Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor finally admitted that a trade involving disgruntled All-Star Kevin Love is "likely."

The last quote we got from Taylor on the Love situation was that he expected Love to be with the team during training camp, but it looks like Taylor has finally conceded that Love will be wearing a different jersey next season. The Wolves say that they expect a deal to get done by August 23 or 24, which is when Andrew Wiggins will become available to trade. It now seems all but certain that Love will be teaming up with LeBron James in Cleveland, and No. 1 overall pick Wiggins will be sporting a Timberwolves jersey come training camp.

Roy Hibbert (ankle) is doubtful to return to Saturday's game against the Suns.

He has a left ankle sprain and he could miss time. Hubert checked out with two points, two boards, two assists and one block. Ian Mahinmi will take over most of the minutes at center and he's worth a look in deep leagues.
Nov 22 - 8:00 PM

Anthony Bennett will start for the Wolves on Saturday, sending Shabazz Muhammad to the bench.

Bennett scored 20 points with three rebounds in 32 minutes of action on Friday and coach Flip Saunders rewarded him with this start, though it's unlikely to last long with Thaddeus Young (personal) targeting a return on Wednesday. Fantasy owners should feel confident deploying Bennett for Saturday's matchup vs. the Kings.
Nov 22 - 7:58 PM

Omer Asik (back) will not play against the Jazz on Saturday.

He had an aggravation in Friday warmups and didn't have much of a chance to play tonight. With Asik out, Alexis Ajinca will get some extra playing time, but he's not a great fantasy option. Asik could miss more time and he's not a must-own player.
Nov 22 - 7:36 PM

Marco Belinelli (groin) will play against the Nets on Saturday.

He said he didn't have an aggravation on Friday and just stayed on the exercise bike to stay warm. Belinelli is unlikely to get more than minutes in the teens tonight, so he's not worth starting in most leagues.
Nov 22 - 7:33 PM

Roy Hibbert limped into the Pacers locker room on Saturday after spraining his left ankle, but he will return.

Ian Mahinmi immediately took Hibbert's place in the lineup but the injury didn't look too bad, so hopefully this won't cause any lasting problems. His fantasy owners can take a deep breath.
Nov 22 - 7:22 PM

Terrence Jones (leg) has no timetable for his return, and he said that when he first suffered the injury he "couldn't even feel his leg."

Jones bruised a nerve in his right leg, though the presence of nerve damage wasn't initially disclosed so fantasy owners were flying in the dark. He's missed nine games and counting and may still be out a few more weeks. He was producing at a top-40 level prior to the fluke injury, so in most cases he's still worth holding onto, but it's a decision that shouldn't be made lightly in any format. Donatas Motiejunas and Kostas Papanikolaou continue to absorb his playing time, with Motie filling in as a starter.
Nov 22 - 7:08 PM

Mirza Teletovic will start in place of Kevin Garnett on Saturday against the Spurs.

This was an expected move as Mirza picks up a lot of the power forward minutes, especially late in the game. He should have some extra minutes and shots go his way, so he's a sneaky player to use in daily leagues as well as a streamer in year-long formats.
Nov 22 - 7:06 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo will return to Milwaukee's starting lineup on Saturday, sending Jerryd Bayless to the bench.

Jason Kidd unexpectedly benched Antetokounmpo on Friday, playing him 15 minutes in a blowout defeat vs. the Raptors. Giannis may still be dealing with a minor ankle injury but he's worth deploying now that he's reclaimed his spot in the Bucks' starting lineup.
Nov 22 - 6:58 PM

Cory Joseph (ankle) will not play against the Nets on Saturday.

The Spurs are without a backup point guard, but Manu Ginobili should help out there. That should also open up some minutes on the wing for Danny Green and Austin Daye. Joseph's injury doesn't sound serious.
Nov 22 - 6:56 PM

Dwight Howard (knee) will not play against the Mavericks on Saturday and has no timetable to return.

He was basically doubtful and he's still not well enough to play. Howard had plasma rich platelet treatment this week, but he still hasn't had a full workload at practice. Tarik Black played well on Wednesday and will get the start again. Kostas Papanikolaou will also benefit. Howard owners can push the panic button, but cutting him is not an option.
Nov 22 - 6:20 PM

An MRI confirmed Tobias Harris (right calf) is dealing with a strain and he is is day-to-day.

There are no specifics yet, but based on the information it sounds like a Grade I strain for Harris. Players tend to miss a day or two, but there are instances when it'll take a week to recover. His owners should bench him for now and we should have an update before Monday. Basically the entire rotation benefits here.
