Bengals signed sixth-round WR Cobi Hamilton to a four-year contract.

Hamilton (6-foot-1 3/4, 212) lacks top-end speed and is more of a possession receiver who catches slant routes and breaks tackles. He's also a solid blocker on the outside. Hamilton doesn't project as much more than a No. 4 or 5 receiver for the Bengals. He'll compete for a roster spot this summer.

Dennis Pitta snagged nine-of-11 targets for 90 yards and two touchdowns Sunday in the Ravens' Week 13 win over the Dolphins.

Pitta ended a 17-game touchdown drought on Sunday and he did it with style. Baltimore made a point to attack the middle of the field, which, coincidentally, is where Pitta makes his living. His first touchdown came on a 13-yard pass Joe Flacco managed to squeeze between Isa Abdul-Quddus and Bacarri Rambo. He went for six again late in the first half, this time beating Rambo in zone coverage for a nine-yard score. Pitta’s nine catches matched a season-high and the 90 yards he tallied were his most since Week 2. Pitta will be on the TE2 scene next week against New England.
Dec 4 - 4:44 PM

Spencer Ware rushed 14 times for 29 yards and a touchdown, adding three receptions for 23 additional yards and another score.

Ware could have had a much bigger day, but Alex Smith flat missed him on a gimme 61-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. It was an odd afternoon, with Ware's scores masking an otherwise extremely pedestrian day. Ware is averaging just 48 yards rushing over his past five games, totaling a modest 110 receiving yards in the process. His workloads remain voluminous, but he'll be a bottom-end RB1 against the Raiders in Week 14.
Dec 4 - 4:42 PM

Travis Kelce caught 8-of-8 targets for 140 yards in the Chiefs' Week 13 win over the Falcons.

The team leader in every receiving category, Kelce continually ripped the Falcons down the middle of the field. The 100-yard effort was his third in a row, while the 140 yards were a new career high. Kelce has been good since 2014, but he's been becoming great in the absence of Jeremy Maclin. Even with Maclin finally nearing a return from his groin injury, it's hard to see Kelce slowing down. He'll be an elite TE1 for the fantasy playoffs. The Raiders are an attackable Week 14 matchup.
Dec 4 - 4:39 PM

Julian Edelman caught 8-of-12 targets for 101 yards in the Patriots' Week 13 win over the Rams.

The Patriots attacked the Rams with a ball-out-quick passing game in order to mitigate the impact of Los Angeles' talented defensive line. The Pats also put double and triple teams on DT Aaron Donald. Edelman took over as the focal point of this offensive approach and was no match for Lamarcus Joyner in the slot. Edelman has earned every-week WR1 treament heading into a Week 14 date with the Ravens on Monday Night Football.
Dec 4 - 4:33 PM

Dion Lewis rushed five times for 27 yards and caught 4-of-5 targets for 11 yards in the Patriots' Week 13 win over the Rams.

LeGarrette Blount (18) led New England's backfield in touches, while Lewis (9) and James White (7) continued to share passing-back duties. The Patriots used a lot of Lewis early in game, then put him on bubble wrap the rest of the way in an easy win. We'd project Lewis for 9-11 touches in Week 14 against Baltimore. Lewis will be a low-end flex option in that Monday night game.
Dec 4 - 4:28 PM

Drew Brees completed 31-of-44 passes for 326 yards, zero touchdowns and three interceptions in New Orleans' 28-13, Week 13 loss to the Lions.

It was Brees' first touchdown-less game at home since Week 4, 2009, a span of 60 games. It was an inconceivable outcome considering his 2016 play and weak opponent. Brees may have been playing through an injury, as his deep passes were wobbling much more than usual. He lacked his usual drive. Provided everything is alright physically, Brees will bounce back as a mid-range QB1 for next week's trip to Tampa.
Dec 4 - 4:25 PM

Jeremy Hill rushed 23 times for 33 yards and one touchdown in the Bengals' Week 13 win over the Eagles.

He added two catches for 12 yards on three targets. The one-yard touchdown run after a 50-yard catch by Cody Core definitely saved Hill's fantasy day, though it can be viewed as a big positive that he received 25 total touches. In the two games without Gio Bernard and A.J. Green, Hill has handled 43 total touches as one of the focal points of the offense. Unfortunately, he's faced two strong run defenses. Hill will get a much better matchup Week 14 at the hapless Browns.
Dec 4 - 4:24 PM

Malcolm Mitchell caught 8-of-10 targets for 82 yards in the Patriots' Week 13 win over the Rams.

Mitchell took over as a near-full-time player in this one, playing in three-receiver packages alongside Julian Edelman and Chris Hogan. Mitchell clearly has the trust of Tom Brady, who is engineering a high-volume, ball-out-quick passing attack that suits all of his receivers' skill sets. Mitchell has earned every-week WR3 treatment entering a Week 14 date with Baltimore.
Dec 4 - 4:23 PM

Jordy Nelson caught 8-of-10 targets for 118 yards and a touchdown Week 13 against the Texans.

Nelson was the focal point of the passing game all day. With the offense focusing on short passes early, Nelson racked up five catches for 37 yards in the first half, but he got it going down the field after the break. His first long catch was a 32-yard touchdown where he was left all alone in the end zone. He also hauled in a deep pass down the right sideline in the fourth quarter, and he went over Kareem Jackson for a third-down conversion on the final touchdown drive. Still the No. 1 receiver even with Davante Adams surging, Nelson will remain a WR2 even with the Seahawks and Richard Sherman coming to town next week.
Dec 4 - 4:20 PM

LeGarrette Blount rushed 18 times for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Patriots' Week 13 beatdown of the Rams.

Almost all of Blount's production came on the first drive, where he rushed three times for 55 yards alone, including a 43-yard scoring sprint. Rather than put the ball in Blount's belly in clock-killing mode, the Patriots kept throwing short passes to the likes of Julian Edelman, Chris Hogan, and Malcolm Mitchell. Blount obviously still paid Week 13 fantasy dividends. He'll be a tougher sell against Baltimore's stout front in Week 14.
Dec 4 - 4:19 PM

Carson Wentz completed 36-of-60 passes for 308 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions in the Eagles' 32-14, Week 13 loss to the Bengals.

The whopping 60 pass attempts easily set a new season-high for the rookie. He could (shoulder) have been picked off at least two other times, and WLB Vontaze Burfict got him twice. Since starting 3-0 before the Week 4 bye, the Eagles have lost 7-of-9 and five of their last six. Wentz's lone touchdown was on a 4th-and-5 play to Zach Ertz on a busted coverage. It can't all be blamed on Wentz, however, as he has very little help in terms of playmakers. Jordan Matthews (ankle) missed this one, and Dorial Green-Beckham left early with a ribs injury. Wentz won't be a fantasy option next week against the Redskins.
