NFL suspended Vikings FB Jerome Felton three games for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Felton was arrested for DUI last summer. His Week 1 status was already in some doubt due to an emergency appendectomy, so at least the brief ban will give Felton an opportunity to be 100-percent healthy upon his return. Felton earned Pro Bowl honors in 2012, clearing lanes in front of NFL leading rusher Adrian Peterson. Felton will be eligible to resume playing games in Week 4.

Danny Woodhead (hamstring) is active for Week 11 against the Packers.

Woodhead will make his season debut after getting removed from IR this week. He's expected to resume his pass-down role over Buck Allen, with Alex Collins remaining the starter. Woodhead's return has made Terrance West a healthy scratch.

Ravens WR Breshad Perriman is a healthy scratch for Week 11.

Terrance West is also a healthy scratch. Perriman has been struggling all year and was demoted after a bad week of practice. Also inactive for Baltimore are LT Ronnie Stanley, DE Bronson Kaufusi, CB Jaylen Hill, OG Maurquice Shakir, and DE Chris Wormley.

Sterling Shepard (migraines) is inactive for Week 11 against the Chiefs.

This is not a surprise after he popped up on the report as questionable with migraines on Saturday, but it is a massive blow to the Giants' passing attack. Especially in a game where wind is a concern, Evan Engram is the only part of this passing game worth starting in standard leagues. New York also declared RT Justin Pugh (back), LB Kelvin Sheppard (groin), LB B.J. Goodson (ankle), CB Eli Apple (personal), QB Davis Webb, and OT John Greco inactive for Week 11.

Leonard Fournette (questionable, ankle) is active for Week 11 against the Browns.

Fournette's ankle is still bothering him but apparently he showed enough in pre-game warmups to get the green light for Sunday's game in Cleveland. The Jaguars may be tempted to lean on their ground attack with winds expected in the range of 20-25 mph throughout the game. Even at less than 100 percent, Fournette remains on the RB1 spectrum. Inactive for the Jaguars are DB Jalen Myrick, LB Blair Brown, DT Eli Ankou, OT William Poehls, OG Patrick Omameh, OT Jermey Parnell and WR Allen Hurns.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports "there's growing frustration" with the Broncos' offensive scheme.

The front office believes "playcalling has been an issue," suggesting OC Mike McCoy is on the hot seat. The Broncos have been blown out the last five weeks and rank near the bottom of the league in points per game. They also have one of the worst quarterback situations in the league with Trevor Siemian and Brock Osweiler. The Broncos are expected to simplify their playbook down the stretch. McCoy's return to Denver could last only one year if the offense doesn't turn around.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Ravens are "demoting" Breshad Perriman.

This comes after Perriman worked with the scout team during practice this week. It's unclear what the demotion will entail, though Perriman can probably expect to be a healthy scratch Sunday against the Packers. A first-round pick of the Ravens in 2015, Perriman has been a complete and utter bust, earning PFF's No. 112 grade out of 114 qualifiers at wide receiver this season. According to Rapoport, Perriman's demotion may only last one week depending on how he responds. With Perriman riding the pine, Michael Campanaro will likely line up in three-wide sets alongside Jeremy Maclin and Mike Wallace.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Sterling Shepard (questionable, illness) is dealing with migraines.

Shepard was added to the injury report on Saturday with an undisclosed illness, which has now been confirmed as migraines. He's still considered a game-time decision for Sunday's tilt versus Kansas City, though ESPN's Adam Schefter reported earlier that Shepard will likely be inactive. Impressive rookie Evan Engram would remain Eli Manning's go-to receiver if the migraines prevent Shepard from suiting up.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms Cowboys LT Tyron Smith (questionable, back, groin) won't play Week 11 against the Eagles.

This confirms an earlier report from Rapoport's NFL Network colleague, Jane Slater. Smith was surprisingly listed as questionable for Sunday night's game, though he was always a long shot to play after sitting out practice all week. Byron Bell will spell Smith at left tackle against the Eagles. The Cowboys are hoping he'll be an improvement on Chaz Green, who was thoroughly dominated by Adrian Clayborn (six sacks) in last week's loss to Atlanta. Consider Smith week-to-week.
Nov 19 - 8:07 AM

John Brown (back) is expected to play Week 11 against the Texans.

Brown appeared to be truly questionable after sitting out Thursday's practice and getting in just a limited session on Friday, but it looks like he will give it a go. He has a great matchup against the Texans, but Brown has not done much of fantasy note since Carson Palmer went down.
Nov 19 - 1:37 AM

Alshon Jeffery (ankle) is expected to play Week 11 against the Cowboys.

He never appeared to be in real doubt despite being added to the injury report on Thursday. Coming off back-to-back good fantasy outings, Jeffery will be a solid WR2 in a pretty good matchup.
Nov 19 - 1:35 AM

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Sterling Shepard (illness) is unlikely to play against the Chiefs after being added to the injury report on Saturday, but will go through pre-game warmups before reaching a final determination.

Unbelievable. The Giants' highly-targeted fill-in No. 1 receiver was in golden position for a big day against the Chiefs' sieve-like defense. Now, even if he plays, fantasy owners will have to be leery after the late-week machinations. Shepard's absence would also put a huge dent in Eli Manning's streamer appeal. Tavarres King and Roger Lewis will vie for "No. 1" status if Shepard indeed sits. The only good news is that Giants/Chiefs kicks off at 1PM ET, meaning owners will know Shepard's status when setting their lineups.
