Dustin Keller (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 14 versus the Jaguars.

Keller was listed as doubtful on Friday after not practicing at all during the week. Jeff Cumberland will get the start. Keller, in a contract year, has played in just eight games this season.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports there will be no decision on Josh Gordon's suspension appeal this week.

Per FOX Sports' Mike Garofolo, the NFL Players Union and Gordon's reps were expecting a decision by the end of this week. RapSheet says one isn't coming, however. The holdup is believed to be due to a high volume of testimony on both sides stemming from Gordon's latest failed drug test. Gordon failed several drug tests in college, as well. He'll remain in limbo until appeals officer Harold Henderson makes a decision. Hopefully, it'll happen next week.

Dolphins waived TE Michael Egnew.

One of ex-GM Jeff Ireland's seemingly countless misfires, Egnew was exposed as a product of Mizzou's spread offense quickly after the Dolphins made him a top-80 pick in the 2012 draft. It's particularly telling that the new Dolphins regime saw more potential in Arthur Lynch, Gator Hoskins, and Brett Brackett.

NFL suspended Chiefs RT Donald Stephenson four games for violating the league's policy against performance-enhancing drugs.

Stephenson was a below-average starter to begin with, but it's still a big hit to an already shaky Kansas City line. LT Eric Fisher has been pulverized in preseason games after a rough rookie year, while the Chiefs' interior line isn't much better. In Zach Fulton, Kansas City has a sixth-round rookie penned in at right guard. Line-play differential is one reason to support LeSean McCoy over Jamaal Charles as the No. 1 overall pick in 2014 fantasy drafts.

Coach Lovie Smith called Doug Martin the Bucs' "bell cow" at running back.

"With Mike James going down with an injury and with Charles Sims going down, Doug is our bell cow," Smith said. "He likes that role. He's had a good camp, hasn't missed a beat. He's going to rush for a lot of yards for us this year." Martin's had a quiet summer, leading some to believe he's more RB2 than RB1, but he's the lead dog in an offense that projects to lean heavily on its run game. We think Martin has tremendous value at his current early-third-round ADP. The offensive line being able to open holes consistently is a major question mark.

Giants undrafted WRs Corey Washington and Marcus Harris are expected to get some work with the first-team offense in Friday's fourth preseason game.

It's expected to come at the expense of Jerrel Jernigan, who is in danger of being cut. Washington has been the Giants' best receiver this summer, reeling in all seven of his targets for 116 yards and three scores. Washington is fully expected to make the 53-man roster. Harris is likely competing with Mario Manningham.

Bengals OC Hue Jackson said rookie RB Jeremy Hill is "worthy of playing" with the starting offense and will likely get some work with the ones in Sunday's third preseason game.

Hill has worked with the twos and threes through the first two weeks of the preseason, though Jackson said he actually thought Hill had already gotten some run with the ones. Jackson isn't concerned about Hill's ability to sync with the starters, saying he thinks "that's a little overrated -- runners run." While BenJarvus Green-Ellis has been the second back through the rotation so far, Hill's clearly the more talented runner. He's over his shoulder "injury." We feel comfortable projecting Hill as the 1B to Gio Bernard's 1A.

Following Thursday night's third preseason game, coach Chip Kelly noted that Chris Polk (hamstring) better be looking over his shoulder.

Polk hasn't played at all this preseason with a slightly torn hamstring. While he's been out, UDFAs Matthew Tucker and Henry Josey have been running the ball well behind LeSean McCoy. The Eagles also traded for Kelly favorite Kenjon Barner. Polk's roster spot is in danger after he opened training camp as the heavy favorite for No. 2 ball-carrying duties behind McCoy.

Le'Veon Bell started Thursday's preseason game, rushing nine times for 23 yards while catching one pass for three yards.

Bell got the start one day after being popped for DUI and marijuana possession, running the ball on three of the Steelers' first four plays. Bell also drew two targets on the opening drive, one of which was nullified by a penalty. LeGarrette Blount didn't show up until Pittsburgh's second drive, but both played into the fourth quarter. That appeared to be their "punishment." Each received 10 targets, though Blount out-gained Bell 46-26. Neither found the end zone, but there weren't any goal-line carries on a night where Pittsburgh got throttled. Despite his issues with Blount and the law, Bell is still the Steelers' clear No. 1, and worthy of a second- or third-round fantasy pick.

Jeremy Maclin caught 6-of-8 targets for 43 yards in Thursday's preseason game against the Steelers.

Maclin moved well after being slowed by knee and hamstring issues in camp, but gave the Eagles the scare of a lifetime when he went down untouched in the first half. His right, surgically-repaired knee appeared to give out, but he walked off the field under his own power before returning to the game a short time later. Maclin's injury history makes him a dicey WR3 proposition in the Eagles' spread-the-wealth passing attack, but his WR2 upside is worth the risk.

Nick Foles completed 19-of-29 passes for 179 yards, a touchdown and interception in Thursday's preseason game against the Steelers.

The Eagles' starter should be done for the preseason. Foles got off to a rocky start, missing low, wide and high on the Eagles' opening possession. He quickly settled down, however, working the middle of the field and getting the ball out extremely quick on the Eagles' numerous screens. His pick came on a botched screen, while his touchdown was a LeSean McCoy catch-and-run on a reverse screen. If Foles is indeed done for August, he finishes with more picks than he threw in all of 2013 (three), but 304 yards and two scores on 48 attempts (6.3 YPA). He's a locked-in QB1.

LeSean McCoy's (thumb) X-rays came back negative, and the injury is not considered serious.

Per the Philadelphia Inquirer's Jeff McLane, Shady has avoided any fractures or torn ligaments. It's a best-case scenario after McCoy was forced from Thursday's regular-season dress rehearsal after racking up 50 yards and a score on only six touches. McCoy will be ready to rock for Week 1. Draft him as you normally would.
