Sources tell CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora that the Browns are "very high" on Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport passed along similar information on Monday morning, and SI's Peter King recently wrote "I hear Cleveland really likes Johnny Manziel." Either the Browns are attempting to use these reporters are a tool of pre-draft manipulation, or they're suddenly football's most transparent franchise. La Canfora suggested pairing Manziel with Auburn coach Gus Malzahn to replace Rob Chudzinski. Malzahn prefers mobile, dual threat-type quarterbacks.

Cam Newton completed 17-of-26 passes for 167 yards, zero touchdowns and three interceptions in the Panthers' Week 3 loss to the Saints.

Sep 24 - 3:47 PM

Matt Forte (toe) is questionable to return to Week 3 against the Dolphins.

The Jets are running away with this game, so chances are Forte won't be back out there. Forte checked out with eight rushes for 25 yards and wasn't targeted in the passing game. The Jets stuck to their plan with a three-back committee with Bilal Powell getting some of the goal-line work. Fantasy owners will have a tough time trust Forte most weeks.
Sep 24 - 3:15 PM

Melvin Gordon (knee) is active for Week 3 against the Chiefs.

Gordon was a limited practice participant on Thursday and Friday but his status for Sunday was never in doubt. DE Jeremiah Attaochu, RT Joe Barksdale, QB Cardale Jones, TE Sean Culkin, LB Hayes Pullard, T Tyler Marz and WR Mike Williams round out the Chargers' Week 3 inactives.
Sep 24 - 3:14 PM

Randall Cobb (chest) is inactive for Week 3 against the Bengals.

Jordy Nelson (quad) is active. Davante Adams and Geronimo Allison will round out the rest of the three-wide set Sunday. Also inactive for the Packers are LT David Bakhtiari, S Kentrell Brice, CB Davon House, LB Jake Ryan, OLB Nick Perry, and DT Mike Daniels. Kyle Murphy starts at left tackle.
Sep 24 - 2:58 PM

DeMarco Murray (hamstring) is active for Week 3 against the Seahawks.

Reports have pegged Murray as nowhere near 100 percent. He's likely active for a limited, if not emergency, role. He's a risky RB3/FLEX in fantasy. Derrick Henry should carry the mail. Inactive for the Titans are WR Corey Davis, DB Johnathan Cyprien, OG Corey Levin, LB Josh Carraway, DB Kalan Reed, LB Nate Palmer and DT Karl Klug.
Sep 24 - 2:36 PM

Jimmy Graham (ankle) is active for Week 3 against the Titans.

Graham seems to be operating at well less than 100 percent, but he will try to gut it out against the Titans. He's a borderline TE1. Inactive for the Seahawks are RB J.D. McKissac, CB Neiko Thorpe, FS Tedric Thompson, LB D.J. Alexander, OG Mark Glowinski, OG Jordan Roos and OT Isaiah Battle.
Sep 24 - 2:34 PM

Kelvin Benjamin (left knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Saints.

Benjamin appears to be dealing with a multi-week injury, at the minimum. With Cam Newton struggling mightily, the Panthers will move forward with Devin Funchess, Curtis Samuel and Russell Shepard as their top three receivers.
Sep 24 - 2:23 PM

Darren Sproles won't return to Sunday's Week 3 game due to a wrist injury.

Sproles looked to have suffered a knee or leg injury initially, but he was later spotted walking around fine and holding his wrist. The Eagles are rolling with LeGarrette Blount in the backfield and Wendell Smallwood is sprinkling in.
Sep 24 - 1:59 PM

Kelvin Benjamin suffered a knee injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Saints, and is questionable to return.

Although technically "questionable," Benjamin was spotted with his helmet off and ice on his knee early in the second quarter. He was reportedly "pretty upset." He's almost certainly done for the day. Benjamin got pulled down violently from behind, and staggered off the field. It was the opposite of a non-contact injury. Devin Funchess is now the Panthers' "No. 1 receiver."
Sep 24 - 1:48 PM

Colts WR Kamar Aiken left Sunday's game and has been diagnosed with a concussion.

Aiken started the game over Donte Moncrief. He was hit helmet to helmet on a 9-yard reception on the Colts' second possession.
Sep 24 - 1:36 PM

Marcedes Lewis hauled in 4-of-5 targets for 62 yards and three touchdowns in the Jaguars' Week 3 win over the Ravens in London.

To call this performance a shock would be an understatement. Despite entering the game with zero catches through two games, Lewis was involved early, catching a pass across the middle on the opening drive and capping that series with a 23-yard touchdown, his first since Week 2 of last season. Lewis did a great job selling the play action on the score, allowing him to get wide open in the end zone. The tight end was not done, either, getting open deep down the middle of the field for a second touchdown after halftime and adding a third on a four-yard fade the next drive. Lewis had three touchdowns total since 2013 entering the game. While it will be tempting to chase these points, Lewis will not be a fantasy option next week against the Jets.
