Joel Embiid (right ankle soreness) is questionable Wednesday's game vs. Miami.

Embiid has been listed as questionable in each of Philly's last two games, but has suited up and dominated both contests, scoring at least 24 points and grabbing 16 rebounds in each game. This is the Sixers last game before the All-Star break, so he'll have the added benefit of extra rest in the near future. Check back later for confirmation of his status.
Feb 14 - 11:22 AM

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 18 points with five rebounds, three assists, two steals and one blocked shot in 38 minutes in Monday's win over Golden State.

Gilgeous-Alexander continues to make progress during his young career, and on Monday he extended his streak of scoring in double figures to three straight games. And the Kentucky product was efficient from a shooting standpoint, finishing the night 8-for-11 from the field. Over his last three games, Gilgeous-Alexander is averaging 17.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game, shooting 55.6% from the field.
Nov 13 - 2:22 AM

Bogdan Bogdanovic went off for a season-high 22 points with three assists, one rebound and three triples in just 25 minutes vs. the Spurs on Monday, leading the Kings to a 104-99 win.

The Kings snapped a 14-game losing streak against the Spurs and improved to 8-6 on the season. Bogdanovic had his minutes limit increased from 20 to 25 tonight, so he may be up to 30 by the end of the week. He has to be added everywhere because he's a wing that can do it all, but it's possible he gets another maintenance day because the Kings have been very cautious with him.
Nov 13 - 1:43 AM

Kevin Durant scored 33 points with 11 rebounds, 10 assists, two blocked shots, one steal and two 3-pointers in 39 minutes in Monday's loss to Los Angeles.

The triple-double is the 11th of Durant's career, and his fourth as a member of the Warriors. In scoring his game-high 33 points the nine-time All-Star shot 10-for-24 from the field (2-for-4 3PT) and 11-for-13 from the foul line. But Durant also had to navigate some foul trouble, as his night came to an end on a questionable foul call with 3:46 remaining in overtime. Golden State has four more games to play this week, and with Stephen Curry (groin) already ruled out for Tuesday's game against Atlanta, Durant could be in line for another big night.
Nov 13 - 1:22 AM

Lou Williams scored the Clippers' final 10 points of overtime in Monday's win over Golden State, finishing with 25 points, six assists, two rebounds, two steals and one 3-pointer in 31 minutes.

Williams didn't shoot the ball particularly well from the field, finishing 5-for-18. But he did manage to go 14-for-14 from the foul line, and his big plays late proved to be the difference in the Clippers' 121-116 victory. Over the last three games Williams is just 18-for-55 from the field, but he'll have plenty of opportunities to snap out of his current slump. He was one of two Clippers to attempt 18 shots in Monday's win, with Tobias Harris being the other.
Nov 13 - 1:11 AM

Joe Ingles scored a team-high 19 points in Monday's 96-88 win over the Grizzlies.

He added six rebounds, five assists, one steal and three triples, his second impressive line in a row after matching his career-high of 27 points on Friday with seven assists, five rebounds, one steal, one block and five triples in 35 minutes. He suffered a cut above his left eye tonight and was able to keep playing after the training staff bandaged him up, but Kevin McHale had one of the quotes of the night when he said Ingles' wrap looked like a "civil war bandage." Joe Ingles is the man.
Nov 13 - 12:40 AM

Harrison Barnes scored a season-high 23 points (7-of-16 FG, 8-of-9 FT) with five rebounds, one assist, a season-high four steals, and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes against the Bulls on Monday.

Barnes enjoyed playing against the Bulls defense. His season has been off to a rocky start after being hampered by a hamstring injury until late October. He's averaging 16.2 points and 5.0 rebounds on just 40% shooting over his last five games. He's a solid buy-low target as he gets up to speed.
Nov 13 - 12:24 AM

Jaren Jackson Jr. recorded his first career double-double vs. the Jazz on Monday with 10 points, a season-high 11 rebounds, five blocks, three assists, one steal and four turnovers in 27 minutes.

He turned 19 years old less than two months ago. The last five rookies to post a 10-10 line with five blocks were Bam Adebayo, Joel Embiid, Kristaps Porzingis, Salah Mejri (OK then) and Karl-Anthony Towns. He's starting to find his way in the NBA and the blocks are racking up after a slow start with 14 swats over his last four games. Even with some bumps in the road, his stat set should help him obtain mid-round value pretty comfortably with the potential for much more after the new year.
Nov 12 - 11:58 PM

Zach LaVine scored 26 points (8-of-23 FG, 0-of-6 3PT, 10-of-11 FT) with five rebounds, five assists, and four steals in 41 minutes against the Mavs on Monday.

LaVine is now averaging 26.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 2.0 steals over his last five outings. He's having a monster season so far and coach Fred Hoiberg has called him the team's "go-to-guy." Even when he's off from deep, he's still able to score because of how often he's going to the free throw line. The efficiency will be inconsistent, but everything else will be there on a nightly basis.
Nov 12 - 11:50 PM

Karl-Anthony Towns scored 25 points (9-of-11 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs) with a season-high 21 rebounds vs. the Nets on Monday, adding three assists, one steal, two blocks and two triples in 37 minutes.

That was his seventh career game with at least 20 boards. It wasn't all good though, as KAT turned the ball over a career-high 10 times (his previous high was seven). His usage rate wasn't much higher tonight with Jimmy Butler out of the mix, but Jeff Teague and Derrick Rose both had it going. KAT should continue to trend up and has a shot to finish inside the top-5 now that the Butler drama is over.
Nov 12 - 11:37 PM

Jeff Teague (knee) returned from a six-game absence in style in Monday's 120-113 win over the Nets, scoring 24 points with a season-high 11 dimes and three steals.

He was 8-of-14 from the field and 8-of-9 from the line with four turnovers. He plays for Tom Thibodeau, so of course he played 35 minutes fresh off an injury. Teague did look like he was hurting a bit and was seen limping on several occasions, so hopefully he's OK for Wednesday's game vs. the Pelicans. We will take him off the injury report for now.
Nov 12 - 11:25 PM

J.J. Redick scored 25 points (11-of-20 FG, 3-of-9 3PT) with one rebound, three assists, and three 3-pointers in 31 minutes against the Heat on Monday.

Redick has taken 20+ shots in three games this season now, which is something that is unlikely to happen going forward. With Jimmy Butler now in the fold, Redick isn't going to be asked to do as much on offense, which should help his efficiency. His scoring might take a hit, but the triples will always be there and he should see plenty of open looks going forward.
