Phoenix Suns owner Robert Sarver said the team still wants to sign Eric Bledsoe to a long-term deal.

Bledsoe has yet to receive the max offer he's seeking from the Suns or another team and is facing limited options with training camp just around the corner. "We value Eric as a player," Sarver said. "I hope at some point we'll be able to sit down and meet with those guys and make a deal." If Bledsoe doesn't want to sign the four-year, $48 million offer from the Suns that is on the table, he could sign a one-year, $3.7 million qualifying offer by October 1 that would make him an unrestricted free agent after the season.

LaMarcus Aldridge put on a shooting clinic in a 124-92 win over the Thunder on Saturday, making 18-of-23 for 38 points with six rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one 3-pointer.

It's his third-best scoring game of his playoff career. The Thunder completely forgot Aldridge led the NBA in mid-range makes in three of the last four seasons. He was wide open all game and also had a number of easy buckets near the rim, as well. LMA has been fantastic since January and had success against OKC this season, so he'll be dialed in as a high-end DFS play.
Apr 30 - 10:58 PM

Kawhi Leonard made 10-of-13 from the field for 25 points in 22 minutes against the Thunder during a Game 1 win on Saturday, adding five rebounds, five assists and one 3-pointer.

He's won Defensive Player of the Year in the last two seasons, but Kawhi's offense was the story tonight. He made his first six shots from the field to help get him to 20 points in the first half. Kevin Durant simply couldn't guard him with his array of hesitation moves and he was awesome in transition. The Klaw will be dominating this series on both ends as a high-end DFS option.
Apr 30 - 10:56 PM

Danny Green caught fire in a win over the Thunder on Saturday, making 6-of-7 from the field for 18 points with four rebounds, one assist, one steal, three blocks and five 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

Where was this all season? Green's efficiency was an unbelievable 121.4 effective field goal percentage while playing some terrific defense on the other end during the easy win. Perhaps no player turned in more duds than Green in the regular season, so we'd like to see it again. Congrats to those who started him in DFS tonight.
Apr 30 - 10:56 PM

Russell Westbrook made 5-of-19 from the field for 14 points during a 124-92 loss to the Spurs on Saturday, adding two rebounds, nine assists, two steals and two turnovers.

Not a good start. The Spurs put Kawhi Leonard on Westbrook for most of this game and it totally took the Thunder offense out of rhythm. In fact, Westbrook was just 1-of-7 from the field against Kawhi in this game. He was also a disaster on defense during this game with OKC having a seemingly non-existent perimeter defense. Westbrook did have a good run against the Spurs during the season, but this is a terrible start with the Spurs approach to start the series. Leonard being on Westbrook is bad news for his DFS value as the most expensive player in most formats.
Apr 30 - 10:53 PM

Serge Ibaka scored 19 points with two rebounds, one steal and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes against the Spurs on Saturday.

He was really the only offensive bright spot for the Thunder in this game. On the other hand, Ibaka was roasted perhaps for his worst defensive game all year. He struggled against the Spurs during the regular season on the stat sheet, so don't overreact to this terrific outing on paper.
Apr 30 - 10:51 PM

Coach Steve Kerr said Stephen Curry (knee) doesn't have much of a chance to play in Game 2 on Tuesday.

This is good news because Kerr did not rule him out. Curry is still not doing on-court work and he's obviously not going to play in Game 1. The MVP is doing some work in the training room and has said he's hoping to return before May 9. Shaun Livingston will be running the point while basically every other player steps up.
Apr 30 - 3:20 PM

An MRI on Josh Richardson's left shoulder was negative and he will be a game-time decision for Game 7 on Sunday.

He wasn't concerned on Friday and for good reason. Richardson has been able to stay in front of Kemba Walker better than Goran Dragic, so that's helped his playing time. The second-round rookie has played 30.5 minutes per game in the postseason, which is pretty incredible for a guy who didn't get invited to the combine. He's not a great DFS option, though.
Apr 30 - 3:04 PM

Nicolas Batum (left foot strain) is questionable to play against the Heat in Game 7 on Sunday.

He did not play in the second half on Friday due to aggravating his injury from Game 2. The Hornets went 2-0 without Batum thanks to Jeremy Lin stepping up in a big way, so this might not be a huge loss. If Batum can't go, there will be more minutes for Frank Kaminsky, Marvin Williams and Courtney Lee. The Hornets and Heat have the first game of the day, so we'll have word for DFS lineup lock.
Apr 30 - 2:43 PM

Enes Kanter (chest) will play in Game 1 vs. the Spurs on Saturday.

He took a knee to the chest in Monday's win over Dallas and is dealing with a stinger, but he said he's "all good" for Game 1. Kanter was dominant in the series against Dallas with averages of 15.2 points, 7.0 boards and 0.6 assists in just 20.4 minutes per game, so he will try to carry that momentum over into round two.
Apr 30 - 12:30 PM

Marc Gasol's rehab from a fractured right foot is "on schedule."

Gasol said that there haven't been any setbacks and added that the Grizzlies are being extremely cautious and won't rush the process. He was having a down year prior to the injury with averages of 16.6 points, 7.0 boards, 3.8 assists, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals, so the 31-year-old big man might be available at a significant discount in fantasy drafts next season.
Apr 30 - 12:21 PM

Paul Pierce said he is "50-50" on whether or not he will retire.

The Truth has two more years left on his deal with the Clippers, but he will be 39 years old in October and just had the worst season of his career by far. He averaged just 6.1 points, 2.7 boards and 1.0 assists in 18.1 minutes per game during the regular season, so he won't be a fantasy option next season if he decides to keep playing.
