Kyrie Irving (knee) reportedly looked "amazing" at a recent workout in Miami, scrimmaging without restrictions for two days straight.

The star-studded scrimmage at the Miami Heat facility included Kevin Durant, James Harden and several other Heat players, and Irving appeared to be going full-bore. Irving underwent a minimally invasive knee surgery back in March, but it looks like he'll be 100% heading into camp. Still, the knee issues will make him a risky early-round investment.
Sep 11 - 3:05 PM

Tyler Johnson (hip) will play on Wednesday against the Jazz.

Johnson will be returning from a one-game absence, and he should see extended minutes with Goran Dragic (knee) unavailable. If he winds up earning the start, he'll be someone to consider deploying as a low-budget option in DFS.
Dec 12 - 1:59 PM

Hassan Whiteside (personal) is expected to return to the team for either Friday's game in Memphis or Sunday's game in New Orleans.

Whiteside will miss his fourth straight game on Wednesday due to the birth of his son, but Erik Spoelstra said he will rejoin the team at some point during their road trip. Bam Adebayo will be getting another start tonight and there will be more minutes available for Kelly Olynyk with the second unit.
Dec 12 - 1:57 PM

Goran Dragic (sore right knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game in Utah.

Not good. Dragic just returned from an eight-game absence after having his right knee drained, and took a rest day last Saturday, so it's concerning that the 32-year-old point guard just can't seem to shake this knee issue (he lasted just 18 minutes on Monday). It'll either be Tyler Johnson or Wayne Ellington getting the start in his place tonight, and Josh Richardson will spend more time running the offense.
Dec 12 - 1:55 PM

Brad Stevens said that Aron Baynes (ankle) could play limited minutes on Wednesday in Washington.

Baynes remains questionable to play, but apparently, he got through shootaround okay, so maybe he'll be able to get back out there tonight following a two-game absence. He'll likely come off the bench if he is available to conserve his minutes, so Daniel Theis is still the preferable fantasy target here with Al Horford (knee) out.
Dec 12 - 1:15 PM

Giannis Antetokounmpo (neck) will play on Wednesday against the Pacers.

He'll return to the starting lineup following a one-game stint on the sidelines, which will shift Ersan Ilyasova back to the second unit. Go ahead and get him active.
Dec 12 - 12:49 PM

Reggie Bullock (ankle) has been upgraded to questionable for Wednesday's game in Charlotte.

Bullock was initially being listed as doubtful, so while the questionable tag is somewhat of an upgrade, there's still a chance he sits tonight. Bruce Brown, Luke Kennard and Langston Galloway will continue to pick up some extra minutes while he's out.
Dec 12 - 12:28 PM

Stanley Johnson (left knee) will be a game-time call for Wednesday's matchup with the Hornets.

He was being listed as probable on the injury report, so there's a decent chance he'll be back in action tonight following a three-game absence. With Glenn Robinson III (ankle) going down for at least the next two weeks, Johnson could make his way into the starting five once he's fully up to speed. However, he's too inconsistent to trust in most leagues.
Dec 12 - 12:27 PM

Glenn Robinson III (left ankle) and Henry Ellenson (ankle) will miss at least the next two weeks of action.

They'll be re-evaluated in two weeks time, which will put them on the sidelines until Christmas. Luke Kennard could continue to start until Stanely Johnson (knee) gets back, and there will be more opportunity for Langston Galloway. Robinson belongs on the waiver wire in all formats.
Dec 12 - 12:24 PM

David Fizdale said he's contemplating starting Kevin Knox over Mario Hezonja for Wednesday's game against the Cavs.

Knox started the second half of Sunday's game and came through with 26 points and 15 rebounds across 41 minutes, so it'll be interesting to see if he gets the start tonight. He's been woefully inconsistent this year, but Hezonja has been fairly terrible as a starter, so it would make sense to give the rookie some more run. Stay tuned.
Dec 12 - 11:44 AM

Kyrie Irving said his right shoulder is "okay" and he will play on Wednesday against the Wizards.

Irving sat out Monday's game due to a sore right shoulder, but he's not even being listed on the injury report today and should be cleared for his regular workload. With Uncle Drew back in action, Terry Rozier will return to the second unit, and his value will take a decent sized hit.
Dec 12 - 11:37 AM

Evan Fournier (personal) is en route to Mexico City and is expected to be available to play Thursday and Saturday.

Fournier missed Monday's game for a personal matter, but it sounds like he'll be back in action on Thursday night, which could shift Jonathan Isaac back to the second unit. Owners can expect to get official confirmation on his status following Thursday's shootaround.
