster in Sacramento, they'd need to include someone else to make the deal work. While a move away from Sacramento would help Hill's rest-of-season potential, going to Cleveland's backcourt where he'd fight for minutes with the likes of Isaiah Thomas and Dwyane Wade isn't exactly ideal either.
Jan 23 - 4:24 PM

T.J. McConnell (personal) will not play Wednesday vs. the Bulls.

McConnell will be attending his father's funeral on Wednesday, and it's unclear if he'll be able to get back out there for Friday's game in San Antonio. If Jerryd Bayless (wrist) is also forced to join McConnell and J.J. Redick (leg) on the sidelines Wednesday, Timothe Luwawu and Justin Anderson could be forced into major minutes.
Jan 23 - 4:04 PM

Andre Iguodala (calf) will play Tuesday vs. the Knicks.

He should be out there for his standard bench role in the mid-20s, but with averages of just 5.7 points, 3.8 boards, 3.4 dimes and not much else on 42.2% shooting, he can't be considered a viable target in most settings.
Jan 23 - 2:42 PM

Kyle O'Quinn (left calf) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Warriors.

The calf issue has been bothering O'Quinn since Christmas, so he could miss Thursday's game against the Nuggets as well. Kristaps Porzingis (knee) is also unavailable for Tuesday's game, so Enes Kanter could be flirting with minutes in the 30s, while Michael Beasley and Tim Hardaway Jr. will see an uptick in usage.
