Aaron Hernandez (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.

Hernandez was limited in all three practices last week before being listed as questionable on Friday's injury report and ultimately not suiting up, so this doesn't tell us much. Since coach Bill Belichick would rather talk about his shoes than injured players, we'll be forced to read the tea leaves again this week. A return to full practice on Thursday would be an excellent sign, but it's doubtful.

DeAndre Hopkins (toe) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

Dec 15 - 12:54 PM

Matt Forte (knee) is questionable for Week 15 against the Saints.

He's looking like a game-time call the second week in a row. If Forte sits, Bilal Powell would get a big boost after he and Bryce Petty showed a bit of a connection last season. Powell would emerge as a strong RB2 play.
Dec 15 - 12:41 PM

Coach Todd Bowles announced DE Muhammad Wilkerson will not join the team on its trip to New Orleans for Week 15.

Bowles said it's not injury-related but a coach's decision. Wilkerson has mailed it in since signing a mega extension in July 2016. He's likely going to be cut after the season. Wilkerson has not been an impact player since 2015.
Dec 15 - 12:37 PM

Kyle Rudolph (ankle) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

It's hard to imagine Rudolph play Sunday against the Bengals. The Vikings promoted Kyle Carter from the practice squad Friday, so it'd be Carter behind David Morgan at tight end if Rudolph indeed does sit out Week 15.

Leonard Fournette (quad) is questionable for Week 15 against the Texans.

Fournette didn't practice at all this week. The last time Fournette missed a week of practice, Week 7 against the Colts, he was inactive. Consider him a game-time call. If he sits, it'll be T.J. Yeldon and Chris Ivory handling the load.
Dec 15 - 12:22 PM

Mike Wallace (ankle) returned to practice Friday.

Wallace missed Wednesday and Thursday's sessions but promised he'd play Sunday. This would seem to confirm that. Wallace has taken over as the Ravens' top receiver of late and will be on the WR3/4 radar against Cleveland.
Dec 15 - 11:52 AM

Coach Sean McDermott said Kelvin Benjamin (knee) will practice Friday.

Benjamin tweaked his knee last Sunday and again in Thursday's practice, but the Bills are going to continue to push him through it to play, as McDermott said he "feels good" about the receiver playing this week. Benjamin will be someone to avoid in fantasy at less than 100% facing sudden shutdown CB Xavien Howard, who has allowed two catches in his last three games.
Dec 15 - 10:33 AM

Bills placed LT Cordy Glenn on injured reserve with a foot injury, ending his season.

Signed to a five-year, $65 million deal in May 2016, Glenn has missed 15 games the past two seasons with recurring foot and ankle issues. Prior to 2016, Glenn hadn't missed a game since his rookie season. Chalk it up to bad timing. Hopefully the offseason will allow Glenn to get right. In the meantime, the Bills will continue to roll out rookie Dion Dawkins at left tackle.
Dec 15 - 10:29 AM

Coach Sean McDermott announced Tyrod Taylor will start Week 15 against the Dolphins.

Nathan Peterman (concussion) has been ruled out. Taylor was going to start either way, however. The Bills are still in the mix in the AFC, and Taylor gives them their best shot at wins. Taylor has played really well at home this season and is on the streaming radar against a Dolphins team coming off a big Monday night win against New England in a prime spot for a letdown.
Dec 15 - 10:26 AM

C.J. Anderson rushed 30 times for 158 yards in the Broncos' Week 15 win over the Colts.

Anderson was held without a catch on one target in the passing game. The 158 yards rushing were the third most of his career. Anderson was shedding an indifferent Colts defense's tackles all night long. Clearly re-established as the Broncos' lead back, Anderson has a whopping 73 touches over his past three games. Operating on 10 days' rest, he will be a workload-based RB2 against the Redskins in Week 16.
Dec 14 - 11:29 PM

Brock Osweiler completed 12-of-17 passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns in the Broncos' 25-13, Week 15 win over the Colts, adding three rushes for 17 yards and an additional score.

Trevor Siemian was knocked out with a season-ending shoulder injury on the Broncos' second drive. Osweiler checked in and promptly balled, dropping dimes and galloping like a gazelle on his 18-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. 54 of his yards and one of his scores came on an absolute seed to TE Jeff Heuerman in the third quarter (it was a weird night). Osweiler's other touchdown was a gutsy 22-yarder to a tightly-covered Cody Latimer (again, weird night). With Paxton Lynch's (high-ankle sprain) health status unknown, there's a good chance Osweiler is under center for Week 16 against the Redskins.
