The Suns are now discussing trade possibilities for restricted free agent Eric Bledsoe, according to Jude LaCava of FOX Phoenix.

"The Suns are now discussing trade possibilities for Eric Bledsoe," LaCava said. "That’s the new chapter to this and I wouldn’t back off of that information. I think it’s 100 percent correct." Things obviously aren't great with the Suns and Bledsoe, so it's not a surprise to hear they are looking to deal him. It doesn't look like this story will end any time soon.

Dennis Schroder rolled his left ankle during the fourth quarter of Sunday's game in Brooklyn and did not return.

Schroder was in some very obvious pain, and unable to put any pressure at all on his left foot on the way back to the locker room, so he's almost assuredly looking at a multi-game absence here. He struggled mightily to find his shot in Sunday's matinee, finishing with 17 points on 5-of-22 shooting (7-of-7 from the stripe), eight assists, four boards, two steals and two turnovers in 31 minutes. If he does need to miss time, Malcolm Delaney will likely be logging heavy minutes as a starter, and he's on the radar as a potential speculative add in deep leagues.

The Suns have reportedly fired head coach Earl Watson.

The Suns have gotten off to a dreadful start this season, with egregious back-to-back-to-back blowouts, and someone had to take the blame for those horrible losses. In the meantime, associate head coach Jay Triano should step up as the interim head coach, and it would make sense to see guys like Marquese Chriss and Alex Len to become a larger part of the rotation, putting both those guys on the radar as a speculative add in 12-team formats.

Eric Bledsoe tweeted on Sunday afternoon, "I don't wanna be here."

The Suns opened up the 2016-17 season with three horrendous blowouts, and Bledsoe obviously has not been thrilled with the early results. The 27-year-old guard doesn't make much sense on the rebuilding Suns' team, but him seemingly publicly requesting a trade on Twitter isn't exactly the best way to handle things. Suns owner Robert Sarver is reportedly going to meet with head coach Earl Watson today, and Bledsoe will assuredly be a part of that conversation. Bledsoe isn't in a great spot for fantasy value in Phoenix, so a trade wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing here.
Oct 22 - 5:21 PM

Kawhi Leonard (quad) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Raptors.

The Spurs apparently aren't going to provide a timetable for Leonard, but based on a video that went viral on Friday showing him struggling to walk up stairs, we'd speculate that he's not all that close. Rudy Gay and Kyle Anderson will continue to pick up the small forward minutes in his absence, with Gay being the more attractive target in fantasy hoops.
Oct 22 - 5:13 PM

An MRI revealed a sprained left ankle for Jonas Valanciunas and he is being listed as day-to-day.

Valanciunas will be traveling with the team for their upcoming six-game road trip, but he'll miss Monday's game in San Antonio. With JV on the sidelines, Lucas Nogueira could enter the starting five, and he might be worth a speculative add in deep leagues for those seeking a shot-blocking specialist. Serge Ibaka should be able to get closer to 30 minutes a night while Valanciunas is out.
Oct 22 - 5:04 PM

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is expected to start in his regular-season debut on Sunday vs. the Pelicans.

KCP has served his two-game suspension, so he should be starting the rest of the way, which will result in Corey Brewer heading back to the bench. There also might not be quite as many minutes available for Jordan Clarkson, and Lonzo Ball could see a minor dip in usage. Feel free to get Caldwell-Pope active.
Oct 22 - 4:12 PM

Caris LeVert will enter the starting five for Sunday's game against the Hawks, sending Allen Crabbe back to the bench.

The Nets will roll out a starting five featuring D'Angelo Russell, LeVert, DeMarre Carroll, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Timofey Mozgov in this one, and the starter designation makes LeVert an intriguing DFS option. Crabbe has actually played better with the second unit this season, and he should still see quality minutes regardless of how he enters the game, so he doesn't necessarily lose value in a bench role.
Oct 22 - 2:49 PM

Seth Curry (left tibia stress reaction) has been ruled out for Monday's matchup with the Warriors.

Monday will mark Curry's fourth straight game on the sidelines, and it's unclear exactly when he'll be able to get back to the court. Head coach Rick Carlisle has indicated that this will be a week-by-week issue, and with Dallas ruling him out a full day in advance, it doesn't seem like he's all that close. With Dennis Smith Jr. (knee) also questionable, Yogi Ferrell could be forced into heavy minutes on Monday night with J.J. Barea earning the start.
Oct 22 - 2:22 PM

Dennis Smith Jr. (left knee effusion) is questionable for Monday's game vs. the Warriors.

DSJ has missed the last two games due to a "little swelling" in his knee, but the Mavs did downplay the issue. DSJ's owners can expect an update no later than Monday's morning shootaround. J.J. Barea looks like a nice speculative add and went for 19 points, five rebounds, three assists and three triples against Houston on Saturday.
Oct 22 - 2:01 PM

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (personal) will not play on Monday vs. the Bucks.

MKG is back with the Hornets after spending nearly the past two weeks with his family following the loss of his grandmother. Coach Steve Clifford wants MKG to build his conditioning back up before activating him, but he should have a good chance of playing on Wednesday vs. the Nuggets. Jeremy Lamb will be the best Charlotte wing to deploy in fantasy on Monday, while Dwayne Bacon and Malik Monk will continue to get a bump.
Oct 22 - 12:18 PM

Blake Griffin scored 29 points with eight rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in a 130-88 win over the Suns on Saturday.

Two games, two wins and two 29-point game games. This is also the biggest win the Clippers have ever had against the Suns -- the Blazers can say the same thing after Wednesday. On top of the increased usage rate at 31.9, the Clippers are running at about nine possessions per 48 minutes faster this year, Griffin is taking more 3-pointers, and BG has been super efficient with a 67.4 true shooting percentage. Although, he may have gone up against two of the worst defenses in the NBA, but Griffin definitely has top-10 upside in all formats.
