Cardinals WR Teddy Williams has been diagnosed with a torn Achilles' tendon.

It's a crushing, season-ending blow for the fourth-year wideout out of Texas-San Antonio. Primarily a special teamer, Williams notched one catch in three games this season.

Tyrell Williams caught 4-of-4 targets for 132 yards and a touchdown in the Chargers Week 14 win over the Redskins.

Williams racked up most of his yards from one play where he burned CB Josh Norman on a 75-yard touchdown. He also had a long catch-and-run early in the game matched up against a linebacker. Williams will be a boom-or-bust play against the Chiefs in Week 15.

Larry Fitzgerald hauled in 5-of-7 targets for 44 yards in the Cardinals' Week 14 loss to the Titans.

The entire offense was stuck in neutral in the first half, but Fitzgerald helped get them in drive with a 23-yard catch in the third quarter which moved him into third place on the All-Time receiving yardage list. Unfortunately, Blaine Gabbert overthrew him for what would have been a wide-open touchdown in the fourth, and that catch ended up being the highlight of his game. Fitzgerald should find more success next week against Washington.

Carson Wentz was forced from Sunday's game against the Rams with a knee injury, and will not return.

Wentz was injured taking a huge hit from Mark Barron on a touchdown scramble that was called back. Remarkably, he remained in the game for four more plays, tossing a touchdown to Alshon Jeffery. Wentz did not have a noticeable limp as he headed to the locker room, but it's obviously ominous he was ruled out for the day so quickly. Nick Foles will finish the game at quarterback. Wentz had completed 23-of-41 passes for 291 yards, four touchdowns and a pick before departing, setting the Eagles' single-season touchdown record (33) in the process. Ever fearless, he also took a number of big hits even before the Barron blow.
Dec 10 - 7:06 PM

Philip Rivers completed 18-of-31 passes for 319 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's Week 14 win over the Redskins.

This is now Rivers' third consecutive game with 300 or more passing yards and a touchdown. Despite completing only 58 percent of his passes, he was able to take advantage of multiple deep opportunities. His first touchdown came on a crossing route to TE Hunter Henry in which he created ample separation for Rivers to exploit. His second touchdown was a 75-yard bomb to WR Tyrell Williams who burned CB Josh Norman. He could have had an even bigger day but was pulled early in the fourth quarter. Rivers will be a QB1 in Week 15 against the Chiefs.
Dec 10 - 7:06 PM

Marcus Mariota completed 16-of-31 passes for 159 yards, zero touchdowns, and two interceptions in the Titans' Week 14 loss to the Cardinals.

It was another dreadful performance from the offense and in particular Mariota, who has now failed to top 185 yards in three straight games. His first interception seemed to be just a miscommunication with Rishard Matthews, but he did not even see a dropping linebacker on the second, a turnover which gifted the Cardinals a late field goal. Tennessee is still likely to make the playoffs because of the sorry state of the AFC, but they are going to exit quickly unless the offense improves dramatically. They do have a get-right spot next week in San Francisco.
Dec 10 - 7:03 PM

Rams LT Andrew Whitworth (ankle) will not return to Sunday's game against the Eagles.

It's unclear if Whitworth aggravated his ankle injury or simply decided he couldn't play through it. Darrell Williams will finish the game at left tackle for Los Angeles. The fact that Whitworth couldn't go today throws him into doubt for Week 15.
Dec 10 - 6:37 PM

Josh McCown left Sunday's Week 14 game against the Broncos with a left hand injury and will not return.

McCown left the game earlier after injuring his back on a second-quarter scramble but only missed one play. He lasted another quarter before absorbing a huge hit from Shane Ray. McCown injured his non-throwing hand on the play and immediately went to the locker room for X-rays. He completed just six-of-12 passes for 46 yards with one interception and a lost fumble before exiting. Bryce Petty will finish out the game at QB.
Dec 10 - 6:15 PM

Giants SS Landon Collins was seen in a walking boot after Sunday's Week 14 loss to the Cowboys.

He injured himself in the fourth quarter while bringing down Cole Beasley at the end of a 54-yard catch-and-run. We don't know the extent of his injury yet but with three games left in a lost season, it wouldn't be a surprise if the Giants simply shut him down for the year. Collins hasn't been quite as good this year compared to his breakout 2016 campaign, he remains one of the league's best young safeties.
Dec 10 - 6:04 PM

Wayne Gallman totaled 59 yards on 12 carries while providing seven catches for 40 yards on nine targets Sunday in the Giants’ Week 14 loss to the Cowboys.

Orleans Darkwa got the Giants’ first carry but Gallman got the next one after Darkwa fumbled it. Later Gallman led New York down to the one-yard line but was pulled for Darkwa, who was stuffed for no gain. Rhett Ellison snagged a one-yard touchdown on the following play. Gallman drew four first-half targets and saw even more passing-game work by drawing five looks after halftime. Gallman set career-highs in touches, yards from scrimmage, receiving yards and catches in the loss. He’ll continue to split work with Darkwa next week against the Cardinals.
Dec 10 - 5:53 PM

Eric Ebron caught 10-of-11 targets for 94 yards in the Lions' Week 14 win over the Bucs.

Out of nowhere, Ebron posted new career highs in both catches and yards. Ebron was already sitting on 7/73 at halftime. He even lost a soft fumble and Matthew Stafford kept looking his way. There's no real explanation for it after Ebron entered the afternoon with just 32 catches all year. Ebron will remain a mid-range TE2 for the fantasy semifinals against the Bears.
Dec 10 - 5:25 PM

Josh Gordon caught 3-of-6 targets for 69 yards and touchdown in Sunday's Week 14 loss to the Packers.

In his first home game in three years, Gordon wasted no time getting going early. He had a 38-yard catch and run on a crossing route on the first play from scrimmage and capped that drive off with an 18-yard touchdown over the middle that showcased his catch radius. Despite the hot start, Gordon managed just one more grab of 13 yards the rest of the way, even with Davon House leaving the game with an injury in the second half. Gordon will be in the WR2 mix next week versus the Ravens that will be without Jimmy Smith.
