The Miami Herald reports Davone Bess was Baker Acted back in March of 2013.

The term Baker Acted means to be hospitalized against one's own will, typically in a mental health institute. The Baker Act in Florida allows police to do this to an individual. Back in March, authorities were called to Bess' Florida home where they found the receiver incoherent and screaming about random things such as guns, drugs, and football while trying to be detained by a half-dozen men. On Friday, Bess was arrested at the Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Airport on assault charges. He reportedly broke a coffee mug on a police officer and got into a "fighting stance." The officer said it appeared Bess was under the influence of drugs and seemed to be "staring through" him in the altercation. Bess clearly needs help, and we hope he finds it. He's missed some time the past two seasons due to "personal reasons." Bess' stay in Cleveland is likely over.

Case Keenum completed 20-of-23 passes for 236 yards and two touchdowns in the Vikings' Week 15 win over the Bengals.

Keenum was nearly perfect in this one, completing 87 percent of his passes. His first touchdown went to Stefon Diggs on a 20-yard dart over the middle. His second came with the game well out of hand to TE Kyle Rudolph from one yard out. Keenum's fantasy upside was limited by the Vikings blowing the Bengals out early resulting in him being pulled early in the fourth quarter. Keenum will be a QB1 in a favorable matchup against the Packers that should remain competitive.
Dec 17 - 4:03 PM

Andy Dalton completed 11-of-22 passes for 113 yards and two interceptions in the Bengals' Week 15 loss to the Vikings.

Dalton was pulled for the second week in a row as the Bengals officially threw in the towel. Dalton struggled to get anything going and missed multiple easy passes early on. His first interception was a throw into triple coverage in the middle of the field and resulted in a pick-six. His second interception was another bad throw over the middle. All Bengals players should be avoided in fantasy for the time being.
Dec 17 - 4:02 PM

Blake Bortles completed 21-of-29 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns in the Jaguars' Week 15 win over the Texans.

He was rested in the fourth quarter in favor of Chad Henne with the Jags up 38-7. Bortles has made major stretch-run strides in an offense that has struggled to run lately and has embraced a pass-heavier approach. Bortles has capitalized with higher-efficiency passing, and he shredded the Texans from start to finish on Sunday. He hit Jaydon Mickens twice for red-zone touchdowns and Keelan Cole for his third. Bortles will remain a high-end QB1 streamer when the Jags face the 49ers next.
Dec 17 - 3:51 PM

Kyle Rudolph (ankle) returned to the Week 15 game against the Bengals.

Despite previously being announced out by the broadcast, Rudolph returned and caught a one-yard touchdown.
Dec 17 - 3:33 PM

Davante Adams suffered a concussion in Green Bay's Week 15 game against the Panthers and is week to week.

Adams was blown up on a vicious, illegal peel-back "block" by Thomas Davis. Davis will almost certainly be suspended for Week 16. It's particularly awful news for Adams, who has a history of concussions. He could be staring at a multi-week absence.
Dec 17 - 3:15 PM

Kyle Rudolph exited Week 15 against the Bengals with an ankle injury.

Rudolph started the game but has been ruled out as a precaution with the Vikings up multiple scores. Rudolph finishes the day with one catch for 16 yards on one target. He will look to return in Week 16 against the Packers.
Dec 17 - 3:05 PM

Patriots declared Chris Hogan (shoulder) inactive for Week 15 against the Steelers.

Despite a limited week of practice, the Patriots are playing it safe with Hogan, who struggled in his return last week. Danny Amendola gets a small boost with Hogan sidelined. New England also declared Mike Gillislee, DT Alan Branch (knee), LB Kyle Van Noy (calf), S Brandon King (hamstring), OL Cole Croston, and DL Geneo Grissom inactive for Week 15.
Dec 17 - 2:56 PM

JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) is active for Week 15 against the Patriots.

It is not a surprise after Adam Schefter reported he would give it a go. Dealing with an injury and coming back from suspension, Smith-Schuster is not a safe play, but he carries big upside in a game with a high total. He is a WR3/FLEX option.
Dec 17 - 2:56 PM

Steelers declared CB Joe Haden (leg) inactive for Week 15 against the Patriots.

It is a surprise after Ian Rapoport reported Sunday morning Haden would play. The Steelers will play it safe, however, with a player they need for a playoff run. Haden should return next week. Pittsburgh also declared Vance McDonald (shoulder), DT Dan McCullers, S JJ Wilcox, OT Matt Feiler, WR Justin Hunter, and QB Josh Dobbs inactive.
Dec 17 - 2:56 PM

Ravens have declared WR Jeremy Maclin out the remainder of Sunday's Week 15 game with a knee injury.

Maclin caught a 22-yard pass down the seam on the opening drive and took a hit to the lower body from Jabrill Peppers. He returned to the game for one drive afterwards, but was sidelined for the remainder of the first half.
Dec 17 - 2:56 PM

Seahawks MLB Bobby Wagner (hamstring) is active for Week 15 against the Rams.

He was the only questionable player ahead of this big NFC West bout. Inactive for the Seahawks are LB K.J. Wright (concussion), CB Mike Tyson, C Joey Hunt, RB Thomas Rawls, DT Nazair Jones, DT Garrison Smith, and WR David Moore.
