Free agent WR Titus Young was arrested twice in 15 hours last Sunday.

The troubled ex-Lion was busted for drunk driving at 12:01 Sunday morning in Moreno Valley, Cal. He was then arrested again 15 hours later after he was caught trying to steal his impounded Mustang from a tow-company lot. It's the exact kind of confounding, short-sighted behavior that earned Young his walking papers from the Lions less than two years after he was a second-round pick. Young needs to get serious help before his life spirals completely out of control.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid said CB Marcus Peters (suspension) is "ready to roll."

Redskins S Su'a Cravens (concussion, exempt/left squad list) has been medically cleared to return to football.

In a confusing couple weeks, Cravens flirted with retirement in September before ultimately stepping away from the team for the season. His agent says he was suffering from post-concussion syndrome during that episode, but he has undergone treatment and is "looking forward to the 2018 NFL season." A second-round pick in 2016, Cravens has a long and scary history with concussions.

Devin Hester announced his retirement after 11 seasons in the NFL.

Hester hinted he was done after the Seahawks lost to the Falcons in the Divisional Round in January, but he is finally making it official. One of the best return men to ever lace them up, Hester retires owning the record for career punt return touchdowns (14) and career non-offensive touchdowns (20) as well as the third-most punt return yards (3,695) in NFL history. Most of that damage was done with the Bears, who drafted him in the second round of the 2016 draft. Hester finishes his career with three All-Pro nods and four Pro Bowls.

Rams coach Sean McVay said Robert Woods is "on track" to play Week 15 against the Seahawks.

The coach added the obligatory barring "any setbacks" qualifier, but Week 15 has been the target for Woods all along. While it is always wise to exercise caution with players returning from injury, Woods had established himself as a must-start option before going down. That will remain the case against Seattle.

Jay Cutler completed 25-of-38 passes for 263 yards and three touchdowns in the Dolphins' Week 14 win over the Patriots.

Cutler played his best game of the season so far, threading the Patriots secondary with ease. His receivers got open at will against the Patriots man defense. He threw two short touchdowns to Jarvis Landry as well as a 25-yarder to Jakeem Grant. Despite turning in a good performance this week, Cutler won't be more than a mid-range QB2 against Buffalo in Week 15.
Dec 12 - 12:49 AM

Jarvis Landry caught 8-of-8 targets for 46 yards and two touchdowns in the Dolphins' Week 14 win over the Patriots.

Landry played a big part in the Dolphins' win over the Patriots, especially his red zone efficiency. His first touchdown came on a play-action bootleg from five yards out. His second touchdown came from four yards out where he successfully sat in between two linebackers in the Patriots zone. Landry has an easy matchup against the Bills defense in Week 15.
Dec 12 - 12:33 AM

Kenyan Drake rushed 25 times for 114 yards and caught 5-of-6 targets for 79 yards in the Dolphins' Week 14 win over the Patriots.

Drake looked electric as the Dolphins' workhorse. On two occasions he dodged an unblocked blitzing player behind the line of scrimmage and ran for a big gain. The Dolphins took advantage of Drake's pass-catching ability, lining him out wide against Patriots' linebackers and creating an easy mismatch, resulting in multiple big plays. His diverse skill set has opened up their offense. Drake will be a high-upside RB1 in Week 15 against the Bills as long as RB Damien Williams remains sidelined.
Dec 12 - 12:15 AM

Tom Brady completed 24-of-43 passes for 233 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions in the Patriots' 27-20, Week 14 loss to the Dolphins.

Brady had one of his worst games this season, struggling under pressure throughout. Both interceptions were underthrown deep balls to WR Brandin Cooks who was blanketed by CB Xavien Howard. Between the pass rush from the Dolphins and Patriots receivers unable to gain much separation, Brady struggled to turn in a vintage performance. Brady will be a top-five QB play in Week 15 against the Steelers.
Dec 11 - 11:59 PM

Chris Hogan (shoulder) is active for Monday night's Week 14 game against the Dolphins.

Dion Lewis (illness) and Stephon Gilmore (ankle) are also both active after all three were listed questionable. Hogan is expected to play "a lot" after missing the past several weeks with a shoulder issue. He should immediately be reinserted as a WR1 in fantasy lineups. Brandin Cooks remains one.

Coach Jack Del Rio announced OC Todd Downing will remain with the Raiders the remainder of the season.

Ex-OC Bill Musgrave was let go at the end of last season, as the Raiders failed to even make him an offer as a free agent coach. The move was made in order to promote Downing, who was believed to be a riser in the coaching ranks. His first season running the show in Oakland has been a total disaster. Derek Carr has taken multiple steps back and looks like one of the most overpaid players in the league, while Amari Cooper has been a non-factor most weeks. Oakland is 19th in total offense, 15th in passing, and 26th in rushing. Downing may be one-and-done, with Del Rio possibly on the hot seat as well.

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports Carson Wentz will undergo ACL surgery "within a couple days," and Dr. James Andrews anticipates Wentz being sidelined 9-12 months.

Per Mortensen, Andrews hasn't spoken directly with Wentz, but the noted orthopedic specialist said expectations need to be tempered for ACL recoveries, saying repairs need 9-12 months. Wentz is almost certain to start next summer's training camp on active/PUP with a chance he misses the start of the season. The Eagles will roll with Nick Foles the remainder of the 2017 season.
