Vincent Jackson caught six passes for 94 yards with a touchdown and a two-point conversion in the Bucs' 27-21 Week 11 overtime win over the Panthers.

Jackson came alive late. The Bucs took over with just over one minute remaining in regulation and were trailing 21-13. Jackson made a ridiculous catch in double coverage for a 24-yard touchdown with 12 seconds left and then converted the two-point conversion on a quick slant. It's another difference-making day for one of free agency's best signings, as Jackson now has seven touchdowns and is averaging an insane 20.5 yards per catch. He gets the Falcons next week.

Reggie Wayne (ACL) said he's passed a physical and been cleared for camp.

Wayne is nine months removed from his tear and was reportedly ahead of schedule throughout his rehab process. He'll be gradually eased into camp work with an eye toward functioning as Andrew Luck's security blanket and possession receiver come Week 1. At 35 years old and playing in Pep Hamilton's stubbornly run-heavy scheme, there's not much upside here on Wayne's seventh-round ADP.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Jamaal Charles will not report to Chiefs camp Wednesday barring a breakthrough in contract talks.

Charles believes he's outplayed his current contract, and he's absolutely right after carrying the Chiefs' entire offense on his back during last year's run to the playoffs. He's set to make just $3.9M this season, 15th-most among running backs in the league. Now is the perfect time for Charles to dig his heels in and capitalize on the leverage he's earned on the field. The Chiefs are going to have to find a way to satisfy him, and talks are underway already.

Rob Gronkowski (ACL/MCL) has been cleared by doctors and is not being placed on active/PUP.

Considering Gronkowski is just 7 1/2 months removed from blowing out his knee, this qualifies as an impressive rehab. Avoiding the active/PUP list means Gronk will not be eligible for the reserve/PUP list to start the season, which would have cost him the first six regular season games. He'll likely be coddled a bit at camp, but this news puts him squarely on track for Week 1 and his fantasy ADP should skyrocket accordingly. Gronk's 16-game pace last season was 89-1,353-9, and he's scored 42 touchdowns in 50 career NFL games.

The Tampa Tribune says Doug Martin will see fewer touches under Lovie Smith than he saw while playing for Greg Schiano.

Martin is the clear-cut starter, but he's not expected to get near the 23.0 touches per game he saw over the last two seasons. The Lovie regime used a top-70 pick on passing back Charles Sims, Mike James returns from his ankle injury and new OC Jeff Tedford has stated his desire to use a committee. Look for Martin to get most of the carries (but not all) and lose some receptions, leaving him with around 16-18 touches per game. He's still in the back-end RB1 mix.

Broncos owner Pat Bowlen has given up control of the team as he battles Alzheimer's disease.

The 70-year-old Bowlen has owned the Broncos for 30 years, establishing himself as one of the game's iconic executives while going to the Super Bowl six times and winning twice. "It's a really, really sad day," said team president Joe Ellis, who is assuming control of the Broncos. "It's sad for his family, his wife and his seven children. It's sad for everyone in the organization. And it's sad for all the Bronco fans who know what Pat Bowlen meant to them as an owner. It's a day nobody wanted to see happen."

The Bergen Record's Art Stapleton suggests the Giants may use a "three-back rotation" involving Rashad Jennings, David Wilson, and rookie Andre Williams this season.

They also have Peyton Hillis and Michael Cox on the roster. Stapleton believes the theoretical three-headed monster could help "keep Jennings fresh," as the career backup will be 29 1/2 years old in Week 1, and has never handled more than 163 carries in a season. (He's also never played 16 games.) In this scenario -- based on the first practice of Giants camp -- Jennings would be the starter and lead back, Wilson would come off the bench to change the pace, and hammerhead power back Williams would vulture short-yardage work.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports Chiefs OLB Justin Houston will report for training camp.

Houston skipped the Chiefs' entire offseason program, but isn't prepared to go to contract war. Reporting is a good-faith gesture that could get talks rolling in the right direction. Still only 25 and headed into the final year of his rookie deal, Houston has 21 sacks over past 27 games. The Kansas City Star believes Tamba Hali's five-year, $57 million deal is a potential "starting point" in talks.

NFL suspended Jaguars WR Ace Sanders four games.

Sanders won't appeal the suspension, but expects to miss the majority of training camp as he tends to "personal issues." Without coming out and saying it, Sanders made multiple allusions to substance-abuse issues. "I’ve decided to go seek that help and get that attention," he said. "Counseling, anybody that can give me insight." Already no higher than No. 4 on the depth chart, Sanders has greatly jeopardized his role in the Jaguars' offense. Coming off an uninspiring rookie campaign, Sanders may not have a role when he returns.

Bernard Pierce (shoulder surgery) has been "fully cleared" for training camp.

With Ray Rice expected to draw a multi-game suspension, Pierce's clearance paves the way for him to open the season as the Ravens' early-down back. Listed at 230 pounds, Pierce also said he's down to 223. It can only help after a sluggish 2013. Despite last year's struggles, Pierce's role makes him well worth a mid-round flier in fantasy drafts.

Chargers released OLB Larry English.

English was the 16th overall pick in the 2009 draft and is not subject to waivers. The 28-year-old has missed 28 games over the past four seasons mostly due to right foot problems. He has 11 career sacks across 52 career games, but has never accumulated more than three in a season. English's roster spot has been in jeopardy the past couple years, and GM Tom Telesco finally cut the cord. He should be able to latch on with another team for the summer.

Fourth-round pick Andre Williams worked with the Giants' first-team goal-line offense at Tuesday's opening training camp practice.

He opened camp ahead of Peyton Hillis. Williams is a north-south runner who attacks the hole with authority, making him a natural short-yardage back. Rashad Jennings and David Wilson will earn their keep between the 20s, but Williams vulturing TD chances would be a big blow to Jennings' stock. If Williams secures goal-line duties, he immediately propels himself onto the re-draft radar. We're in the early stages of summer, but it's something to watch closely.
