John Wall (eye) struggled again on Sunday, making 4-of-11 field goals for 12 points, seven assists and five turnovers in Washington's Game 4 defeat.

Wall's eye was scratched during Friday's game and the injury may have contributed to his struggles, but it's hard to sugarcoat his 34.2 percent shooting from the field this postseason. The Wizards will need to win three straight games, including two in Indiana, to advance to the Eastern Conference finals.

Rajon Rondo's agent denied on Sunday that Rondo has demanded a trade from the Celtics.

Reliable reporter Jackie MacMullan stated during an off-air moment on ESPN that Rondo has "told [the Celtics] he wants out," but the conversation was broadcast as a behind-the-scenes segment. It's not exactly a report, therefore, and seems to only confirm the obvious -- Rondo wants to play for a championship, not serve as a mentor during the franchise's rebuild. Danny Ainge and the Celtics don't want to trade him for less than market value, but Rondo's contract is expiring so they risk losing him for nothing next summer. This won't be the last time Rondo trade rumors surface this season.

Team USA survived a scare from Turkey on Sunday, led by a 22-point game from Kenneth Faried and a second-half surge from Anthony Davis.

The U.S. trailed by five points at halftime as Turkey's zone defense initially gave them fits. They pounded the ball inside in the second half and quickly regained control of the game before cruising to a 98-77 victory. It was a good test for Team USA, which will return to action vs. Group C opponent New Zealand on Tuesday.

The Kings are reportedly finalizing a trade that will send Jason Terry to the Rockets for Alonzo Gee and other non-guaranteed contracts.

The Kings gain salary-cap space and the Rockets also get a pair of second-round draft picks in the bargain. Terry made no secret of his desire to leave the Kings and he'll finally get his wish, joining a playoff contender with a need for a backup combo guard. He played only 35 games last year before a left knee injury shut him down, but the 36-year-old is back on the court and should participate fully in training camp. As long as Patrick Beverley and James Harden are healthy, however, he's not a viable fantasy option.

Rajon Rondo has told Boston management that "he wants out," according to Jackie MacMullan.

This contradicts most of the things we've heard regarding Rondo, but McMullan is a very reliable source, so this report has merit. It's unclear exactly where Rondo could go, as a lot of teams around the league are set at the point guard position, so we'll have to wait and see for this situation to develop. Rondo is in a contract year, and should offer elite value in the assist category regardless of what jersey he's wearing.

Anthony Davis had 17 points, four rebounds and zero blocks in Saturday's easy Team USA 114-55 win over Finland.

Davis was great, despite the yawner of a stat line, and he's been going at No. 2, over LeBron James, in many of the early drafts we've taken part in. Klay Thompson was great with 18 points and four 3-pointers to lead the team in scoring, while teammate Stephen Curry struggled, hitting just 1-of-6 shots, missing all five of his 3-pointers and scoring just four points in the blowout.

Derrick Rose will come off the bench against Finland on Saturday in Team USA's FIBA opener.

Kyrie Irving will get the start and has earned it due to his outstanding showing this month. Rose said he's "feeling good right now" and we should get to see how he handles so many games in in short period of time. He's a huge risk in fantasy leagues.

Timofey Mozgov said on Thursday that "all the talks about [a] trade to Cleveland are just rumors."

"My last season in Denver was good," he continued. "And to try and do something to leave the team wouldn’t be smart." Mozgov also admitted that he does not want to join the Cavaliers to simply coast to a championship. "I would like to play with LeBron. But even though playing for a contender is cool, you got to understand that I want to be part of the team and not to just join a contender and ride the coattails, being a burden."

Dante Exum will come off the bench for Australia at the World Cup of Basketball.

Team Australia begins group play at the World Cup on Sunday against Team Slovenia and head coach Andrej Lemanis is expected to utilize Exum off the bench. "Having Dante come off the bench and make an impact is something which is good for us," Lemanis said. Exum may see a similar role with the Utah Jazz as he acclimates to playing in the NBA, so fantasy owners would be wise to wait until the end of their drafts to take a flier on the Australian.

Stephon Marbury will play himself in a musical titled, "I Am Stephon Marbury" that is set to open in Beijing this fall.

After a turbulent NBA career, Marbury has found a second home in Beijing after leading the Beijing Ducks to back-to-back national championships. The musical will run for 11 consecutive nights during the fall and will feature Marbury as a musician who arrives in Beijing in search of fame and is inspired to beat the odds by watching Marbury lead the Ducks to their first-ever championship during the 2011-12 season. We're still awaiting word on if Panda Friend will be in attendance for the opener.

Sixers GM Sam Hinkie didn't close the door on Joel Embiid (foot) playing during the 2014-15 season.

If Embiid does play, it will be in the 2015 part of the 2014-15 season as he's still in a walking boot. "I don't know at this point," Hinkie said. "Right now, he's in Philly and visiting with a variety of our medical professionals and going through tests. We want to know how we can be sure to put him in a position to have a long NBA career." While we could see Embiid in the tail part of the regular season, redraft owners shouldn't bother using a pick on him.

Warriors sign G Leandro Barbosa.

Barbosa's deal with be for one year at the veteran minimum as he joins his fifth NBA team. The 31-year-old averaged 7.5 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 20 games with the Suns last season, so his fantasy value is virtually non-existent as a role player for the Warriors.
