Michael Vick was removed from Sunday's Week 8 game against the Giants in the second quarter.

Vick was extremely immobile from the opening snap, suggesting that his hamstring wasn't even near the 80 percent he said it was. Then, on his lone scramble of the game, he appeared to aggravate his pull. Vick came back in, but he couldn't even move well enough to protect himself in the pocket. With Nick Foles (concussion) inactive, rookie Matt Barkley has come on. Vick will only come back in if Barkley sustains an injury. He's 6-of-9 for 31 yards with no touchdowns and one interception.

The expectation is Chargers ILB Manti Te'o suffered a torn Achilles' Week 3 against the Colts.

He will have an MRI on Monday to confirm, but Te'o is likely done for the season. If so, he will be the third Charger lost to a torn Achilles' this season. "Freak accidents like this, you can’t predict stuff like that," Te'o said of the injury. "It’s all about moving forward."

Pro Football Talk reports Cam Newton (ankle) "feels good" and is "ready to go."

Newton appeared to tweak his ankle in the Week 3 loss to the Vikings, but it does not look like it will be a concern moving forward. The real concern is the number of hits Newton has taken through three weeks behind a shaky offensive line, but the unit should have a much better day with the inept Falcons' pass rush next up on the schedule.

Zach Ertz (ribs) said he expects to be back Week 5.

Ertz has a displaced rib which could cause internal damage if not fully healed before he returns. He has yet to be cleared by doctors, but he has the bye week to get healthy. Trey Burton will get a good matchup against the Lions if Ertz is unable to play following the off week.

Dez Bryant will undergo an MRI on his knee Monday.

Bryant scored in the fourth quarter of Sunday evening's Bears shellacking, but evidently tweaked something. X-rays came back negative, but the Cowboys were compelled to do further testing. For what it's worth, owner Jerry Jones said he's "fine with it," but clearly nothing can be ruled out until the MRI results come back. We'll learn Bryant's status some time on Monday.

Ezekiel Elliott had 30 carries for 140 yards and caught two passes for 20 yards in the Cowboys' Week 3 win over Chicago.

Elliott had two touchdowns vultured, including one to Lance Dunbar. Even with the offensive line missing multiple starters, he had a ton of running room all game. Elliott’s highlight was a hurdle over S Chris Prosinski at the end of a third quarter run. He didn't have any ball security issues after two fumbles last week. Elliott is locked in as a RB1 for Week 4.

Dak Prescott completed 19-of-24 passes for 248 yards and a touchdown in Sunday night's Week 3 win over Chicago.

It’s another strong game from Prescott, who threw his first touchdown pass to Dez Bryant in the fourth quarter. Prescott also had 36 yards rushing and scored a one-yard sneak on the opening drive. With Bryant playing though a knee injury, he was forced to spread it around to Cole Beasley and Terrance Williams. Prescott still doesn’t have any turnovers through three games. He’s one of the top streaming options for Week 4 against the 49ers.

Jeremy Langford was carted off with an ankle injury in Week 3 against Dallas.

He's done for the night. Langford had 46 total yards on five touches before exiting. He was already losing work to Jordan Howard, and is now potentially dealing with a multi-week injury.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Russell Wilson (knee, ankle) is "expecting to play" Week 4 against the Jets.

Wilson is really banged up -- battling a high-ankle sprain in his right leg and a reported sprained MCL in his left -- but early word is he's going to give it a go next Sunday. It's obviously way early to assume these things, and we should know more after his MRI on Monday. Consider him day to day for now.

Darren Sproles lost one yard on two carries and caught all six of his targets for 126 yards and a touchdown Sunday in the Eagles' Week 3 win over the Steelers.

Sproles led Philadelphia in targets, catches and receiving yards. The highlight of his afternoon, and the Eagles’ day in general, was a magnificent 73-yard catch-and-run in the third quarter. Carson Wentz improvised on the play, scrambling toward the right sideline before finding Sproles wide open about 25 yards up the field. Sproles crossed the goal-line untouched after weaving through a maze of defenders in the Steelers’ secondary. Fantasy owners can’t bank on his usage but Sproles is among the best gadget players in football and is always a threat to take it in for six. He’ll get a bye before facing the Lions in Week 5.

Todd Gurley rushed 27 times for 85 yards and two touchdowns in the Rams' Week 3 win over the Bucs.

He lost five yards on his lone reception. In a moment equal to man discovering fire, Gurley and the Rams discovered touchdowns. His scores were both one-yard bunnies. It was hardly an elite day, with Gurley managing just 3.14 yards per pop. His 2016 average now sits at 2.90 through 63 totes. Things are unlikely to get much better in Week 4, where the Rams will be traveling to take on the Cardinals' strong run defense, one smarting from an embarrassing loss to the Bills. Gurley will be a low-end RB1 who needs touchdowns to provide value.

Carson Wentz completed 23-of-31 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns and rushed once for 10 yards Sunday in the Eagles' Week 3 win over the Steelers.

During the first couple games it was hard to tell if Wentz was a phenom or just a guy blessed with two incredible matchups against the lowly Browns and Bears. After beating the stuffing out of a Pittsburgh team regarded as one of the best in football, we can all agree that Wentz, the man Jon Gruden once pummeled with pool noodles on national television, is indeed for real. In his third career start, Wentz vastly outplayed future Hall of Famer Ben Roethlisberger. He spread the wealth, connecting with seven different receivers en route to his first 300-yard game. 102 passes into his NFL career, Wentz has yet to throw an interception. Staked to a 31-point lead through three quarters, Wentz spent most of the second half handing the ball off to running backs not named Ryan Mathews. The Pride of Fargo will have a bye next week before taking his act on the road against Detroit in Week 5.
