Draft Insider Tony Pauline reports the Ravens "covet" North Carolina TE Eric Ebron, and he's their "No. 1 target."

The Ravens hold the 17th overall pick in Thursday's first round. They already have Dennis Pitta locked into a long-term deal and Owen Daniels as their No. 2 tight end. But Daniels is only on a one-year pact, and new OC Gary Kubiak's offense keeps two tight ends heavily involved at all times. Pairing Ebron with Pitta would be a heckuva duo, though Ebron could go as high as No. 9 overall.

Redskins CB Josh Norman is not expected to shadow Terrelle Pryor on Sunday.

Pryor is coming off a monster game, but has five inches on the 6-foot-0 Norman. He's also used all over the alignment. "We’re still working on our game plan now and (Pryor's) all over the place," coach Jay Gruden said. "Team defense is gonna have to take him away, somebody different every time possibly." Gruden lays out the situation pretty accurately. Pryor is an upside WR2.

Jimmy Graham (knee) was downgraded to "DNP" in Thursday's practice.

Graham was limited on Wednesday. It's unclear if Graham tweaked something or the Seahawks are just managing his reps after he played 47 snaps against the 49ers. Friday will obviously tell the story. Graham is just a mid-range TE2 when active.

The Dolphins have announced Damien Williams as their Week 4 starter at running back.

Coach Adam Gase is sending shockwaves through his team, benching starters on both sides of the ball. Not that Jay Ajayi and Kenyan Drake were actual starters. A four-man committee between Williams, Drake, Ajayi and Isaiah Pead remains likely. The situation should be avoided at all costs for fantasy purposes. Williams won't see more than 10-12 touches, and even that might not happen.

Dolphins declared LT Branden Albert (ankle) inactive for Week 4 vs. the Bengals.

LG Laremy Tunsil, drafted in the first round as a tackle, will kick over to the blindside. Albert was a game-time decision, and should be back for Week 5. Also inactive for the Dolphins are RB Arian Foster, C Mike Pouncey, C Anthony Steen, LB Jelani Jenkins, LB Koa Misi and TE Jordan Cameron. With Pouncey and Steen sidelined, the Dolphins are down to their third-string center.

The Miami Herald reports the Dolphins are scaling back CB Byron Maxwell's snaps for Week 4.

NFL.com's Mike Garofolo reports Maxwell has been outright benched, and that Tony Lippett will start opposite rookie Xavien Howard. Maxwell's dismal Eagles play has carried over to Miami, where he's been one of the league's worst corners on 244 snaps. A second-year fifth-rounder, Lippett is also a disaster waiting to happen. He hasn't played a defensive snap this season. Miami's secondary is a massive trouble spot.

Both the Cleveland Plain Dealer and Akron Beacon-Journal believe Josh Gordon has played his last snap for the Browns.

Per the Beacon-Journal's Nate Ulrich, Gordon is "not expected to receive another shot with this regime." Gordon has been given 10th and 11th chances by the Browns, and burned them every time. It's good to see Gordon trying to get his life in order by checking into rehab, but he's lucky to have lasted as long as he did in Cleveland. Gordon is still somehow only 25 years old, but he's dangerously close to forcing his way out of the league.

Contract-year WR Terrelle Pryor says he'd love to re-sign with the Browns "if Hue Jackson's here."

"I want to be here if Hue's going to be here for awhile, because I know this is a building process — and it's not really," Pryor said. "We're right the there. We're competing with everybody, we've just got to put teams away and I'd like to be where Hue's at." Coming off a monster performance where he was used like a 21st century Kordell Stewart, Pryor is locked in as the Browns' No. 1 receiver with Josh Gordon entering rehab. He's an upside WR2 for this weekend's matchup with the Redskins, and a fascinating case going forward.
Sep 29 - 5:42 PM

Suspended WR Josh Gordon has decided to enter an in-person rehab facility, and will not return to the Browns when first eligible in week 5.

"After careful thought and deep consideration I’ve decided that I need to step away from pursuing my return to the Browns and my football career to enter an in-patient rehabilitation facility," Gordon said in a statement. "This is the right decision for me and one that I hope will enable me to gain full control of my life and continue on a path to reach my full potential as a person." It's unknown when Gordon will return to the team, but fantasy owners should proceed as if he won't play in 2016. There have been no indications Gordon is facing further suspension. An All-Pro in 2013, Gordon has made only five appearances since. His extended absence locks in Terrelle Pryor as the Browns' No. 1 receiver.

Michael Floyd (concussion) returned to Cardinals practice Thursday, getting in a "full" session.

Floyd was looking dicey for Sunday's game against the Rams after he reported a concussion on Monday, but he's suddenly on track to start. Off to a slow start as Larry Fitzgerald dominates targets, Floyd will be a low-end WR3 against the Rams. His quick recovery knocks John Brown from the WR3 fringes.
Sep 29 - 5:29 PM

Dez Bryant (knee) says he got "great feedback" on his knee injury from Dr. James Andrews.

Dr. Andrews is someone players never want to visit, but the best possible person to get good news from. Bryant is still expected to miss Sunday's game against the 49ers, but perhaps he'll be ready to roll for Week 5.
Sep 29 - 5:24 PM

Jarvis Landry (shoulder) and DeVante Parker (hamstring) will both be active for Thursday Night Football.

There was never any concern about either player's status. Landry is on the WR1 borderline against a defense that just got eaten up by Emmanuel Sanders, while Parker has WR3 appeal. The Bengals have allowed the third most passing touchdowns (nine) in football.
