Peyton Manning helped the Broncos breeze by the Browns in Week 16, completing 30-of-43 passes for 339 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in a 34-12 win.

Manning simply throttled his overmatched opponent, facing more resistance from his pass catchers' own drops than Cleveland's defense. Manning's lone blemish came as time was running out in the first half, as he got crossed up with Knowshon Moreno in the end zone. The miscommunication resulted in an Usama Young interception, and loss of three points. It didn't matter, however, as Manning rolled to his eighth 300-yard game of the season, and eighth three-TD effort. Depending on how long he plays against the Chiefs in Week 17, Manning could easily reach both of those milestones for the ninth time in 2012.

The Boston Herald's Karen Guregian reports Rob Gronkowski (back) was a "full-go" during OTAs.

Guregian notes Gronk was allowed to do everything despite it raining, suggesting the Patriots are very comfortable with his recovery. That is not a surprise considering the team allowed him to participate in a WWE event earlier this offseason and recently restructured his deal. Injuries will always be a concern, but Gronkowski remains the top overall fantasy tight end.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports DeShone Kizer is "on the fast-track" to winning the Browns' starting job.

Coach Hue Jackson said Kizer has been a "quick study." Kizer is being pushed to get up to speed as quickly as possible. Cody Kessler has been getting the majority of first-team reps, but it's starting to look like the Browns have no plans to slow play Kizer.

Saints RT Zach Strief has agreed to a restructured contract.

He's getting a well-deserved raise. Per Nick Underhill of the New Orleans Advocate, Strief's base salary for 2017 has been increased from $1 million to $1.7 million while his per game roster bonus was bumped up from $1.4 million to $1.7 million. Strief started every game at right tackle last season while earning PFF's No. 10 tackle grade out of 76 qualifiers.

Broncos signed third-round WR Carlos Henderson to a four-year contract.

The Broncos now have all of their draft picks under contract. The Louisiana Tech alum will look to carve a role behind top wideouts Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders as a rookie. Henderson came in as the No. 7 wide receiver in Evan Silva's dynasty rookie rankings earlier this month.

Jaguars coach Doug Marrone said he's been pleased with first-round RB Leonard Fournette's pass-catching at OTAs.

Fournette wasn't asked to catch many passes at LSU (41 catches for 526 yards in three seasons) but he seemed comfortable as a receiver at the Combine and his Pro Day and has kept up the good work at OTAs. Beat reporter Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union only saw Fournette drop one pass during Friday's practice. If Fournette continues to progress as a pass-catcher, he should develop into an every-down back.

According to the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson, it is "far from certain" that 2016 third-round WR Leonte Carroo even makes the Dolphins' 53-man roster.

Last year's 86th overall pick, Carroo was active 14 times as a rookie, but caught just three passes and was a healthy scratch in the playoff loss. Carroo remains buried behind DeVante Parker, Jarvis Landry, and Kenny Stills. Jackson believes Jakeem Grant, UDFA Drew Morgan, and second-year UDFA Rashawn Scott could push Carroo. Carroo has little-to-no Dynasty value at the moment.

Ex-Eagles and 49ers coach Chip Kelly has joined ESPN as an NFL and college football analyst.

Kelly auditioned for a job with FOX Sports back in March, but obviously didn't land it. He'll join the Worldwide Leader in Sports as it overhauls its on-air talent. Kelly interviewed for the Jaguars' head-coaching gig over the winter and was connected to the team as its OC after Doug Marrone got the head job. There were also whispers Kelly could join Alabama to replace Steve Sarkisian as OC. None of it worked out, and Kelly will take a break from coaching to join the media.

NFL suspended free agent CB Justin Gilbert four games for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.

It helps explain Gilbert's February release by the Steelers. Still only 25, Gilbert appeared in 12 games for the Steelers last season, but played only 12 snaps on defense. Gilbert is probably just about out of NFL chances.

Odell Beckham says he will be present for mandatory minicamp.

The Giants and Giants media are treating Beckham skipping "voluntary" OTAs like the crime of the century, but he's merely abiding by the CBA. The NFL would be best served by abolishing the farcical notion that teams respect offseason workouts as "voluntary." Beckham, who has two years remaining on his rookie deal, is in extension territory.

Ravens ILB C.J. Mosley is recovering from shoulder surgery, but it's not considered a long-term concern.

Coach John Harbaugh didn't provide an exact timeline, but it sounds like the team expects Mosley to be ready for camp. The Ravens didn't seem to have any worries about Mosley's health when they exercised his fifth-year team option for 2018 late last month. Coming off another strong year, Mosley is a candidate for a long-term deal.

Ravens TE Maxx Williams is recovering from a knee surgery "no other football player has had," but is expected to be ready for training camp.

That was the extent of coach John Harbaugh's update. Williams went down with a knee injury last Week 4, finishing the year on injured reserve with little in the way of update. The ailment was initially described as a "cartilage issue." The No. 55 overall pick of the 2015 draft, Williams was a playmaker in college, but has been an NFL bust so far.
