Cowboys signed DL Landon Cohen and waived WR Lavasier Tuinei.

Tuinei was signed two days ago. Cohen will provide needed D-Line depth.

Jimmy Graham (shoulder) remained limited in Thursday's practice.

Graham will likely remain limited on Friday ahead of earning a "questionable" tag for Sunday's game against the Packers. Barring a setback, Graham is going to play, but his workload will be hard to predict after he was limited to two targets in Week 4. With Graham's upside so immense, he's Rotoworld's No. 4 tight end for Week 8 despite his dodgy health.
Oct 23 - 4:13 PM

DeAngelo Williams (ankle) will miss Week 8, but the Panthers are "hopeful" he can return for next Thursday's game against the Saints.

Sunday will be D-Will's fourth-straight absence. He's yet to resume practicing, so a Week 9 return is far from a sure thing. The injury-prone Williams is a weak stash in 10-12 team re-draft leagues.
Oct 23 - 3:43 PM

Speaking Thursday, Jaguars coach Gus Bradley confirmed Denard Robinson will remain the starting running back for Week 8 even with Toby Gerhart (foot) returning.

Bradley said Gerhart will get "some reps," but Gerhart was being phased out of his starting job even before he started missing games. He'll fight for scraps with Jordan Todman and Storm Johnson behind Shoelace. Robinson is the only Jaguars' runner worth starting for Week 8, though he has a difficult matchup in the Dolphins' solid run defense.
Oct 23 - 3:39 PM

The Ravens aren't concerned about Owen Daniels' (knee) Week 8 status.

Daniels has yet to practice this week, but OC Gary Kubiak says he's "fine." He should return for a limited session on Friday, and earn a "questionable" tag on the injury report. Daniels is in the TE1 discussion against a Bengals team hemorrhaging fantasy points to tight ends.
Oct 23 - 3:36 PM

Martellus Bennett (hamstring) returned to Bears practice Thursday, getting in a limited session.

The Unicorn is now on track for Week 8. Bennett hasn't found the end zone since Week 3, but has continued to rack up yards and receptions. With Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery both likely to draw attention from Darrelle Revis on Sunday, Bennett is a decent bet to score his fifth touchdown.
Oct 23 - 2:19 PM

A.J. Green (toe) remained sidelined at Bengals practice Thursday.

Green continued to work on a side field, but he's not looking good for Sunday's game against the Ravens. Owners have to plan on their WR1 missing one more week of action.
Oct 23 - 1:08 PM

Reggie Wayne (elbow) is not practicing again Thursday.

Wayne was on the sideline in sweats watching his teammates practice. His injury is not serious by any means, but the Colts could play it safe and hold him out of Sunday's game anyway. Wayne's legs certainly looked like they could use a day off as he dead-legged his way to 4-15-0 against the Bengals last week. Griff Whalen, Hakeem Nicks and Donte Moncrief would likely all chop up Wayne's 8.8 targets per game if the veteran sits.
Oct 23 - 11:59 AM

Coach Jay Gruden would "guarantee...most likely" that Robert Griffin III (ankle) returns for the Week 11 game against the Bucs.

There's still a chance Griffin returns for Week 9 at Minnesota, but holding him out through the Week 10 bye is firmly on Gruden's radar. "You've got a good bye week, you've got a couple weeks to make sure it's ready. ... You know, it's a very difficult position to play, and just because he's healthy, he hasn't taken a meaningful rep in about six weeks," Gruden said. All we know right now is that Colt McCoy will almost certainly start in Dallas on Monday night, making the Cowboys an excellent D/ST streamer.
Oct 23 - 11:28 AM

Reggie Bush (ankle) is not practicing Thursday.

It's a troublesome downgrade from Wednesday, when Bush was a limited participant. It's clear he's nowhere near over his ankle injury after it caused him to sit out in Week 6 and barely play in the second half of Week 7. If Bush can't go against the Falcons, Joique Bell gets a boost and Theo Riddick (questionable, hamstring) would get set for a real role. Note that inactives for this early London game will be coming down at 8:30am ET.
Oct 23 - 9:52 AM

Calvin Johnson (ankle) is practicing on a limited basis Thursday and suggested a decision on his status could go to Sunday morning.

A day after getting limited work in, Johnson was encouragingly back cutting and running routes. "We're doing everything from straight-forward running to moving laterally as well," he said. "Things are going good. We're moving in a positive direction." We still suspect it makes tons of sense to hold Megatron out of this game and let him rest through the bye, but the Lions aren't tipping their hand yet. This game will kick off in the afternoon in London, meaning word on Johnson's status might not come down until roughly 8:30am ET.

Kyle Rudolph (sports hernia) participated in the team stretch Wednesday for the first time since his late-September surgery.

After stretching, Rudolph did some running on the side with trainers. It's not much, but it is a bit of progress for a player that was hit with a 6-8 week timetable following his surgery. Owners in need of tight end help should start thinking about a stash soon as Rudolph could realistically be back immediately after the Week 10 bye. The red-zone dominator was lining up in the slot a ton before going down.
