Saints OLB Victor Butler will undergo ACL reconstructive surgery on Tuesday.

Butler tore his ACL in Wednesday's minicamp practice on a collision with Mark Ingram. He'll almost certainly be placed on season-ending injured reserve. Martez Wilson is in the driver's seat for the starting SAM linebacker spot opposite Junior Galette. Butler's injury may force the Saints to keep Will Smith.

Coach John Harbaugh said the Ravens will make a decision on Danny Woodhead's (hamstring) Week 11 status this weekend.

"We'll be ready if he goes," Harbaugh said. "We’ll be ready if he doesn’t go." Woodhead has yet to be activated from I.R., and Harbaugh said the trainers and doctors will make that final call this weekend. Woodhead has been practicing this week. If he doesn't play, Buck Allen will again handle passing downs. If Woodhead suits up, Allen will be rendered nearly useless in fantasy.

The NFL is investigating Jameis Winston for allegedly groping an Uber driver in March 2016.

The driver says Winston groped her crotch at a fast food restaurant drive thru as they were waiting for Winston's food around 2 AM on March 13 in Scottsdale, Ariz. The driver, "Kate", reported the incident to Uber but did not go to police. Winston was accused of rape in 2012 at Florida State but wasn't charged in the matter. 2017 is only becoming more of a headache for the Bucs.

Leonard Fournette (ankle) is questionable for Week 11 against the Browns.

Fournette's ankle reportedly "still isn't right," and there's word the Jaguars think they can beat Cleveland without him on Sunday. That's getting a little full of themselves considering it's on the road, in the cold, and this is the Jaguars we're talking about. But either way, Fournette is shaping up as a game-time call Sunday. The good news is this one kicks off early at 1 PM ET.

Devonta Freeman (concussion) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

He's still in the protocol. It'll be Tevin Coleman as the Falcons' lead back Monday night in Seattle, but it's a really tough draw for him, making Coleman a mid-range RB2. Terron Ward will be Coleman's change of pace.
Nov 17 - 12:07 PM

According to Florida Football Insiders, Leonard Fournette's ankle is "still not right," and he could be limited if he plays this week against the Browns.

T.J. Yeldon played 36.9% of the snaps last week against the Chargers. Fournette was in on 53.9% of the downs. Fournette, however, was nonexistent in the fourth quarter before coming back out for overtime. Chris Ivory played eight snaps. Fournette was downgraded to DNP on Friday after being limited Wednesday and Thursday. If he does play, we could be in for a similar Fournette-Yeldon split, and if the rookie sits, expect Yeldon and Ivory to split the load. Fournette is looking like a risky RB2 if he suits up and merely a DFS tournament play.

Leonard Fournette (ankle) is not practicing Friday.

Fournette was limited on Wednesday and Thursday, so this is a downgrade for him. It's possible the team is just being easy on their offensive centerpiece, but this is now something to watch this weekend. Fournette has admitted he's not looking forward to playing in the cold weather at Cleveland this weekend, but we don't see it as a reason to downgrade him from RB1/2 status. The Browns' elite run defense is more of a blockade to his fantasy success.
Nov 17 - 11:14 AM

Coach Mike McCarthy said Ty Montgomery (ribs) is unlikely to play Week 11 against the Ravens.

McCarthy said it's not a long-term concern, but it will be Jamaal Williams and Devante Mays this week in a tough spot. Williams managed just 67 yards on 20 carries in relief against the Bears last week. He's low-upside RB3 play who should get volume. Williams will likely need a TD to be worth it.
Nov 17 - 10:54 AM

Alshon Jeffery (ankle) is questionable for Week 11 against the Cowboys.

Coach Doug Pederson said the injury has been "lingering for a while," but he expects Jeffery to play Sunday night. Even at less than 100 percent, Jeffery has had back-to-back solid games, totaling eight catches for 148 yards and three scores ahead of last week's bye. He'll be a WR2/3 this week.

Cardinals signed WR Larry Fitzgerald to a one-year extension through 2018.

It would suggest the 34-year-old is ready to return for a 15th season next year, especially after this one went up in flames with a David Johnson broken wrist in Week 1 followed by Carson Palmer's broken arm six weeks later. Fitzgerald continues to be a model of health, having missed just two games the past 10 seasons and six overall in his 14 years. He's still as good as ever, averaging 11.3 YPR and on pace for 1,203 yards while acting as a wrecking ball after the catch.

Delanie Walker caught 6-of-8 targets for 92 yards in the Titans' Week 11 loss to the Steelers.

The 92 yards were a new season high, but it was one of Walker's missed connections he'll be thinking about between now and Week 12. All alone in the end zone after running a great route, Walker committed one of the worst drops you will ever see in the NFL. It was a gimme touchdown, one that would have been Walker's first of the season through the air (he has a rushing score). Having now cleared 60 yards in four straight games, Walker will remain a high-end TE1 for Week 12 against the Colts.
Nov 17 - 12:19 AM

Rishard Matthews caught 5-of-6 targets for 113 yards and a touchdown in the Titans' Week 11 loss to the Steelers.

The 100-yard game was Matthews' first of the season, while the touchdown was his third. It was a 75-yarder on the Titans' opening drive of the second half. With the help of a play fake, Matthews ran right by Coty Sensabaugh before staving off some tackle attempts on his way to the end zone. Despite the big night, Matthews was actually out-targeted 7-6 by Corey Davis. Davis' continued emergence as a factor has lowered both Matthews' floor and ceiling to that of a low-end WR3. He does have an attackable Week 12 matchup in the Colts.
