Eagles LG Evan Mathis is likely out until training camp after undergoing ankle surgery.

The surgery is described as "minor," and was done to address "swelling and discomfort" in Mathis' ankle. Former first-round bust Danny Watkins is expected to see first-team reps at OTAs opposite RG Todd Herremans. Injuries sapped the life from the Eagles' offensive line last season, with Mathis as the lone healthy member. They'll hope he returns 100 percent for the start of camp.

Vance McDonald is done for the day in Week 3 with a hip injury.

The extent is undisclosed, but it's a bad sign that McDonald was almost immediately ruled out. He finished with two catches for four yards on two targets. The 49ers' tight end depth chart is rounded out by Garrett Celek and Blake Bell.

Terrelle Pryor caught 8-of-14 targets for 144 yards in Cleveland's Week 3 loss to Miami.

Pryor had a featured role with Josh McCown and Corey Coleman sidelined. He rotated snaps with Cody Kessler at quarterback, rushing for 21 yards on four carries and completing 3-of-5 passes for 35 yards. The stat line is impressive, but not something owners can expect going forward. Pryor should remain the focal point of Cleveland's offense until Josh Gordon returns in Week 5.

Jared Cook was spotted with his right foot in a walking boot and using crutches after the Packers' Week 3 win over the Lions.

Cook left the game in the second quarter and never returned. The Packers called the injury an ankle issue, but Cook had surgery on his right foot in June. Richard Rodgers would be in line for a bigger role if Cook is forced to miss time.

LeSean McCoy rushed 17 times for 110 yards and two touchdowns and caught 3-of-4 targets for six yards in the Bills' Week 3 upset of the Cardinals.

The Cardinals played run-tough defense in their first two games, but they were gashed in the first half of Sunday's contest. McCoy broke off a 24-yard touchdown run to open the TD scoring, and later got in from a shorter distance to give Buffalo what would prove an insurmountable 17-0 lead. McCoy did slow down in the second half, but it was a promising performance in a so-far underwhelming Buffalo offense. The Bills head to Foxboro for Week 4, where McCoy will continue to be a high-volume workhorse and fantasy RB1.
Sep 25 - 5:18 PM

John Brown caught 6-of-11 targets for 70 yards in the Cardinals' Week 3 loss to the Bills.

It's a big story because Brown's playing time and production were limited in Arizona's first two games. He finally got going against the Bills, drawing 11 targets to tie Michael Floyd for second on the team behind Larry Fitzgerald (12) in a game where Carson Palmer attempted 50 throws. Brown needs to be picked up in fantasy leagues where he was dropped after a slow start. He has upside WR3 potential the rest of the way.
Sep 25 - 5:03 PM

Blake Bortles completed 24-of-38 passes for two touchdowns and three interceptions and rushed three times for 17 yards in the Jaguars' Week 3 loss to the Ravens.

Bortles started off poorly, completing just 10-of-19 passes for 78 yards in the first half. He fared a little better after halftime, particularly in the third quarter when he connected on 9-of-10 throws for 87 yards and a touchdown. Both of his scores went to Allen Robinson, who played out of his mind on Sunday. Despite a few nice stretches, Bortles ultimately couldn’t get out of his own way, losing the game with a pair of fourth quarter interceptions. The first was a complete misfire to T.J. Yeldon that wound up in the hands of Tavon Young. Bortles was picked again on a desperation heave with 15 seconds left in regulation. Through three games the Jaguars have looked just as inept as they've always been despite entering the year with unusually high expectations. Coach Gus Bradley will be lucky to keep his job after Sunday’s embarrassment.
Sep 25 - 4:59 PM

Allen Robinson corralled seven-of-11 targets for 57 yards and two touchdowns Sunday in the Jaguars' Week 3 loss to the Ravens.

Robinson was expected to draw shadow coverage from Jimmy Smith but was mostly followed by Shareece Wright. That’s who he beat on both of his touchdowns with the first coming on a three-yard pass off play-action late in the second quarter. Robinson extended that drive with two third-down conversions. Later Robinson delivered a sprawling 11-yard touchdown on a play that was originally called incomplete but was overturned on review. It was a nice bounce-back effort for Robinson, who was mostly held in check during Jacksonville’s first two games. He’ll be back on the WR1 radar next week against the Colts.
Sep 25 - 4:57 PM

David Johnson rushed 19 times for 83 yards and two touchdowns and caught 3-of-6 targets for 28 yards in the Cardinals' Week 3 loss to Buffalo.

Beyond a handful of clutch catches by Larry Fitzgerald, Johnson was Arizona's lone source of offense against the Bills. He nearly had a third touchdown, but was tripped by his own teammate en route to the end zone on a late second-quarter red-zone play. Still, Johnson has surpassed 110 total yards in three straight games to open the season. Even against a stout Rams defense in Week 4, Johnson will be a top-three fantasy RB1 play.
Sep 25 - 4:56 PM

Ryan Tannehill completed 25-of-39 passes for 319 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions in Miami's Week 3 overtime win over the Browns.

Tanehill didn't play to his stat line, throwing an interception on the opening drive and a pick-six later in the first half. He also took eight sacks and lost a fumble at the end of the fourth quarter, but the Browns missed the game-winning field goal. Tannehill shredded a Joe Haden-less secondary when he had time, getting all of Jarvis Landry, DeVante Parker, and Kenny Stills involved. Despite five touchdowns over his last two games, Tannehill is just a QB2 for Week 4 against the Bengals.
Sep 25 - 4:54 PM

Carson Palmer completed 26-of-50 passes for 261 yards and four interceptions in the Cardinals' Week 3 loss to the Bills.

Palmer held his own in Weeks 1-2 dates with New England and Tampa Bay, but he was a nightmare in Sunday's upset loss to the Bills. Buffalo's rejuvenated defense sacked Palmer five times, he held onto the ball far too long, and his passes floated in the air seemingly forever, throwing four picks in the second half alone. Palmer's schedule gets no easier in Week 4 against the Rams, where he will be a fringe fantasy starter.
Sep 25 - 4:52 PM

Jeremy Hill rushed 17 times for 97 yards and two touchdowns in the Bengals' Week 3 loss to the Broncos.

Hill's big fantasy game was the unlikeliest one on a day full of highs and lows. Hill busted an early 50-yard run and scored twice from short distance to give the Bengals an early lead, but faded into the background as Cincinnati fell behind in the second half. Hill has been highly inconsistent early in the year and will remain that way in an RBBC with Gio. With that said, Hill will be a stronger RB2 play when the Bengals host the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football in Week 4.
