Unrestricted free agent Danny Granger has agreed to a two-year, $4.2 million deal with the Heat.

Granger will take the bi-annual exception with Miami, and will have a player option on the second season. Granger's days of a being a star player are behind him, but he's a solid locker room guy, and maybe he can be a half-decent role player for Miami. Through 12 games with the Clippers last season Granger averaged 8.0 points, and 2.3 rebounds on 42.9 percent shooting, so he is clearly no longer a fantasy option in any league.

Dwight Howard (knee) received a plasma rich platelet injection on his right knee.

This has become common and players usually do at as they are getting closer to a return. Howard is still considered as doubtful for Saturday and he did miss practice on Friday. Tarik Black will likely get another start, but the bigger beneficiary has been Kostas Papanikolaou. Howard owners will want to check back tomorrow and he's also not looking like he'll be a fun player to own this season.
Nov 21 - 3:17 PM

Kevin Martin fractured his right wrist during Wednesday's game vs. the Knicks, and will be out indefinitely.

The Wolves are saying that Martin sustained the injury at the 6:48 mark of the first quarter, which is very impressive as he went on to score 37 points. While Martin is sidelined, Corey Brewer will likely slide into the starting lineup, with Chase Budinger, Mo Williams, and Shabazz Muhammad seeing extended minutes. Andrew Wiggins is also going to see a boost to his value, as he'll be more heavily relied upon sans Martin's offense.
Nov 21 - 1:31 PM

Jose Calderon (calf) was a full participant during Friday's practice, and he's expected to make his Knicks' debut on Saturday vs. the 76ers.

Calderon's return will send Shane Larkin to the bench, and Iman Shumpert's value will take a small hit. He has a very favorable matchup vs. the Philadelphia "Tanker," but owners will want to check back for an official update as we draw closer to Saturday's tip.
Nov 21 - 1:21 PM

Andrei Kirilenko (personal) is not traveling with the Nets on their current road trip, and head coach Lionel Hollins doesn't know when/if he'll return.

Kirilenko has completely fallen out of the Nets rotation, and sources are saying the situation may not be resolved until he's on another team. AK-47 isn't worth owning in any league, as most of his season averages fall on the right side of the decimal point, and when he's in uniform there's no guarantee he steps on the court. It's looking like he may have played his last game wearing a Brooklyn jersey.
Nov 21 - 1:13 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) was a full participant during Friday's shootaround, and is headed for a game-time decision vs. the Raptors.

"At shootaround he looked all right," head coach Jason Kidd said of Giannis. "We'll see how he feels in a couple hours." Kidd isn't one to make his lineups readily available, so we likely won't know of Giannis' status until just before tip-off. That being said, things are looking positive for The Greek Freak, but if he were to sit O.J. Mayo would see some increased opportunity. Stay tuned.
Nov 21 - 12:58 PM

Tony Allen (illness) left Friday morning's shootaround early, and remains questionable to suit up vs. the Celtics.

If Allen is unable to go Vince Carter would likely see an increase in his minutes. Carter was able to play 27 minutes off the bench during his last outing, but was only managed seven points, three assists, and one three-pointer. However, he does have a favorable matchup today vs. the Celtics, so he may be worth the risk in daily leagues.
Nov 21 - 12:48 PM

Devin Harris (lower right leg soreness) will not suit up for Friday's game vs. the Lakers.

J.J. Barea, Jameer Nelson, and Monta Ellis will see their minutes increased with Harris sidelined, and Barea could make for a nice low-budget buy in daily leagues. He's coming off a 14-point, six assist outing vs. the Wizards, and has a favorable matchup vs. the Lakers.
Nov 21 - 12:29 PM

Marco Belinelli (groin) has been upgraded to probable for Friday's game vs. the Timberwolves.

Belinelli is confined to a bench role, and is averaging just 8.3 points and 1.7 three-pointers on the year, so his value is limited to deep leagues. If he plays, Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green would see a slight reduction in minutes, but Belinelli won't have a large enough impact to hurt either of their values.
Nov 21 - 12:19 PM

Courtney Lee (illness) went through shootaround and said that he'll play Friday vs. the Celtics.

With Tony Allen (illness), Beno Udrih (illness), and Quincy Pondexter (illness) listed as questionable for this one, Lee could see some heavy minutes tonight in a favorable matchup vs. the Celtics. Stay tuned.
Nov 21 - 12:15 PM

DeMarre Carroll (groin) will be active for Friday's game, and all signs are pointing towards him making the start.

Carroll also implied that he may be on a minutes restriction tonight saying, "I’m going to come out kind of quickly," so he's not as attractive of an option on a busy Friday night. Thabo Sefolosha will head back to the bench upon Carroll's return, and he can be cut in all leagues.
Nov 21 - 12:11 PM

Evan Fournier (heel) said that he thinks he'll be able to suit up for Friday's game vs. the Hornets.

This isn't official, but things are looking positive for Fournier. If he does suit up, Willie Green would head back to the bench where he would go back to being irrelevant in all fantasy leagues. Stay tuned for an official update as we draw closer to Friday's tip.
