Cleveland is signing Andrew Harrison on a two-way contract, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com.

This move is a reaction to losing George Hill (shoulder) for at least two weeks. The Cavs shifted Jordan Clarkson over to the point for some minutes in the last game, and that should still be the plan at least until Harrison gets up to speed. Collin Sexton should see plenty of minutes in the first unit in the next two weeks and isn't really affected by this news. Harrison would only be a speculative add in a ridiculously deep league.

Joel Embiid (back) is not being listed on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Spurs.

Embiid played through the back issue over the past three games and looked fine, so owners can feel confident that he'll be out there on Wednesday. We'll get official confirmation on his status following tomorrow's shootaround.

Will Barton and Gary Harris will remain on a sub-20 minutes limit for Wednesday's game in Utah.

Neither of these guys can be considered viable DFS targets while operating on a minutes limit, but they're safe to fire up in season-long settings. Malone said that once their minutes cap is expanded to the mid-20s, that they'll be re-inserted into the starting lineup, but for now, they'll remain with the second unit.
Jan 22 - 2:23 PM

Dragan Bender will get another start on Tuesday against the Timberwolves with Deandre Ayton (ankle) unavailable.

Bender put up 12 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and a block across 29 minutes as a starter on Sunday, so he'll be someone to think about as a deep league streamer or DFS punt play tonight. Richaun Holmes (foot) is also unlikely to play, so Bender shouldn't have much trouble flirting with 30 minutes.
Jan 22 - 2:12 PM

Jimmy Butler (wrist) and Ben Simmons (illness) are questionable to play Wednesday vs. the Spurs.

Butler missed Monday's game against the Rockets, but he was at the practice facility on Tuesday and went through most of the practice, so he feels a bit closer to probable. Simmons, on the other hand, didn't even show up for Tuesday's practice, so there's certainly a chance he skips Wednesday's game. We'll get another update on both these guys following Wednesday's shootaround.
Jan 22 - 2:05 PM

Kawhi Leonard (rest) is listed as out for Tuesday's game vs. the Kings.

Tuesday will be the third straight game the Raps have sat down Kawhi due to "load management." Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee reported earlier in the day that Leonard would not play Tuesday because it was "the first leg of a back-to-back with a big game against the Pacers tomorrow." It's certainly uncommon for a player to be rested for three straight games, but the Raps clearly want to do whatever it takes to keep Kawhi happy, in hopes he will re-sign with Toronto this summer. Norman Powell and C.J. Miles will again see extra minutes off the bench.
Jan 22 - 1:33 PM

Coach David Fizdale said that Luke Kornet (ankle) is going to miss "a couple of weeks."

The Knicks announced Tuesday that Kornet had an MRI on his left ankle which confirmed a sprain with a bone bruise. Kornet, who is in a walking boot, will begin rehab immediately and will be re-evaluated over the weekend. Prior to Monday's game vs. OKC, coach David Fizdale announced that Enes Kanter would be the team's third-string center. However, on Tuesday, Fizdale said that he is "leaning towards" starting Kanter at center with Kornet out of action.
Jan 22 - 1:10 PM

Deandre Ayton (ankle) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game vs. the Wolves.

This is not surprising, as Ayton was considered doubtful as of yesterday. It will be the second straight game on the shelf for Ayton, who initially injured his ankle late in Saturday's loss to the Hornets. Richaun Holmes (right foot sprain) is also unlikely to play Tuesday. Dragan Bender will draw another start. Bender tallied 12 points on 4-of-10 shots with ten rebounds, two assists and a block on Sunday.
Jan 22 - 1:02 PM

Aaron Gordon (sore lower back) was able to practice on Tuesday and said that he felt "markedly better" and that he would play Wednesday vs. the Nets as long as he didn't have any setbacks.

Good news for Gordon owners, as it appears Gordon is good to go for Wednesday, after missing two straight contests for Orlando. We'll await confirmation after Wednesday's shootaround that Gordon is still on track return to game action. Jonathon Simmons had been starting in place of Gordon, but will be bumped back to the bench.
Jan 22 - 12:47 PM

Hawks GM Travis Schlenk said on Tuesday that Atlanta might get Kent Bazemore (ankle) back "in a couple of weeks."

Bazemore was able to do some individual shooting drills by himself on Tuesday, but is still a ways away from being cleared for game action. The only incentive the rebuilding Hawks might have to rush him back into the lineup would be to show he's healthy in order to trade him before the February 7th trade deadline. DeAndre Bembry, Kevin Huerter (neck) and Taurean Prince will continue to soak up extra playing time with Bazemore sidelined.
Jan 22 - 12:43 PM

Coach Doc Rivers said that Lou Williams (right hamstring) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Mavericks.

Lou Will has missed each of the Clippers previous two contests but is on track to suit up Tuesday night, as coach Rivers told reporters that Williams "looked good" in a 2-on-2 drill Monday vs. the assistant coaches. L.A. can certainly use Williams offensive contributions, as they will be without Danilo Gallinari (back) once again. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Patrick Beverley will see their minutes scaled back with Lou Will returning to action.
Jan 22 - 12:08 PM

Coach Luke Walton said that he thinks Rajon Rondo (hand) will play Thursday vs. Minnesota barring any setbacks, but that he has not seen LeBron James (groin) do any contact yet, so is less confident he’ll be ready for Thursday.

LeBron is heading in the right direction, as he was able to go through some "5-on-5 non-contact work" on Sunday. However, the Lakers want to make sure he is as close to 100% as possible before clearing him to return to game action. We should have an update on his status after practice on Tuesday and Wednesday.
