Bills GM Buddy Nix considers tight end a position of need.

Tight end would have been a need even before Scott Chandler tore his ACL, but became a bigger issue after Chandler went down in Week 16. Chandler is doubtful to be ready for Week 1, and is a strong candidate for the reserve/PUP list. Chandler is a workmanlike player with a nose for the end zone, but was already limited athletically before tearing up his knee. Due $2.35 million between salary and bonuses, his roster spot isn't assured.

Steelers activated rookie CB Cameron Sutton (hamstring) from injured reserve.

The third-rounder missed most of camp with a hamstring injury before aggravating it in the preseason finale. The Steelers took the full three weeks to activate Sutton, suggesting he will be eased into action even with Joe Haden (leg) sidelined.

Allen Hurns (ankle) will not practice Tuesday.

It is not a good start after Hurns was ruled out early last week. Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole will continue to see snaps while Hurns is sidelined.

Cardinals coach Bruce Arians said third-round WR Chad Williams "is going to get his shot."

Arians hinted there was going to be a change to the receiver rotation following Sunday's loss, and John Brown's toe injury makes it even more likely Williams will get snaps. "Injuries are going to have some part of that, but it wouldn’t have mattered," Arians said. "He’s been practicing really, really well." Arizona has a nice schedule in the fantasy playoffs, making Williams a name to keep an eye on in deeper leagues.

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said K Dan Bailey (groin) has a chance to play on Thanksgiving.

Bailey was spotted warming up on the field before the Sunday night game, and he got in a limited practice on Monday. Available in most leagues, Bailey will be a plug-and-play kicker this week if he returns.

Cowboys LT Tyron Smith (groin) practiced on a limited basis Monday.

Smith was seen warming up before the game on Sunday night, and he said he plans to return on Thursday. This practice gives him a chance, although it is important to note it was just a walk-through. Dallas needs Smith back with Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram coming to town for Thanksgiving.

Browns coach Hue Jackson said getting Josh Gordon back is "like Christmas."

"I get to open a new toy," Jackson said. "I know what’s in that box, but I just want to see how good it is. It’s exciting that he’ll be back out there." Gordon is expected to return to practice this week, and he is eligible to return to the active roster Week 13. It still remains to be seen if he will be ready by then, but he has hit every target so far since being reinstated. Gordon remains worth a stash for teams headed to the fantasy playoffs.

Tevin Coleman rushed 20 times for 43 yards and one touchdown in the Falcons' 34-31, Week 11 win over the Seahawks on Monday night.

Making the start as the feature back in place of an injured Devonta Freeman (concussion), Coleman predictably found next to no running room in a real tough matchup. His one-yard touchdown plunge was set up by Mohamed Sanu drawing a DPI call in the end zone. Coleman almost had another short touchdown, but it was called back on replay, and Atlanta settled for what proved to be the game-winning 19-yard field goal. Coleman's one catch in the pass game was a 15-yard pickup on third-and-long. Freeman should clear protocol in time for Week 12 against the lowly Bucs, sending Coleman back to RB2/3 status.

Russell Wilson completed 26-of-42 passes for 258 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the Seahawks' 34-31, Week 11 loss to the Falcons on Monday night.

Again the team's leading rusher, Wilson added 86 yards and a third touchdown on a team-high seven carries. Wilson's night started off on the wrong foot with an early interception on the opening drive to put Seattle in a 14-0 hole, but he did everything in his power to will the Seahawks back. It just wasn't enough in another game he was literally running for his life behind a turnstile offensive line. Wilson also lost a fumble that was returned for a touchdown. His touchdown passes went to Jimmy Graham and Doug Baldwin, with Baldwin's being a wide-open hookup late in the fourth quarter to pull the Seahawks within three points. Blair Walsh missed a 52-yard field goal as time expired. Arguably the top fantasy quarterback right now, Wilson will be a locked-in elite QB1 next week at the Niners.

Seahawks RB Mike Davis exited Week 11 against the Falcons with a groin injury.

Promoted from the practice squad earlier in the week, Davis actually made the start for the Seahawks while Thomas Rawls was a healthy scratch. It was mostly Davis on run downs and J.D. McKissic in the pass game before Davis was hurt early in the third quarter. He finished the night with 18 yards on six carries and 41 yards on two catches. He had a huge run where Davis absolutely trucked Falcons hard-hitting S Keanu Neal. Eddie Lacy is now mixing in.

Denver radio host Benjamin Allbright reports the Broncos shopped Demaryius Thomas at last month's trade deadline and may look to move him in the offseason.

Allbright isn't a typical Rotoworld source, but he has connections and has broken stories. Per Allbright, the "team feels [Thomas] lost strength when he switched to a vegan diet and hasn't been the same player." Thomas barely got to the 1,000 yards mark last season (1,083) and is on pace for just 1,012 yards this year after having 1,300-plus from 2012-2015 with Peyton Manning. Thomas doesn't deserve the sole blame here when given Trevor Siemian and Brock Osweiler as his quarterbacks. Thomas turns 30 next month and is signed through 2019.

Coach Sean McVay said Robert Woods (shoulder) will miss at least a "couple weeks."

It's a huge loss for an offense that has been going through Woods in the pass game. McVay admitted there was concern this might end Woods' season, but he said the team got "positive news" that he'll only miss a couple weeks at best. In Woods' absence, possibly Sammy Watkins will get more involved and see more than 3-4 targets per game. It'll be a committee approach.
