Jon Baldwin (hamstring) practiced fully again on Friday and is listed as probable for Week 5 against the Titans.

He'll start against the Ravens, although it's a difficult matchup for a player who hasn't put much on the statsheet yet. While Baldwin's talent is strong and his role is rising, it remains to be seen whether the Chiefs' pass offense can support two fantasy-viable pass catchers. Dwayne Bowe is already locked in.

The Dallas Morning News reports the "lobby" for Ohio State RB Ezekiel Elliott in the Cowboys' draft room is "gaining steam."

Owner/GM Jerry Jones has controlled his draft weekend impulses in recent years, but Elliott may be too big of a name for ol' Jer to pass up. It doesn't hurt, of course, that the Cowboys actually need a bell-cow running back. Big D would probably still be best served by addressing its defense, but Elliott would be a quintessentially Jerry pick.

ESPN's Rich Cimini reports Jets GM Mike Maccagnan "has an affinity" for Penn State QB Christian Hackenberg.

Cimini does not believe the Jets would take Hackenberg in the first round, but he could be an option on Day 2. The Bills have also been heavily linked with the former top prospect. Inaccurate and unable to handle pressure, Hackenberg does not deserve to be taken in the first round, but the lack of quality quarterbacks could cause a team to reach.

ESPN's Ed Werder indicated on SportsCenter that the Cowboys' pick at No. 4 will come down to either Jalen Ramsey or Ezekiel Elliott.

As you've probably read on this website before, it's rumored Dallas' personnel department has Ramsey No. 1 on the team's draft board, while owner Jerry Jones and coach Jason Garrett are pulling for Elliott at the No. 4 pick. The Cowboys are expected to draft Ramsey if he's available, but there are indications San Diego is seriously debating selecting Ramsey at No. 3. Ohio State DE Joey Bosa is no longer seen as a likely consideration for the Cowboys.

Reporting live from 49ers headquarters, ESPN's Bob Holtzman said to "keep an eye on DeForest Buckner and Myles Jack" for San Francisco in the first round.

The Niners would be an obvious landing spot for Jack; 49ers GM Trent Baalke has never been shy about drafting players with medical concerns, and San Francisco never found a 2015 replacement for Patrick Willis and Chris Borland alongside Navorro Bowman. Buckner, who played for Chip Kelly at Oregon, would book end college teammate Arik Armstead on San Francisco's line.

ESPN's Nick Wagoner reports the Rams hope to trade Nick Foles.

Per Wagoner, 4-5 teams have reached out, but a deal could depend on how the draft unfolds. If Foles can't be moved for a day three pick, he will be released.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports the Ravens are a "suprise team" for Ezekiel Elliott, and will "strongly consider" the Ohio State runner at No. 6 overall.

Consider us deeply skeptical. Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome is one of the best in the business, and hasn't picked inside the top 10 since 2003. It's almost impossible to believe he would use the pick on a running back, especially with so many glaring needs on defense. This is likely just an effort on someone's part to get a desperate team to trade up for the Buckeye.
Apr 28 - 5:31 PM

A source with knowledge of the Cowboys' draft deliberations told PFT the team is "struggling" with whether to draft Ezekiel Elliott at No. 4.

It's believed owner Jerry Jones is the driving force for Dallas to draft Zeke. As Mike Florio puts it, Ol' Jer "has a much stronger 'win now' vibe than others in the organization," like VP Stephen Jones and personnel man Will McClay. Elliott will certainly be there at the No. 4 pick. Whether the Cowboys ultimately select him will remain a mystery for several more hours. If the Chargers take Jalen Ramsey at No. 3, our money would be on Dallas pulling the trigger on Elliott.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports the Browns will "look hard" at Ole Miss WR Laquon Treadwell.

That's if they trade back from No. 8 overall, which is considered a real possibility. Wide receiver is a dire need for the tanking Browns. Treadwell's on-field reputation has taken a few knocks this spring, but he still has a strong claim to being the draft's top wideout.
Apr 28 - 4:26 PM

Reporting live from Chargers headquarters, NFL Network's Jeff Chadiha said he thinks San Diego will draft Jalen Ramsey at No. 3 overall.

It seemed clear Chadiha was guessing, but he is at the team facility and presumably having conversations with team officials. Ramsey hasn't been a particularly common pick for San Diego in mock drafts. Most have projected DeForest Buckner or Ronnie Stanley to the Chargers at 3. If the Bolts do go with Ramsey, the tea leaves suggest Ezekiel Elliott would land in Dallas. The Cowboys are rumored to have Zeke above Joey Bosa on their board.
Apr 28 - 4:25 PM

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Thursday that free agent Ryan Fitzpatrick has told people he would "rather not play football" than play for the Jets at their latest contract offer.

It's believed Gang Green offered Fitzpatrick a deal worth $7-8 million annually, while FitzMagic has demanded a contract worth upwards of $16 million per year. Fitzpatrick feels low balled and disrespected by the Jets, who want to retain him but are restricted by the salary cap. They could lessen their cap restrictions by trading franchise-tagged Muhammad Wilkerson this weekend.
Apr 28 - 3:08 PM

FOX Sports' Alex Marvez reports the Chargers won't be taking Notre Dame OT Ronnie Stanley with the No. 3 overall pick.

It's looking more and more like the Bolts are zeroed in on Oregon DE DeForest Buckner, though Florida State DB Jalen Ramsey is also a possibility. The Bolts have major needs on both lines, but it's more urgent on defense. San Diego could field a quality offensive line if the unit in place simply gets better injury luck.
