Falcons agreed to terms with KR Devin Hester, formerly of the Bears, on a three-year contract.

Financial details are not yet available, but it's the end of an era for Hester, who spent the first eight years of his career with the Bears. One of the greatest return men in league history, Hester remained near the top in both punt- and kick-return average last season. Hester is a pure return man at this point — he offers nothing on offense — but could be a difference maker for a team that lacked a spark on special teams in 2013.

Julio Jones (turf toe, questionable) will be a game-time decision Sunday in Week 14 against the Rams.

Jones is dealing with turf toe and didn't do much at practice this week. It's a dicey situation for fantasy owners with the Falcons not playing until 4:25 PM ET on Sunday. Coach Dan Quinn is "anticipating" that Jones will be available on Sunday, though he'll obviously be at far less than 100 percent. Fantasy owners need to have a backup plan in place. The Falcons have a great matchup against the hapless Rams but may not be able to take advantage of it with Jones hurting and Mohamed Sanu already ruled out with a groin injury.
Dec 9 - 1:23 PM

Panthers LE Charles Johnson (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 14.

Johnson has been having a great year, particularly as a run defender. His loss was felt as Thomas Rawls gashed the Panthers last Sunday night, and will remain a significant factor this week against Melvin Gordon.
Dec 9 - 1:21 PM

Luke Kuechly (concussion) is questionable for Week 14 against the Chargers.

Mario Addison (foot) and Kurt Coleman (concussion) also drew the questionable tag. Kuechly was a limited participant at practice this week. All signs point to him suiting up this week after missing the previous two games with a concussion. Obviously it would be a huge boost to Carolina's defense. Kuechly is arguably the best middle linebacker in football when healthy.

The Colts will be without four defensive starters for Week 14 against the Texans.

Colts LCB Patrick Robinson (groin), SS Clayton Geathers (neck), OLB Robert Mathis (bicep), and NT Zach Kerr (concussion) were all ruled out on Friday. It remains to be seen whether a lifeless Texans offense will be able to capitalize.
Dec 9 - 1:13 PM

A.J. Green (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 14 against the Browns.

There was never any question he would sit this week, but he has been working on the side fields with trainers during practice. It is possible Green will return next week. Brandon LaFell will continue to operate as the No. 1 receiver with Tyler Eifert and Tyler Boyd taking on big roles as well.
Dec 9 - 1:00 PM

Browns activated Robert Griffin III from injured reserve.

There was never any doubt Griffin would be activated as the team confirmed he will be the starting quarterback the rest of the way barring injury. Despite getting the starting nod, the offense around Griffin is too poor and the risk of an in-game injury is too high to trust him in standard leagues. OL Matt McCants was waived in a corresponding move.
Dec 9 - 12:54 PM

T.J. Yeldon (ankle) was not listed on the final injury report.

It is not a surprise considering he practiced in full all week. With Denard Robinson (ankle) out and Chris Ivory (hamstring) questionable, Yeldon should have a bigger than normal workload this week. He is still just a low-end RB3 in a tough matchup with the Vikings.
Dec 9 - 12:44 PM

Jordan Reed (shoulder) participated in Friday's practice.

Reed admitted he was still in pain after Thursday's practice, but it looks like he plans to play through it this week. Reed will likely be listed as questionable when the injury report comes out later Friday and is shaping up as a game-time decision.

9News Denver's Mike Klis reports Trevor Siemian (foot) is "progressing toward playing" Week 14 against the Titans.

Siemian practiced on Wednesday and Thursday, and it sounds like he will get in some work Friday as well. Klis said Siemian's mobility will be the key to his availability. After Paxton Lynch looked not ready to play last week, the Broncos need Siemian against the Titans.

Browns RBs coach Kirby Wilson believes Robert Griffin III will help the team's struggling running game.

Isaiah Crowell has found zero success behind a crumbling offensive line over the last two months, but we have seen Griffin's mobility positively impact the running game in the past. It is possible we see a similar situation play out in Cleveland, but the way Griffin helps the running game is by being a threat to keep the ball himself, and it is unlikely the Browns want to put the brittle quarterback in that situation too often. That said, Kevin Hogan had some success running the zone read against Cincinnati the last time these two teams met. Even so, Crowell will remain a low-floor RB3.
Dec 9 - 12:12 PM

Bills coach Rex Ryan said Sammy Watkins (foot) and Robert Woods (knee) will be "ready to roll" Week 14 against the Steelers.

Both were listed as questionable, but there really is not much doubt about either's status. Watkins will be an upside WR3 play as his snap share continues to grow, and Woods will be a low-ceiling WR4 against the Steelers.
