Lamar Miller is "taking a lot of first-team snaps" as Knowshon Moreno works "at least partly" with twos at Dolphins OTAs.

Moreno dropped a pass during Monday's session, and afterward coach Joe Philbin "conceded that his conditioning could be better." Miller has been written off by many fantasy leaguers, which is factored into his minimal cost. Per the latest Average Draft Position data, Miller's lasting until the 12th round.

Charcandrick West (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 4.

Jamaal Charles (knee) has been upgraded to questionable and apparently has an outside chance to contribute on Sunday Night Football against the Steelers. Spencer Ware is locked in as Kansas City's feature back. West can be dropped in all leagues, although he never should have been on fantasy rosters anyway.

Texans coach Bill O'Brien confirms J.J. Watt (back) is out for the season.

Watt tried to play through a back injury the first three weeks but obviously that only made things worse. He underwent surgery on Thursday and will now miss the remainder of 2016. Sunday against Tennessee will be the first game Watt has missed since entering the league as the 11th overall pick in 2011. Jadeveon Clowney and Whitney Mercilus will be the Texans' primary pass rushers in his absence.
Sep 30 - 2:11 PM

Antonio Gates (hamstring) remained sidelined at Friday's practice.

It's a pretty obvious sign that he's not going to play this week. Hunter Henry played 59-of-61 offensive snaps with Gates sidelined in Week 3. He'll be in the TE1 mix Sunday against New Orleans.
Sep 30 - 2:00 PM

Eli Rogers (turf toe) has been ruled out for Week 4 against Kansas City.

This sets up to increase Markus Wheaton's playing time at slot receiver, although Wheaton dropped three passes and got benched last week. We wouldn't be surprised to see Le'Veon Bell play a ton of slot receiver on Sunday night.
Sep 30 - 1:45 PM

Alshon Jeffery (hamstring, knee) is questionable for Week 4 against the Lions.

Jeffery seems to draw the questionable tag every week, but we're guessing he'll be able to play after putting in a limited week of practice. He's due for a touchdown after going without one in his first three games. He'll be a borderline WR1 against Detroit.
Sep 30 - 1:43 PM

Steelers ILB Ryan Shazier (knee) will miss Week 4.

It's a huge loss for the middle of Pittsburgh's defense, which is also dealing with injuries at slot corner (Sean Davis, back) and strong safety (Robert Golden, hamstring). Shazier is the Steelers' coverage-maven inside linebacker. His absence is an upgrade to Travis Kelce's Week 4 matchup.
Sep 30 - 1:40 PM

Jay Cutler (thumb) is listed as doubtful for Week 4.

He missed practice on Thursday and Friday, and the Bears don't seem to be in any rush to get Cutler back. Brian Hoyer quietly finished as a top-12 fantasy passer in Week 3 against the Cowboys and has an enticing Week 4 matchup against a porous Lions pass defense. Hoyer is worth a look as a low-end streamer.
Sep 30 - 1:34 PM

Delanie Walker (hamstring, questionable) will be a game-time decision for Week 4 at Houston.

Coach Mike Mularkey said Friday Walker will be put through a pre-game workout to determine whether he's fit to play. The fact that Walker practiced on back-to-back days bodes well, but he was limited in both workouts and the Titans are not committing to playing him. "He's improving," Mularkey insisted.
Sep 30 - 1:25 PM

Delanie Walker (hamstring, questionable) participated in Titans practice again Friday.

Walker participated in Thursday and Friday's sessions. He missed last Friday's practice and was inactive against the Raiders, so this looks like a step in the right direction. We're tentatively expecting him to start at Houston.
Sep 30 - 1:11 PM

Eric Decker has a partially torn rotator cuff and has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Seahawks.

Coach Todd Bowles said it's too early to tell if Decker will need surgery. He's considered week to week for now, but there's obviously concern he could miss quite a bit of time. Quincy Enunwa needs to be added in all formats immediately as the No. 2 receiver. Enunwa is a WR3 with upside this week.
Sep 30 - 1:02 PM

Sammy Watkins (foot) has been ruled out for Week 4 at the Patriots.

Coach Rex Ryan said there's "major concern" about Watkins' availability moving forward. Consider Watkins out indefinitely, though NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports there's nothing structurally wrong with Watkins' foot. It's a pain management thing. Robert Woods is the default No. 1 receiver.
