Case Keenum was benched midway through the third quarter of Houston's Week 14 game against the Jaguars.

Keenum was yanked for Matt Schaub, who immediately led the Texans on a touchdown drive. Keenum wasn't Matt Flynn-level bad before getting pulled — he was easily out-playing Chad Henne — but was again struggling to recognize the blitz, putting the Texans in multiple 3rd-and-longs. Keenum completed 16-of-29 passes for 159 yards, a touchdown and an interception. His pick was an embarrassingly bad pass on the move near the end of the first half. Had the Patriots blitzed Keenum more in Week 13, it's possible he wouldn't even have seen the field this evening. Now benched twice in four games, Keenum could return to the pine for good in Week 15.

Giants coach Ben McAdoo said Rashad Jennings (thumb) could be a "game-day" decision.

Jennings was limited again on Friday. The back said he hoped to have a better idea of his Week 4 status following Friday's practice, but there have not been any reports on what that idea is. It still is unlikely Jennings plays Monday night, but the uncertainty makes it tough to trust him or Orleans Darkwa in a tough matchup.

Bills placed WR Sammy Watkins (foot) on injured reserve.

Watkins was already ruled out for Week 4. His foot injury wasn't showing any signs of improving, though the reports were he was only dealing with pain management. Watkins will miss at least the next eight weeks on I.R, making Week 12 his earliest possible return. It's a huge blow to an offense that doesn't have any playmakers outside of LeSean McCoy. Buffalo signed Justin Hunter to add depth behind Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin.
Sep 30 - 5:30 PM

Michael Floyd (concussion) has been removed from the Cardinals' injury report.

Floyd was cleared after practicing fully the last two days. He'll be a low-end WR3 against a Rams secondary that can take away the outside. Floyd has caught just nine of his 24 targets this season.
Sep 30 - 5:16 PM

Tavon Austin (shoulder) is questionable for Week 4 against the Cardinals.

Austin returned to full practice on Friday after being limited on Wednesday and Thursday. He'll be a boom-or-bust WR4 Sunday at Arizona.
Sep 30 - 4:40 PM

Rob Gronkowski (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 4.

Most signs point toward Gronkowski playing against the Bills, although his playing time is uncertain. He will be a better fantasy bet if Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) can start, and a worse bet if Jacoby Brissett is under center.
Sep 30 - 4:17 PM

Jimmy Graham (knee, back) is questionable for Week 4 against the Jets after practicing fully on Friday.

Graham sat out Thursday's practice after being limited on Wednesday. The fact that Graham practiced fully in his Friday return suggests he is on track to start against the Jets, and Thursday's absence was a routine day off.
Sep 30 - 4:13 PM

Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) and Jacoby Brissett (thumb) are both listed as questionable for Week 4 against the Bills.

Garoppolo's status is entirely uncertain. Brissett is fully expected to be available for Sunday's game, but he won't start if Garoppolo is healthy enough to play. We only have to deal with this for one last week before Tom Brady's suspension ends. We'll find out the Patriots' Week 4 starter on Sunday morning.
Sep 30 - 4:12 PM

Willie Snead (toe) is listed as questionable for Week 4 at San Diego.

He was limited in practice this week. Signs as of Friday afternoon point toward Snead playing, but he missed last Monday night's loss to the Falcons and may come down to a game-time decision. If Snead goes, he'll be a solid WR3 play in fantasy leagues against a Chargers defense missing slot CB Brandon Flowers (concussion). Snead is running most of his routes in the slot this year.
Sep 30 - 4:06 PM

Marvin Jones (questionable, hamstring) returned to a full practice on Friday.

The Lions have been very generous dishing out questionable tags. Jones may have tweaked his hamstring during the practice week, but beat writers said he looked his normal self in Friday's workout. Expect him to start at Chicago.
Sep 30 - 4:02 PM

49ers CB Jimmie Ward has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Cowboys.

It's an upgrade to Cole Beasley's matchup, as Ward covers the slot in the 49ers' defense and Beasley runs almost strictly slot routes. Beasley's target outlook is also improved by the Cowboys' loss of Dez Bryant (knee).
Sep 30 - 3:55 PM

Ravens LT Ronnie Stanley (foot) is listed as doubtful for Week 4.

The Ravens are also in danger of being without LG Alex Lewis, who is questionable with a concussion. Even against a weak Raiders defense, these losses are concerns for Joe Flacco's viability as a streamer. Stanley's backup is James Hurst, who has historically struggled mightily in spot starts. Lewis' backup is John Urschel, who is also questionable with a shoulder injury.
