Massachusetts State Police arrived at Aaron Hernandez's North Attleboro, Mass. home again on Saturday afternoon in connection with the Odin Lloyd murder.

Detectives, uniformed officers, plainclothes officers, and canines showed up at Hernandez's home at roughly 1:40 PM ET Saturday afternoon, and they are currently searching the tight end's mansion and luxury doghouse in the backyard. We don't know much more at the moment, but police are taking pictures of the residence. It's been reported that Hernandez will likely be arrested and charged with obstruction of justice "at some point." It may happen Saturday, and we will keep the updates flowing as more information comes to light.

Unsigned exclusive rights free agent Willie Snead will report to Saints camp on Thursday.

Jul 24 - 1:26 PM

Free agent LB Zachary Orr (neck) is visiting the Texans on Monday.

After retiring because of a neck condition in January, Orr reversed course and decided to continue his career. He has already met with the Colts, Jets, and Lions, but all three decided to pass. Orr could have trouble gaining clearance from team medical staffs.

Colts SS Clayton Geathers (neck) will begin the season on the reserve/PUP list, missing at least six games.

Jul 24 - 1:15 PM

Colts placed Andrew Luck (shoulder surgery) on the active/PUP list.

DE Kendall Langford and OG Brian Schwenke will join him. Luck can be removed from the list and begin practicing at any time during camp, and he should return at some point in the next month. In fact, GM Chris Ballard revealed Luck has finally started his throwing program, although he did not put a timetable on the quarterback's return. The Colts seem to be confident Luck will be back before Week 1, but there has to be at least some concern until we see him on the field.

Vikings placed Latavius Murray (ankle) on the active/PUP list.

LB Shaan Washington (leg) will join him on the PUP. All it means is Murray is not ready to practice right now, but he can be removed from the list at any time. On Sunday, Murray said his "health is really good," suggesting he will be able to practice sooner rather than later. Murray will compete for a role behind second-rounder Dalvin Cook when healthy.

ESPN's Josina Anderson reports Chargers first-round WR Mike Williams (back) "feels better."

The Chargers still do not know when Williams will be able to practice, but there at least seems to be some optimism he will be able to return to the field at some point this season. "We'll evaluate him when he gets here and then see how much we are going to do with him," a source told Anderson. "He'll continue rehab until we feel he's ready." Even if he gets back on the field at some point in camp, Williams will face a steep climb to earn an early-season role.
Jul 24 - 11:45 AM

Jordan Matthews (knee) will be limited to start training camp.

Matthews is still dealing with the knee tendinitis which caused him to miss minicamp, but coach Doug Pederson said he is not worried about the issue stretching into the season. It sounds like the Eagles are simply managing the slot receiver's reps. With Alshon Jeffery in town, Matthews' target share will take a hit this season.
Jul 24 - 11:25 AM

Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff said he would like to have a deal done with walk-year RB Devonta Freeman by Thursday.

The Falcons' first practice of training camp is on Thursday. Dimitroff is not certain he will be able to reach that goal, but it is at least clear the two sides are working toward an extension. Earlier this summer, owner Arthur Blank said he is "confident" the two sides will be able to work something out. It seems like just a matter of time.

The Miami Herald's Armando Salguero reports the Dolphins still want to sign walk-year WR Jarvis Landry to an extension.

Miami has yet to make an offer to the receiver, but Salguero reports the organization is simply doing their due diligence to avoid offending Landry with a low-ball offer. Salguero also expects the Dolphins to tag Landry next spring if they are unable to work out a long-term deal, a move which would cost them $15 million. We are more skeptical about Miami's desire to re-sign the slot receiver and even more so about them paying him $15 million for one season, but Salguero is as plugged in as anyone.

ESPN Dolphins reporter James Walker wrote Ryan Tannehill moved well during offseason practices despite a brace on his left knee.

Tannehill did not require surgery after partially tearing his ACL late last season, but he will be forced to wear a brace. That brace could be a concern for a player who has averaged over 200 yards rushing a season throughout his career, but the Dolphins have consistently said the quarterback "looks normal." Relegated to an Alex Smith-esque game manager role last season, Tannehill is only a factor in two quarterback leagues.

Cincinnati Enquirer's Jim Owczarski reports "all indications" are Tyler Eifert (back surgery) will be ready for camp.

Eifert waffled on his availability for camp during the spring and did not participate in the offseason program, so it seems unlikely he is a full-go on the first day of camp. Still, his recovery this offseason appears to be going much better than it did last year, and it will be a surprise if he is not participating fully early in camp. Health will always be a concern, but Eifert has scored 18 touchdowns in just 21 games the last two seasons. That upside makes him a clear TE1.
